This is the worst place for gas or car wash. I stopped coming to pump gas to this station a long time ago, eventhough is in my way home. The gas is expensive and the employees have no customer service skills. A few days ago I had a foam car wash at this place, and my car was not washed well. I brought it in for a re-do, and there was a young guy by the name Omar who is rude and seems not all together in his head. He started yelling and not only did not help me, he asked me to leave and stated that he had called the police, since no one showed up I called 911 and they told me that he had lied. Instead of solving the matter like a civilised person. Obviously he is not all together and in his head, and he can eventually get this place in throuble, and the owners will be responsible for not training their employee to have respect for consumers affairs. read more

I use to always go just for the car wash and the last visit the soap was out so it didn't clean very well so I ran inside to see if I could get a refund and they said no but if I came back I can get another wash on them. This is a review about the so-called car wash that is connected to this station. When this wash first opened, I was attracted to the fact that it is touchless. It generally worked very well, removing virtually all of the dirt, road grime and brake dust on my cars. Over the years, however, the quality of the wash has declined significantly, now leaving visible dirt on my car. After my visit last week I have now given up any hope that the deficiencies would be corrected. I learned some time ago to bring a large cloth towel to remove the remaining dirt after the wash was finished. On a couple of occasions in the past I took this towel into the front counter to complain about the lack of quality, only to be told that I should have first used the windshield wash sponge at the pumps to prewash the dirty spots. Whaaaaa? The entire car is a dirty spot! I once called on the car wash equipment industry and occasionally received a free touchless car wash. The car was always spotless. I think the problem here is the use of too little or inferior chemicals, and the fact that the mechanical equipment--e.g., spray nozzle pressure--is not being maintained well enough to provide a first class wash. I've noticed that the nozzles that apply the chemicals are operated with insufficient pressure to insure coverage of all surfaces; the chemicals come out of the nozzles in individual streams rather than the fan that would be present at higher pressure. If you are looking for anything but a costly rinse, this is not the place. read more

Eeeek x twice! After stopping in at the Safeway to purchase much needed wrapping paper I looked down at my gauge and it stated that I was pretty close to the ubiquitous orange light flashing. Darn it. I pulled into the Chevron and while it was pumping away merrily at the happy tune of $1.77 per gallon, I ran inside for some hot coffee (I did not have enough sleep the night before because we had caught the last showing of Milk and then hit a cafe). I have to confess that Chevron coffee is not that bad. I usually do a quick mix of their house blend and the funky stuff that comes pre-made via a vending machine. You know, the kind where hot chocolate spews out for 50 cents per cup (in the golden days). I add a little more cream and there you have it. My concoction of caffeine/mocha/breve latte all in one and for only $1.59. This station is known as a ExtraMile C-store (convenience), which means they come pretty much stocked with anything you might need in the event you are 1. Locked out of the house and need to sleep in your car. 2. Snow is keeping you from reaching your fridge. 3. Running fast and need a quick cup of joe. This station is consistent with customer service as well as cleanliness and comes with restrooms that are situated indoors. read more

Stopped in to use restroom, pick up and few goodies and return to my road trip. The bathroom had a sign, "let us know if the restroom needs service". The woman room smelled so bad and filthy. They may not have the friendliest staff but they do have everything you will ever want....at a higher price than a grocery store (walmart). I have always liked the big Chevrons, i used to travel a lot and they would always be clean. The restrooms here may not always be clean (the mens, I'm but sure about the womens) but i us men are pigs so what do you expect? read more

My family stopped to get gas. We then used to the restroom. The women's was closed with no signs of opening ever. The men's was a health hazard totally disgusting no soap no towels wet floor pee all over seat, walls, sink, etc. Worst bathroom I have been in in YEARS. AVOID this place. Don't buy a car wash from this station it expires within a week and it does a terrible job. First, it is my understanding that per Federal law prepaid services can not expire in less than 5 years. At this station they expire 7 days later at noon although nothing says 12 noon so you assume midnight. I asked the attendant and they agreed it was unfair but they couldn't do anything about it. It is not only unfair but if it is illegal under CA Civil code 1749.45-1749.6 this owner is going to wish they just honored my car wash. I am complaining to Chevron first and if they don't force their stations to honor at least the State Law then I will go to the state. read more

This station is hard to get to, you can't make a U-turn anywhere along the street it's on. Also, they have fixed it so that if you want a receipt for your gas you have to go inside the store and ask for it. I was on a long road trip and so was in a hurry, but to track my expenses I NEED my receipts. I had to lock my car, walk inside, stand in line, ask for the receipt, only then could I be on my way again. They think that if you go inside the store you'll buy something.
