I came to wash my car, there were 8 minutes left until the car wash closed, and the cashier, very rude, shouted that it wasn't possible because they close at 8 PM. I told her yes, but there are 8 minutes left, besides, the machine washes the car, not a person. She rudely told me again that it didn't matter that there were 8 minutes left. Very rude man that works here kept telling me no dogs allowed inside his gas station I told him multiple times she's a service dog. I tried to show him her papers but he just insisted I take her out of his store I only was in there for 3 minutes I bought a pack of gum. He didn't have to be so rude. read more

This little Chevron is unique in the way that it's little on site store has the unusual name of Andretti Winning Finish. Is this at all chevrons and I missed it or is this the white elephant of chevrons? Yes, I do think about these things when buying gas and contemplating the ways of the universe. This is the closest Chevron to me. So this is where I spend my money on mostly. Their are two to three ladies working here. They're either doing their nails or their hair. I thought that's not very hygienic at all. This is a definitely a busy station. Although there's always a place to gas up! This station has easy access to 101 N-S thereby getting you to 280 or 880 as well. Now I use their car wash when i load up on gas. I get a discounted "THE WORKS" deal. One of the women will always come out to spray your car before you drive thru- that they never forget. For that I give them credit. I just wish that they will stop the beauty routine one of these days. read more

Absolute sham of a gas station, maintenance seems to be nonexistent. I fell for the car wash as have many others, it was not one of the worst but the absolute worst car wash I've ever gotten and I feel bad to have put my car through that because we left with some scratches on the rim. Not a great location and it seems to be very busy always. Not the place I would my car wash. Just put gas and run away. Good thing is the easy access to 101 freeway. i go here DAILY to fuel a fleet of vehicles for my place of work. The cashiers inside the store have always been sweet to me and welcoming. However, the old man who works here is extremely rude and discriminatory. Today was the last time I allow him to be rude to me or my place of work. We'll be taking our business elsewhere. The gas here is reasonably cheap here. Free air and water too! The 1-star is because the car wash sucks. It closes at 10pm and is one of the track driven car washes. You know the type where you drive into a track. Dangerous for your rims I almost scrapped mine. The reason this car wash closes at 10pm is because cars can easily get stuck in the machine necessitating help from the attendant. I had to look up their number on my iPhone when my car got stuck because its not printed on the receipt. Beyond that this machine also uses heavy spinning cloth scrubbers. I would avoid this as there are plenty of better automated car washes around. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! I only use this station because when I want a quick car wash. But that was the last time I EVER go there. First the chick at the register was very cold and rude. I believe her name tag read Lulu. Second, I asked for a receipt and to purchase a car wash because apparently the gas pump was broken. Btw. Since when do you have to hold the pump? I like to clean the small amount of trash out of my car as I wait for it to fill up. Third, there was no one to rinse it before I went through the wash.. Came to put gas....mind you my truck takes E85 and this station has it so I always come here. Some idiot decides to wash his car (parked in front of the pump) with the window squeegee! An employee (tall lanky white guy) came and told us to wait our turn (my husband told the driver that the station has a car wash drive threw, go wash it in there) Gas pumps are nOt a place to be washing your vehicle with a squeegee!! People needa pump their gas & others needa be considerate of others. Second time I've had bad experiences at this station!! First time getting at this location Chevron. Worse experience ever with service at a gas station. the clerks over there are young ladies. I went to pay for gas tried pumping. I was having problems at the moment. I asked for help from the same gas attendant. so, she forced the gas nozzle deep into my Capless gas tank. All of a sudden, the gas starting pumping. but, after I tried removing the nozzle from my tank it wouldnt come out. I tried messing with it to remove it, no luck. so I asked for the attendant's assistance, she tried removing but samething. A elderly customer in front of me helped me remove it. I dont know how but it finally got taken out. I blame the attendant for being rude, and for causing some slight damage to my gas tank. She was really rude, and disrespectful. read more

Customer service is a zero. Talk about huff and puffs. Don't bother asking for ice you feel like you're asking you mom to borrow money.. The car wash is a joke I used it for work vans and for personal use. The attendant is supposed to come with the pressure wash and pre spray your car. She is never there on time and you're lucky if she mists your car. Your car is still half dirty when you exit. They don't sell cigarettes or beer, I assume they lost their license. And to finish it off the fuel is way over priced. After 5 on a week day it will take you 30 minutes or more because of the traffic. Do your best to steer clear of this gas station. read more

For gas and snacks I go here when I am in the area. In light of the other reviews I am scared to attempt the car wash.

9 $ for an automatic car wash and it was hardly 2 min before it got over. I think for the same 10$ we used to have much better automated car washes in other chevrons. read more

The car wash is a joke.. the only thing the vacuum sucks are the 3 quarters you put in it. Then they charge you $6 to spray water on your car.. One star for getting to sit in the car while it goes through the "wash".. good place to make-out for like 30 sec :P read more

I always come here when my tank is on E and I'm driving home from work. As for gas prices, I don't even look for what's the cheapest I just know that I need gas, my cars about to die, and I'm lazy to go else where. Gas is always cheap here and it's convenient for me to wash my car but customer service sucks here the girls that work here are lazy and looks like they didn't even want to be at work! They can even spray down the car before it gets inside the wash. read more

This isn't the best location. Its run down and in a questionable part of SJ and what's weird is that this location was more expensive than the Chevron station near my place in Belmont, which is typically .10-.15 cents more expense than majority of all the stations in the peninsula. The only upside is that its right off the freeway. read more

Come here all the time. Seems to be busy during certain hours. Had to hold the pump the whole time because leaving it on its own was slow. Didn't care about that because I had nothing else to do. I keep my car clean and don't horde trash. read more
