Do yourself a favor and do not use their car wash. I used the express version hoping to get off some bird poop. The water pressure was waaay too soft to get anything out and the poop just moved places, didn't get off. And what's worse is why was there pink stuff on my white car AFTER the car wash. Idk if it's shit from the previous cars or what but this is the worst car wash I've ever been to. Seems like it's not maintained at all. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE! PEOPLE SKILLS! HEARD OF IT?? I was filling up with $50-60 of gas and went inside to use the bathroom. The jerk, I mean clerk did not look up even after I said hello and bathroom...foynd the key by myself. WTF!?!?! read more

Cheapest car wash doesn't DRY the car. You don't know until you're waiting for it to dry. They have a tiny sign posted using red text on a dark pink (almost red) background. Can you try any harder to hide this fact? When I went in to ask, they said it's posted and then acted dumb after I went and checked. read more

AVOID DOING A CAR WASH HERE!!! Are you kidding, Chevron? NO DRIER for the lowest option, $10, even with this same amount of money, you can have a pretty decent wash at a different place AND the DRYING. Who would do a car wash without drying? There are countless stains on my car, which make it look even worse than before the wash and it can rust my car parts potentially. Don't waste your time and money here and with Chevron in general. What a greedy service. read more

The one thing that I always like about this place is the quality of product that they offer. You pay more here in comparison with other gas stations, but it's worth it for a cleaner, longer lasting fuel. Their gas maybe better than ARCO, but their hot food items are trash in comparison. They are always cold and not very flavorful. read more

Gas only: Gas pumps are spacious and it got roof to cover it to protect from rain/snow/hail. Prices are usually comparable to other places around town. Clean and well kept. read more

I just moved to the area and found this cool Chevron station. They're very helpful at first. The car wash had a malfunction. I drove backwards to re-enter my code. It said invalid. I still had my receipt. All the car wash did was spray water for two seconds and then do the dry motion, I paid for the top dollar car wash went back through and the cashier said it was my fault and would not refund me to even get another car wash. He said he would two dollars off of it if I'd buy another one, I told him just let me go through again. It didn't wash anything at all whatsoever. He even pulled it up on the TV screen security monitor, proving it didn't wash a thing. It was the end of my day and I spent the last of my money on this car wash, I had to contact the manager next and the manager stated I don't know why they didn't refund your money or give you another car wash made it right with no problem at all not making us feel like we lied about 16 minuscule dollars. There is super cool at first but then treated me like I was a liar. The manager did make it right but I had to wait 24 hours into the work week. I'm up in there about this place. read more

I used the car wash their and my car had spots all over the wash.. I don't know what it was but I tried washing it off at home but it wouldn't come off. I showed it to the manager, Jimmywho took pictures but later said that this has never happened before and it might be something else. After repeatedly asking him what else it can be , he denied responsibility. I had to take the car to a full detail and ever after that that you can see spots on the car. Don't bother using the car wash there because you will have to go somewhere else again to get it cleaned up. read more

She had Made a mistake and getting cold coffee instead of hot coffee and they said that they had a charger for the cold coffee when she was going to use the same cup but the guy was very rude to the Hispanic lady!!! Will never go back there!!!! Cashiers we're very racist!!!!! read more

New station and it has a car wash. The most expensive wash does the best job and I don't recommend the cheapest wash without the drying option. Pick a middle wash option if you don't need your rims cleaned. I also like how it has Soft Cloth and Touch Free Options. The Soft Touch does a better job, yet may knock off some exterior accessories as the brushing can be quite abrasive. read more

If you're okay with spending $8 to get a carwash that doesn't give you soap or a fan to dry the water off your car, then look no further. I though other carwashes were cheap with soap or fan time, until last night. Un-fucking believable! read more

The attendant "Singh" was not focused in resolving my complaint regarding a car wash malfunction. I paid 10.00 for a premium car wash and the dryer did not operate, leaving the wash incomplete. I explained to him several times that I did not pay 10.00 for the dryer not to function or pay for an incomplete car wash and would like to get a refund or start the wash again. He aggressively told me he was positive the car wash, including the dryer was functional several times and implied I was lying. When he told me he could check the cameras, I asked him to check the cameras and abruptly refused my request. This is my neighborhood gas station and car wash closest to me and I come here 1-2 times a week for gas and to wash my car, therefore the results of my complaint were unacceptable and the fact that car washes DO malfunction should be addressed so that it does not happen again. read more

One of the worst carwashes I've ever used. Went in for the works wash. This is a picture of after the wash. When asked the service tech about it was told it's as is. No refunds I could buy another wash and see if it works. read more

Update: Don't wash your car here! Why is it so hard for me to learn a lesson. I made the mistake of selecting the touchless wash and got exactly what was described... it looked like my the dirt on my car was untouched! Complete waste of $8. This Chevron is usually more reasonably priced than other Chevrons in the area which is why I like to stop here. On the other hand, I would not recommend you wash your car here. If there is a line be prepared to wait FOREVER! I've waited close to an hour before. One you're in the line you're basically stuck. So don't plan on a quick wash if you have somewhere to be. Another time I bought a car wash when filling up, only to pull over and see the car wash was closed. They weren't even able to give me a refund when I went inside. They brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal that they had just sold me a service they weren't able to provide. read more

I am writing about the car wash here, not the gad station itself. The station seems fine and the convenience store seems to be well stocked and well run. But the carwash sucks. Silly me for giving this place a second chance. Even with only two or three cars in front of me, it takes over an hour to get to the car wash. Either the drivers can't figure out how to operate it, or it keeps malfunctioning, this has to be the worst car wash in the Bay Area. Avoid it. read more

Car wash here sucks! Paid for the supreme and barely any soap was used. Would not recommend wasting your time here

Seriously?!!? I hate myself for not checking Yelp before driving to this place for a stupid car wash. I was in line for 40 mins just to find out when I got to the front that the satellites are down. The sign said to pay inside. I didn't have any cash and I had to pay 2.50 to pull out cash from the ATM. I wish there was a sign BEFORE the actual machine to pay for the car washes. But I guess that's asking too much. And from the other reviews I guess the wait is always that long. Not okay. This car wash is not special and should not take more than a few minutes. Ugh. Never coming back! read more

Came to wash two cars here got the supremes wash both cars were the same amount of dirty after the wash never will I return waste of my money I rather wash the cars next time myself car wash machine outdated most of the modes don't work only sprays minimal water and most of the water jets appear broken or clogged DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE GO SOMEHWERE ELSE read more

I am surprised to see how arrogant a store employee could be. I saw an Indian guy named Jimmy shouting and screaming at a lady customer. The gas station is clean and tidy (one star for that) but it's the behavior of people working there, that pisses me off. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! My car has scratches all over it from this place. I showed the attendants at the time and they said it was my fault for not being perfectly straight on in the wash. This was after going through it for a second time - as the first time didn't clean the car nor dry it! This was the first time I'd been through a wash in my new car and I was devastated - but their care factor was about the same as my number of stars. I called and asked to speak to the manager and was given another number for a 'Jimmy'. I left a message for him and sent a text to the number, but no one ever got back to me.. The scratches are way too deep to buff out, we've tried and also had it detailed - with no benefit. MY ADVICE.... JUST DON'T!!!!! read more

Car wash line is very long, I know they can't do anything about it but 1hr+ is a very long wait time just for a 2-4 minute rinse from here will not go to any chevron based wash anymore as this one the line is long and the one on Tully is always closed and never open! I came on a Tuesday afternoon and the wash line was longer then Starbucks drivethru line across the street. Would recommend going to shell or somewhere else I've been having bad experience with chevron lately read more

Nice gas station located near a neighborhood WalMart and a Starbucks. I mainly like coming here for the car wash machine because it is touch-less. But be warned the line can be ridiculous even if 3 cars ahead. And they are always randomly shut down. But nonetheless this gas station is convenient and can serve most people's needs. They have a decent convenience store for your midnight beer run or munchies. Be sure to check this location out if your in the area. Also they have Safeway gas rewards. read more

The car wash takes forever. If you see a four car stack be prepared to wait in line for 20 minutes or more. Also, the vacuum is not included and costs $1.50. Not the place to go if you're in a hurry. The wash itself is of decent quality, but not worth the time. read more

Why can't we give negative stars on yelp so I could give them that!! The worst car wash ever!! My car came out with a layer of dirt on it AFTER the wash! How is it even possible?? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CAR WASH! read more

This is my go-to-gas station. The attendants who work there are so freakin' nice. There is always a line for the car wash but that's because it's such a good car wash . I was in a hurry one day and went to the Shell down the street and what a mistake that was, my car was filthy afterwards. So now I always wait the 20-30 mins and am always happy with the results. read more

I had a carwash here. There was no line when I went at 10am on a Monday. Paid for the $10 wash and I'm content with the cleanliness. Still some carcasses of bugs on the front, but I'm pretty sure that area's going to be a permanent graveyard. read more

The gas station is very nice. Clean and modern. The car wash is a different story. This car wash has the LONGEST wait time. I have been to other car washes that had lines as long, even another chevron in Saratoga seems to be much faster. It takes almost an hour with 4-5 cars in line. Not worth the wait considering it still leaves dirt. read more

This review is for the car wash only. They had a huge banner advertising their new car wash. I purchased the world for 10 dollars. It was the worst car was ever. Tons of spots and areas not cleaned. I will have take this elsewhere. I will never use this place again. read more

This location has a car wash. But it's trash and so is the service of the cashier associates. While using the info box behide the building it does not tell you it would not dry your car if you pay $6. There is no information outside the building about features and pricing. I've been to car washs through the bay and it usually comes with drying. The customer service cashier comes out and lets me know that I did not pay for the feature. I go within the building to ask if i can pay the difference and they told me I would have to pay for it all over again. This time I brought the $9.00 car wash pricing all together at $16.00. Like why would I have to go through this? The cashier rude as shit told me, its my fault and my responsibility. I told him I am not here to argue with him. As I looked through the feature list near the cashier stand. If there were features and pricing signs outside the building near the car wash I could of made a better judgement. Even the feature list on the cashier stand has two number of different pricing and it really confusing. It should have a final price on it. The associate, He's indian and younger than the older man at the other cashier within the building. Their from the middle east and he has the nerve to say that to me when people within his nationality community often complain about customer service and the outlines of store policies. Wanting refunds and exchanges or paying the difference, in this case all i wanted was to pay the difference. Whats so crazy is that I am the one that should be upset. Information of features are not displayed! The $6 does not even use soap to clean the car, or the drier. This was a set up who adds that to features list, total rip off. I also was the one who spent the money. He was speaking to me in a rude manner. I was beyond livid but I did not express this to him I just paid for the $9 wash. Which I totally looked on the list and picked base of what information I saw. After getting the $9 wash it was not worth it. I should of taken my car else where. There are better places and better car washes. I would recommend that people don't bother with this location. Totally not worth the disrespect that associate give me. read more

This review is only for the carwash. Im going to keep it short and simple, if you want a good carwash I recommend going to any Classic Carwash, for only 8 dollars you get an awesome exterior wash and the workers towel dry it for you when you come out. You may be saving a dollar in this carwash but I feel like the machines don't properly was the car and I found that my car STILL had dirt on it after the wash, I had to do a second scrub down myself which kinda made feel like I got ripped off. Bleh! read more
