Cheapest car wash doesn't DRY the car. You don't know until you're waiting for it to dry. They have a tiny sign posted using red text on a dark pink (almost red) background. The one thing that I always like about this place is the quality of product that they offer. You pay more here in comparison with other gas stations, but it's worth it for a cleaner, longer lasting fuel. Their gas maybe better than ARCO, but their hot food items are trash in comparison. I just moved to the area and found this cool Chevron station. They're very helpful at first. The car wash had a malfunction. I drove backwards to re-enter my code. It said invalid. I still had my receipt. All the car wash did was spray water for two seconds and then do the dry motion, I paid for the top dollar car wash went back through and the cashier said it was my fault and would not refund me to even get another car wash. He said he would two dollars off of it if I'd buy another one, I told him just let me go through again. It didn't wash anything at all whatsoever. He even pulled it up on the TV screen security monitor, proving it didn't wash a thing. It was the end of my day and I spent the last of my money on this car wash, I had to contact the manager next and the manager stated I don't know why they didn't refund your money or give you another car wash made it right with no problem at all not making us feel like we lied about 16 minuscule dollars. There is super cool at first but then treated me like I was a liar. The manager did make it right but I had to wait 24 hours into the work week. I'm up in there about this place. read more

I used the car wash their and my car had spots all over the wash.. I don't know what it was but I tried washing it off at home but it wouldn't come off. I showed it to the manager, Jimmywho took pictures but later said that this has never happened before and it might be something else. After repeatedly asking him what else it can be , he denied responsibility. I had to take the car to a full detail and ever after that that you can see spots on the car. Don't bother using the car wash there because you will have to go somewhere else again to get it cleaned up. read more

New station and it has a car wash. The most expensive wash does the best job and I don't recommend the cheapest wash without the drying option. Pick a middle wash option if you don't need your rims cleaned. I also like how it has Soft Cloth and Touch Free Options. The attendant "Singh" was not focused in resolving my complaint regarding a car wash malfunction. I paid 10.00 for a premium car wash and the dryer did not operate, leaving the wash incomplete. I explained to him several times that I did not pay 10.00 for the dryer not to function or pay for an incomplete car wash and would like to get a refund or start the wash again. He aggressively told me he was positive the car wash, including the dryer was functional several times and implied I was lying. When he told me he could check the cameras, I asked him to check the cameras and abruptly refused my request. This is my neighborhood gas station and car wash closest to me and I come here 1-2 times a week for gas and to wash my car, therefore the results of my complaint were unacceptable and the fact that car washes DO malfunction should be addressed so that it does not happen again. read more

This Chevron is usually more reasonably priced than other Chevrons in the area which is why I like to stop here. On the other hand, I would not recommend you wash your car here. If there is a line be prepared to wait FOREVER! I've waited close to an hour before. One you're in the line you're basically stuck. So don't plan on a quick wash if you have somewhere to be. Another time I bought a car wash when filling up, only to pull over and see the car wash was closed. They weren't even able to give me a refund when I went inside. I showed the attendants at the time and they said it was my fault for not being perfectly straight on in the wash. This was after going through it for a second time - as the first time didn't clean the car nor dry it! This was the first time I'd been through a wash in my new car and I was devastated - but their care factor was about the same as my number of stars. Car wash line is very long, I know they can't do anything about it but 1hr+ is a very long wait time just for a 2-4 minute rinse from here will not go to any chevron based wash anymore as this one the line is long and the one on Tully is always closed and never open! Nice gas station located near a neighborhood WalMart and a Starbucks. I mainly like coming here for the car wash machine because it is touch-less. But be warned the line can be ridiculous even if 3 cars ahead. And they are always randomly shut down. But nonetheless this gas station is convenient and can serve most people's needs. They have a decent convenience store for your midnight beer run or munchies. Be sure to check this location out if your in the area. Also they have Safeway gas rewards. read more

This is my go-to-gas station. The attendants who work there are so freakin' nice. There is always a line for the car wash but that's because it's such a good car wash . I was in a hurry one day and went to the Shell down the street and what a mistake that was, my car was filthy afterwards. I have been to other car washes that had lines as long, even another chevron in Saratoga seems to be much faster. It takes almost an hour with 4-5 cars in line. This location has a car wash. But it's trash and so is the service of the cashier associates. While using the info box behide the building it does not tell you it would not dry your car if you pay $6. There is no information outside the building about features and pricing. I've been to car washs through the bay and it usually comes with drying. The customer service cashier comes out and lets me know that I did not pay for the feature. I go within the building to ask if i can pay the difference and they told me I would have to pay for it all over again. This time I brought the $9.00 car wash pricing all together at $16.00. Like why would I have to go through this? The cashier rude as shit told me, its my fault and my responsibility. I told him I am not here to argue with him. As I looked through the feature list near the cashier stand. If there were features and pricing signs outside the building near the car wash I could of made a better judgement. Im going to keep it short and simple, if you want a good carwash I recommend going to any Classic Carwash, for only 8 dollars you get an awesome exterior wash and the workers towel dry it for you when you come out. You may be saving a dollar in this carwash but I feel like the machines don't properly was the car and I found that my car STILL had dirt on it after the wash, I had to do a second scrub down myself which kinda made feel like I got ripped off.
