My wife had wrist surgery and had to wait hours before getting her medicine resulting in significant pain. Prescriptions do not get filled in a reasonable amount of time as they send many orders off to a fulfillment center and that takes at least 24 hours. At times, they do not verify insurance accurately. CVS in Target and the Pharmacy at Safeway are better locations that serve their communities timely.

Even though they have a sign out front telling us to be kind and respectful, this manager was not kind and respectful or patient with me, even though I actually was kind and respectful to her. There was no need for her to get on that level or take that tone and be so disrespectful to a patient. They start by getting annoyed when you ring the bell for service in the drive through. No one acknowledges you or says "we'll be with you in a moment Ma'am" when you pull up, so you have no way of knowing if they know you're there or not and you don't want to just sit there waiting in your car while they continue to serve inside clients, so naturally you ring bell for service to ensure they know you're waiting. Poor class, poor quality, no people skills, poor communication and on and on. Terrible experience! I gave two starts instead of one, because of the one kind young man who works there.

I was forced to give it one star but if I could give it zero I would. RUDE!! RUDE!! This has got to be the rudest staff I've ever seen in any pharmacy. When I walked in, there were NO customers at the pharmacy counter whatsoever. Since I wasn't feeling all that great I was very happy to see this. Well, April fools to me! From what I could see from where I was standing, there were 4 pharmacy employees, counting the male working the drive up window. At least 3 of the employees saw me standing at the counter so they could see I was waiting for help. Now remember I was the ONLY customer in line they had to help. The male working the drive up window was about 3 feet directly in front of me and he also saw I was at the counter directly behind him. I was totally ignored by the entire staff! I waited and waited and waited and waited..... then I waited some more. When the male turned and it appeared as if he was no longer busy, I asked him "do I need to go through the drive-through in order to get help?" He asked me what do I mean and I explained to him that I have been standing here waiting for help and have been ignored. He replied to me quite nasty "well you can see I've been busy." I then explained again that the entire staff not only ignored me, but didn't even acknowledge my presence or say "I'll be right with you" including him. He then proceeded to get my prescription and ring it up. I'll never go back to that pharmacy ever EVER! In fact the Walgreens pharmacies have seemed to go downhill tremendously from the quality pharmacy chain they used to be. I'm seriously thinking of transferring my meds out of the Walgreens system, sadly.

I don't mind 5 to 10 minutes but 30 to 45 minutes is ridiculous. When I asked for the managers number for the pharmacy, they said they were on vacation and pretty much coughed me off. I am not impressed with this Walgreens pharmacy and this is poor customer service. You might as well not have a scheduling system if you're not gonna commit to it.

The Port Orchard Rite Aid cost me $700 today. One of my prescriptions was up for refill last week…read more(2024, under my old insurance). They didn't notice they were out until it needed refill, so they had to order it. A full week later, I'm finally able to pick it up, but now it is under my new insurance. The difference in cost is $700. Since I have no choice but to take this drug to avoid strokes, I had to pay. If they'd been competent and filled it when it was due, I would have time to figure out an alternative under the new insurance. Not only is the pharmacy erratic and untrustworthy, half the shelves in the store are empty. One would they they were in a going out of business sale. I'm transferring all of my prescriptions.

When I asked the lady behind the counter about it, she said "oh I'm just trying to get out of here." Your deli should A, never be out unless unforeseen circumstances and B, there REALLY shouldn't be burnt dried out food at any hour in a store that charges such high prices compared against its competitors. Safeway makes yall look like a joke and they're only slightly more expensive than Winco.

Just your typical small country convenience store, and a very handy thing to have in the Burley…read morearea. We moved to Burley last year, and the Burley Store has been a good friend more than a few times - filling in for needed staples when a trip to "the city" (Port Orchard, 7 miles North). They stock all the "usual stuff" with a small packaged meat / dairy section, pre-made sandwiches, and of course all the beer and wine selections you'd expect. Service has always been very nice and they welcome all - not just "locals" As Burley locals, we have the Burley Store, the Olalla Store, and Hyway Market as our three stores within just a few miles, and Burley Market easily is the closest and fills most of our needs. Great little country store.

Disregard all other disgruntled reviews as this is the best pharmacy around, and cheapest as they always apply GoodRx coupons for me when I pay cash. Curbside pickup has been a great new feature that I use often. I also have had no issues with them when refilling controlled substance prescriptions. Keep up the great work!
