The negative reviews are all true and make sense now. The owner, Phil is extremely rude and disrespectful. I don't know how this shop even stays in business. I purchased a 2012 VW GTI that had a sticker from this shop on the windshield. Since I bought the car at auction and don't have contact from the previous owner, I called Morello and requested for the service records. Phil looked up the records by license plate # and stated that the car has service records from this shop going back several years. When I asked him for details he started to get agitated. He rambled off a few things that were done to the car over the years. I was trying to write everything down as quickly as he read them to me. When I was trying to get mileage, type of work, etc, he started yelling at me that I'm not his customer, and I'm not paying him for his time. He then hung up. Fast forward a few days; I was planning to just drive there and "pay" him for his time. I decided to call first, plus I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he just had a bad day that day. Nope; same rude and angry Phil (boy am I glad I didn't take the drive there). I stated that I wanted to "pay" him for his time, and all I wanted was to get a copy (without any info from the previous owner, which I didn't care about anyway) of the service records. He then proceeded to tell me that he is "legally" not allowed to do this, even though I didn't want any of the previous owner's information, and again just hung up on me. I followed up with BAR (Burau of Automotive Repair) and they told me that there is no "legal document" that says he can't provide the repair details. They did say it is his choice to provide it or not. So it turns out that Phil is an ignorant, rude, and disrespectful just like everyone says. Stay away from this place!

Quick service. Thanks for getting me back on the road. Super fast service. This is the way it's suppose to be. Thanks again!

Subliminal Ads? This…read moreis a small gas station with small prices! After picking up my wife, we had a few minutes, and I was delighted to see such an inexpensive station nearby. I confess, however, I did not literally see the gas station. I use an app called GasBuddy to find cheap stations. It was pretty crowded but I managed to maneuver around to find a spare pump. I hardly cut anyone off. At least I don't think I did. At least nobody yelled or honked at me or tried to run me over. There's barely enough room to maneuver, but if you're patient you can get a fantastic price. Today, I saved about $0.25 a gallon by shopping here. I especially like the fact that it's the same price for credit or cash. Of course, I use my Amazon Prime Visa card to get 2% back. It makes me feel good to send less of my money to oil companies. I would feel even better if I did not give them any of my money, but I haven't figured out how to do that yet. And Yelp cash back only applies to restaurants. Maybe this could be an enhancement? I would love for them to give me 7% cash back for gasoline purchases. They could even make the pump run slower if they would give me back 7%. Heck, I would crank the handle myself for 7% cash back. The pump equipment is new, and the pumps are fast. They operate by electricity now; you do not actually need to crank the handle, or anything like that. You simply watch the numbers and they tell you how much money they are sucking out of your wallet. My car was completely full in just 2 minutes. The gas tank, I mean; the car itself remained the same size, as did the occupants. Wait I just thought of something! I don't think they play those annoying video advertisements at the pumps that most gas stations play! On the other hand, maybe they ARE playing, but subliminally, so I can't even tell that I'm watching an advertisement. I will have to give this further thought and revisit again. I am very gullible, and it's quite possible they are tricking me.

The owner didn't even listen and screamed at me, literally called me a "scamming c*cksucker" and wouldn't even listen to me. Today, however, I had one of the most disappointing and upsetting experiences I've ever had at any business. I came in holding a $50 bill and a $10 bill to pay for gas, only to be treated like a criminal. An employee--described as a skinny male--accused me of using a fake $50 bill two days ago to buy a scratcher. He claimed he was "sure" it was me because he saw me on camera. When I asked to see the footage or speak to a manager, I was told the manager wasn't there. After pushing the issue, he eventually apologized--not because he realized he was wrong, but because he said the person in the footage "looked Asian," just like me. That is completely unacceptable. I've never used fake money in my life, and being falsely accused, especially in a store I've supported for a year, is beyond offensive. This experience left me feeling angry, and deeply hurt. I expect better treatment from any business, let alone one I've been loyal to. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed properly, not just with an apology, but with a change in how customers are treated--especially when it comes to assumptions based on race or appearance.
