But the last two visits with today being the worst I have ever seen. Both on the car wash side and the gas station side. Vacuum is not working second time in a month. Didn't pre-spray my car, and it was dirty from the last big windstorm, no receipt at the gas pump, went in and they basically ignore you unless you're speaking Spanish. I asked the guy for receipt. The pump wasn't working. His machine was out of paper so he couldn't give me a receipt so he's sitting there trying to change paper in the manager is just down there visiting talking to somebody else and after about three minutes he finally asked the manager. Can you get him a receipt? My machine is not working. He just handed me the receipt. No hey we're sorry or anything. I think I might be moving up the street to get my car washed and changing to a different gas station.

The pump to which I was assigned, malfunctioned and would not disperse fuel. I returned to the clerk, and advised them of the malfunction. I was informed that my gift card was depleted of money and no further fuel or credit back to the gift card would be provided. I lost $50 without receiving any fuel. The clerk was rude and dismissive. I lived in this area for awhile and would always go here instead of the more popular Arco down the street. They have the same gas, delivered on the same truck, but aren't built at the bottom of a hill with drainage issues. The price is also the same, but here you don't have to wait in line. For some reason people get off the freeway and immediately hit the other station. Oh, and they sell liqour.
