They deleted my review, not only did their car wash break my side mirror, but it's scuffed the entire side of my car as well as my trunk and this isn't the first vehicle that's claimed the car wash has damaged the car read more

Great wash machin, es and vacuum and clean place also lots of drying towels. Friendly staff, good size vacuum area.

Horrible customer service with children running the facility. No real supervision of any kind. Their machines malfunctioned and one of the brushes cracked the top of my driver side mirror and rotated the mirror complete in the opposite direction. The passenger side was almost as bad, but at least it didn't damage it. Due to the impact of the way the first and second side brushes contacted the mirror, cracking the assembly, it completely blew off to the passenger side of the car when going through the dryers. I had to walk in from the exit side of the wash near the blowers to retrieve it after parking. I received a canned response from the company and of course they denied Apparently, if your vehicle is older than five years, then they automatically deny coverage, no matter how good of condition your vehicle is. Their service is overpriced, and the machines are always faulty. You have to ask them to turn off the tire shine or it just splatters everywhere on one side you get nothing on the other very poorly managed company. read more

The team members at check are always so nice. They try to up sell you, I always say no thank you. They just move on, it's so refreshing. Usually everything is great. However, today none of the blowers of air worked. That was a bummer. I hate when the water drips after everything has been dried. read more

Great here, always fast and easy . Become a member it definitely is with it because it lowers the rate

Love that I can wash my car any time I want. Customer service is always on point! I've been coming here for 2 years and I love it.

i had a very disturbing incident in this car wash. I had two cars from behind hitting me. I thought it was the wash because it's somewhat bumpy but it was actually 2 cars pushing into me. I had to make a decision to go forward or they would continue hitting me. This was very traumatic. The took an incident report but I never received anything. I went down there in person and they couldn't find anything under my email.. then eventually found it but told me that they emailed it to me. checked spam and email... nope. then I went to cancel my membership they couldn't find my car under the same email with the incident report. I asked for the video and of course no video no incident report. I do not recommend using this car wash. I had a very bad experience. read more

Less than two months old, brand new 2025 car First time at this location by the way During the car wash I felt movement/weird sounds that made me think "what's that sound" I pull out to dry at the end and can see my bumper has about an inch scratch, a couple smaller scratches and a small dent all near the same corner of the bumper. Now I have to just cross my fingers and hope they do right by this, I already cancelled the membership and I'll wash by hand moving forward. Lesson learned Also while doing an "incident report" with a worker, I pointed out all the dirty spots that were on the back of my car that were very visible. Literally didn't look like I got a wash at all. read more

This place is always closed for maintenance and there is never a vacuum available! Seems like they just allow anyone to use the vacuums. Horrible that they are always closed for maintenance! read more

Absolutely the worse. Equipment locked up and destroyed my rear deck. I have witnesses but no never mind. Lawsuit Monday. Terri

The service is great here. I love Quick Quack always professional and clean. Everyone is always friendly and kind.

The experience was amazing and all the staff were super helpful! They also were super easy to understand!

Im an not here to play Bumper cars! Canceling my membership due to lack of accountability and who wants to deal with worrying about being blamed for their machine not working ?! Not me! Not my insurance. Last month the machine malfunction causing me to slam in the vehicle infont of me. called the site manager. And never heard back. Today, same thing happened.... This is a huge liability right now! I'm staying away from this place. read more

Honestly the car wash here is cool if you don't care about a detailed cleaning but if you want something where your car will be spotless & sqeaky clean this isn't your place. They offer rags but sometimes none are available. Overall I'd say 3 stars is good for me. I come here because I drive a lot & my car gets dirty really fast so it comes through. Don't know If I will keep renewing it though, it's leaving a lot of scratches on my car. read more

Quick in an out and vaccum and towels are a great bonus. This location is less busy as Eastvale.

Great customer service , friendly staff , awesome car wash. Fast service enjoy the the free astujff they give

I recently became a member and I love the convenience of unlimited car washes. I love having a clean car so this has been great for me. The FAQs say I can add up to four cars to membership. Is there an additional monthly fee to do this? I love being a Quick Quack member. Car wash is always quick and efficient. Vacuums work well. And I appreciate the complimentary towels. read more

always great been coming here 5 years staff is always friendly and I love availability of hour

Came in and bought a car wash from this place and noticed the entire top of my car didn't get touched by the brushes. Afterward, I tell the attendant and he says oh yea the top brush broke earlier today. Why would you not warn the customer about that before they order the wash? I wasn't offered any apologies for the half done wash and the attendant told me it'll probably be fixed in a couple days. Why would I pay for a second wash?? read more

Great car wash service, decent prices and if it doesn't get clean the first time they will let you go back through. Wish they had more vacuums, almost always full. read more

I have Lucky Duck membership at quick quick car wash and I've noticed the tire dressing only is applied on the passenger side and not the driver side. Talk to the employees there who seemed lost and didn't know how to fix the problem. Be aware you're paying for tire dressing for only half of your car. I requested a manager, but the employees said there was no manager on site. read more

I have tried to love this business. The one in south corona is great. The one is Eastvale is great. This one is terrible. They constantly open late. If they open at all. Just in march they have been closed 3 times in the middle of the day. We pay a monthly membership for 3 cars. Missing 3 washes is worth more than the value of the membership so they have literally ripped us off! And they don't care. If you ask them about it, they are not sorry. If this is your home location, give up and cancel. We are. TIMES THREE! read more

I actually live in Eastvale it usually attend this car wash as the staff is very friendly and the lines are less

My car was pretty dirty so I figured I'd go for the more premium ceramic wash. Cost almost $30 and it really was not worth the price. My car was still dirty, and while it did clean up my car somewhat, it was not to the standard I expected at all. read more

Friendly service and car is always washed very well every time we come. Good value for a drive through car wash

very good service, keep coming back all. the time, customer service , they have vacuums, towels to dry the cars.

I have only ever had bad experiences in this car wash. First time I came was last year, my car paint peeled off and when we went to complain about it, the manager said my car was at fault. My car is not an older model and is a 2019, I have never had a problem with the paint until this car wash. Second, I came in 9/2/24 and so many of the vacuums were not working properly. One of the stalls, the vacuum sucking pressure was so low, and when i moved to another stall it was the same issue. Not only that, but there was so many bugs that came out of nowhere? They looked like fleas, im not sure if it came from the vacuuming section, but while I was vacuuming they all just started appearing especially on the roof of my car. Theres more in the photo but this was after I drove off. read more
