I've been coming to Quick Quack since they first opened, and honestly, the difference between then and now is noticeable. When they started, it was convenient, fairly priced, and the quality matched what you were paying for. Over the years, prices have gone up -- but the service has gone in the opposite direction. The staff is always friendly, and that's appreciated, but friendliness doesn't make up for declining quality. It feels like less soap and product are being used, the dryers rarely do their job properly, and many times one of the two vacuums is either broken or has very weak suction. The air hoses are also inconsistent -- some have strong pressure, others barely work. Customers don't care about gimmicks like basketball-style trash cans. What matters is whether the equipment actually works and whether the wash leaves your car clean and dry -- and lately it's been hit-or-miss. Yes, it's still convenient. But with the price increases, the overall value just isn't what it used to be. read more

I've been a pretty loyal customer of this location, but after my most recent visit, I will not be returning. I ran my car through the wash expecting the usual quick, convenient service. Instead, I left with visible clear coat scratches across the length of the car - on both sides! What's most frustrating isn't just the scratches - it's how the situation was handled. I reached out to the customer service team the same day hoping for a reasonable conversation. Instead, I was met with a flat denial of responsibility and no willingness to take accountability or even consider the possibility that their equipment may have caused the issue - even though their own associate candidly informed me that this isn't an unusual occurrence with their rough brushes. I understand that things can happen, and no business is perfect. But how a company responds when something goes wrong says everything. In this case, the lack of ownership and dismissive response left a much worse impression than the damage itself. If you're considering coming here, be aware of the potential risk and document your car beforehand. First of all, customer service here is A1. The employees are always friendly and in a good mood. Everyone who works here seems like they enjoy showing up and doing their job which is lovely. They even give my daughter little ducks to play with! She is starting a collection. Secondly, this is a membership car wash service which is a LUXURY. Please don't complain about the price on something that is optional. In my opinion, it is completely worth it since my time is valuable and I don't prefer to wash my car myself. I have an unlimited wash membership and have had it since quick quake opened on Main st. Since once the one on Bedford is closer I use that one. When I take my Tundra through the wash it push my drivers side mirror forward and backwards depending on where I am at in the wash. Friday night it dislodged the cover and broke a clip. They are denying a claim saying it did not happen When they first opened the wash has taken it completely off. Even though they have signs saying the will be responsible for damage on OEM parts. Wow, crazy busy!! I went on a Saturday though. So, it could be my fault as to why it was so busy. You must go at low-traffic times. Do you know when you jump in the conveyer belt and it pushes your car forward, and into the car wash? Well, I was behind a car and a car was behind me. And four cars ahead, they decided to stop- right when they exited the car wash. I do not know if they were waiting for traffic to go by or what. But they stopped and then the car behind them stopped and it caused a traffic jam in front of me. Now, I am still inside the car wash, getting towards the end. And I started to get worried that I was going to crash into the four cars, that had stopped in front of me. So, I put my brakes on and honked the horn. So that they could stop the car wash and prevent a collusion. I was super close to the car in front of me, so I had to put the brakes on. We sat there and waited for the traffic jam to clear, so I could finally drive out of the car wash. Just scary! People do not cause traffic jams after you exit the car wash! Drive out and pull over in one of the parking spots. Otherwise, you are blocking the path for everyone to get out. My carwash came out okay. If you care about your car do not come here. Against my better judgement I got a membership here. The same day I went through the car wash I noticed my license plate was ripped right off the front of my new Porsche. As well as a scratch that wasn't there on the window panel of my car. After going through this wash 1 time. My license plate was found by a worker inside the car wash. I made an incident report and canceled my membership the same day. All this place does is deny deny deny. Decided they were "not at fault". Must be a pretty harsh car wash to rip something right off a car. Don't recommend and service sucks. read more

Hi Everyone! This is not my "home" Quick Quack Car Wash but I stopped by yesterday because it was on my way home and my car was dirty. I have to say, what a disappointment from my regular location. I drove through the wash, I am on the middle plan, so I expect a good wash. Upon parking at the drying bay, I found every single drying bay was out of drying cloths. I figured, ok, I will use the little air pressure hose to at least blow off the remaining water droplets. Nope, it wasn't working either!. Then, upon getting back into my car, I noticed a big line of dirt on the underpart of car on the drivers side. Since I specifically bought the middle plan, which includes undercarriage wash, I expected this part to be clean as well! Sigh. The only reason I did not give this location did not get one star is it is still incredibly easy to use! Definitely need for improvement at the location. Jim read more

I've been a member and customer since the day this location opened. Unfortunately, they still haven't resolved an ongoing issue with their tire shine. Every visit, it leaves excessive amounts--globs upon globs--on the tires, and the moment you drive away and turn, it splatters all over the side of the car. I've raised this issue multiple times and am always told it's being addressed or already fixed--yet nothing changes. I even spoke with the manager, who referred to herself as the "store leader," but she seemed just as unaware and dismissive. To make matters worse, now that this new "store leader" is in charge, they've decided to start retracting the top brush during washes--something I haven't had to do for the past six months. But apparently, that's her new policy, and we just have to live with it. It's frustrating and disappointing, especially given how convenient it's been to bring all three of our vehicles here. But after giving them more than enough chances, we're canceling our membership. They just can't seem to get it together. read more

Decided to try this car wash and was extremely disappointed. The car wash was extremely rough on my vehicle, it felt like my vehicle was getting pounded to death. My truck came out spotted, my mirror was damaged, only one spot on my tires had a squirt of tire shine, etc. I spent 30 minutes hand drying and polishing to get rid of the spots and dirt. I passed along my comments to an attendant and she said 'sorry, our equipment is in the process of being fixed'. I decided to cancel the membership and seek a refund due to the poor experience. After several phone calls and many emails, QQ basically told me to pound sand and refused to refund my account. A complete scam. Buyer beware. In response to QQ: You must have had multiple complaints as the story you tell below was not me. The attendant at the entrance told me to leave my truck mirrors out. I have an f350 so they are large. They got bent backwards and forwards multiple times during the wash. I then had to have them re-sequenced to get them to work properly. (I was unaware of the damage until the next day) Luckily I am handy and was able to repair them myself. After the first trip through the wash, there was no way my new f350 was going back through that thing. And you never offered to help dry my car, you never offered to re run the car, your attendant simply said the equipment was broken ( known issue) and walked away. All I want is a refund. Simple request. Why is that so difficult? At least I have a good credit card company that will investigate after all this stonewalling. read more

I really do love this place but the ( kids ) who direct your car in, don't pay attention at all. They just wave you in to the slot for your wheels and then , BUMP! Guided in wrong once again. About 95 percent of the time they do that. Your wheel smacks the rails and you inch closer to getting another alignment. Just pay attention. It takes 20 seconds more of effort. read more

If you care about your car's paint, avoid this place at all costs. A few weeks ago, I went through this car wash like normal, but when I came out, I noticed deep scratches and even a big gash that took off paint. This isn't an old car with wear and tear--it's brand new. I didn't file a report at the time because I had no proof it happened there, so I just moved on. Fast forward to a few weeks later, my car was dirty again and unfortunately, this was the closest car wash to me. I decided to give it another try, but I made sure to check the same spots afterward--and sure enough, there were new scratches. This time I immediately went around to speak with someone about filing a claim. I was told a manager would reach out within 24 hours, but I never heard back. After three days, I went back and talked to someone else, only to find out no report had even been started. Now six days later, the only thing I've gotten is a text from the manager saying they don't believe it was their car wash that caused the damage. Terrible service and zero accountability.
