Employees are super friendly and helpful, and there's so many vacuum spots and spots without where you can wipe down and dry your car :)

This carwash is always stocked with towels, vacuums work very well and employees are very nice!!!

Clean my dirty car please lol Man, the dirt in the Inland Empire is crazy bad lol The winds pickup and blow all that dirt around. My car is always dirty as a result of this. Quality is always there at Quick Quack. My cars always clean and sparkly afterwards lol Value is there for me. You can pay $10 at a gas station and end up with spots. Quick quack though, you don't have spots. read more

You guys have to get some competent employees man, these 17-19 year olds are just not cutting it. I walked up to a young girl attending the carwash line and asked to purchase 3 packs of wipes. Leather, glass, and cleaning. The wipe packs are $3.00 each. She starts scanning them and tells me "they're not scanning correctly" and tries again. I notice she scanned 2 of the packs twice but assumed she was redoing it. After standing there for a while she mumbles the total and I barely hear it, she's staring at me expressionless so I tap my card on the ipad and took the wipes. I get a notification on my phone that I was charged $16.32 ??? Doing simple math if the wipes are $3 each then three packs should come out to $9. Even factoring in tax the max it would come out to is maybe $12 total ? In her defense the line of cars started coming in and out of kindness I didn't make it a big deal and complain about a refund, deciding to overlook the incompetence. So I'm complaining on here instead. I mean I get you might be busy but you obviously scanned too many, how dumb are these kids? I'm only 28 and yet these young people fresh out of high school have a room temp IQ of 70, it's actually disturbing. At least train them to do simple math and count money correctly, Quick Quack. read more

I love quick quack! It's not convenient but I drive out of my way to use their monthly membership. The staff are always friendly & during the week all the vacuums are generally available. My only complaint is the weekends they don't have enough vacuums to fill their demand. For that reason I try to come early in the week or odd hours. My kids lovvve the projections! Makes a drive thru was more special. Sometimes they have a seasonal "scent" for their car soap and that's kinda fun too read more

Quick, easy and super convenient ! Friendly staff! Definitely keeping my membership. Best vacuums!

I have an unlimited wash membership and have had it since quick quake opened on Main st. Since once the one on Bedford is closer I use that one. When I take my Tundra through the wash it push my drivers side mirror forward and backwards depending on where I am at in the wash. Friday night it dislodged the cover and broke a clip. They are denying a claim saying it did not happen When they first opened the wash has taken it completely off. Even though they have signs saying the will be responsible for damage on OEM parts. They do not accept responsibility. read more

Great experience at Quick Quack Car Wash! My car came out clean and shiny, and the service was fast and friendly. Special thanks to Gloria for dressing my tires--they looked fantastic and really completed the wash. Thank you, Gloria! read more

I've been a pretty loyal customer of this location, but after my most recent visit, I will not be returning. I ran my car through the wash expecting the usual quick, convenient service. Instead, I left with visible clear coat scratches across the length of the car - on both sides! What's most frustrating isn't just the scratches - it's how the situation was handled. I reached out to the customer service team the same day hoping for a reasonable conversation. Instead, I was met with a flat denial of responsibility and no willingness to take accountability or even consider the possibility that their equipment may have caused the issue - even though their own associate candidly informed me that this isn't an unusual occurrence with their rough brushes. I understand that things can happen, and no business is perfect. But how a company responds when something goes wrong says everything. In this case, the lack of ownership and dismissive response left a much worse impression than the damage itself. If you're considering coming here, be aware of the potential risk and document your car beforehand. I really wanted to keep supporting this place, but based on this experience, I can't recommend it. read more

I've been coming to Quick Quack since they first opened, and honestly, the difference between then and now is noticeable. When they started, it was convenient, fairly priced, and the quality matched what you were paying for. Over the years, prices have gone up -- but the service has gone in the opposite direction. The staff is always friendly, and that's appreciated, but friendliness doesn't make up for declining quality. It feels like less soap and product are being used, the dryers rarely do their job properly, and many times one of the two vacuums is either broken or has very weak suction. The air hoses are also inconsistent -- some have strong pressure, others barely work. Customers don't care about gimmicks like basketball-style trash cans. What matters is whether the equipment actually works and whether the wash leaves your car clean and dry -- and lately it's been hit-or-miss. Yes, it's still convenient. But with the price increases, the overall value just isn't what it used to be. read more

Great experience, quality wash and friendly staff. This is my go-to for a great car wash. Would definitely recommend

"Fast, affordable, and did a great job. My car looks amazing. Friendly staff and excellent customer service."

This place used to be good but lately I notice they don't use much soap and not enough water, causing scratches on the vehicle also the car dryer is weaker than it used to be. Not sure if all the locations became the same. read more

Here is an 85-word (actually a little more) polished review you can use: I truly appreciate the great service I received during my visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience a positive one. I especially want to thank the kids working there--they carried themselves with so much professionalism, kindness, and patience. It's refreshing to see young people take pride in their work and treat customers with respect. Their effort did not go unnoticed, and I hope they know how much it is appreciated. Thank you all for making my day better. read more

Cracked my windshield and have made no attempt to fix it, stating that they are not liable because it could've been due to a prior crack/chip. There was neither, but yet they still aren't "at fault". Don't get your vehicle washed here. read more

First of all, customer service here is A1. The employees are always friendly and in a good mood. Everyone who works here seems like they enjoy showing up and doing their job which is lovely. They even give my daughter little ducks to play with! She is starting a collection. Secondly, this is a membership car wash service which is a LUXURY. Please don't complain about the price on something that is optional. In my opinion, it is completely worth it since my time is valuable and I don't prefer to wash my car myself. I would recommend any Quick Quack but this one specifically is my fav!! read more

Great service, staff is so friendly! Will definitely be a returning customer. Convenient location as well.

This Quick Quake location is great, lots of vacuums, always plenty of towels to dry off cars and hardly ever a wait and if so, no longer than 5 minutes. In and out is the name of the game and they deliver! Right before I didn't think this location could get any better here comes Christian, one of the attendants, even shined my tires right before I left at no cost today and just smiled and waived as I pulled off. Now that's why I have all three cars signed up for the monthly subscription and about to add another one once my daughter starts driving soon! read more

Amazing customer service. Great vacuums, towels and variety of washes. One time or membership available.

The customer service here is excellent. Unfortunately, this place is closed for repairs 50% of the time that I come. Not worth driving all the way here to find out that it's closed and having to drive all the way to the next one. read more
