I went to Corona Car Wash today, and after leaving, I realized my gloves were missing. I went back and asked the cashier if anyone had turned them in, but she said no and suggested I speak to the manager. The manager asked if I had checked everything and who cleaned my car. I mentioned it was the man wearing an Angels hat. The manager spoke with the employee, who initially looked confused. Then, both the manager and the employee came over to me, and the employee pulled my gloves out of his pocket, saying he was 'saving them' for me. On top of that, he had also left his cleaning towel in my car. While I appreciate the manager's involvement, it was a strange and uncomfortable experience to have something taken from my car and not returned until I came back. I hope the business addresses this internally to prevent similar situations. read more

Being new to the area I realized there were not many Hand Car Wash (no rollers, aka touchless carwash) full-service places in the area, and that does a good job. I've only found two other places, one is a complete scam of a place (off of Hamner in Norco - beware) and the other was ok - located in downtown Corona. I've been to this place at least 6 times since 2019 (excluding covid 2020, when the world closed) and I've had a good experience. The staff takes their time in cleaning and drying cars. They do a good job of not missing any significant dirt and grime inside the car. The outside has always looked excellent. You see the staff wiping things down and taking time on the rims. If there's some dirt/grime missed they are nice and polite and will wipe it down. There are a couple of things that are my personal opinion. The shop closes at 3:45 every day. It would be nice if the shop closed later for those that work, at least one day out of the week, and especially during the summer. The second issue is how much more expensive it's gotten. It's $31.99 (with tax) for the second to lowest wash. Overall a good experience and job! Would recommend it as the best in the Corona and Norco area. read more

Took my truck to corona car wash for a full detail. I paid $240 for the detail and the truck was not detailed good. The wheels were not done, rims dirty, still had bug splatter all over the front, and the truck still had buffing compound in almost every body line of the truck. When I complained about the poor job. The manager grabbed a towel off the floor and started picking at the bug splatters with his finger nails. This was my first time visiting this car wash and my experience was terrible. The ticket writer told me they are charging $1 extra per wash for COVID, I was hesitant but I was already in line so I selected the $20 package for full service. When I got my car back, it was still really wet. The body has spotted water and wasn't wiped down entirely. They didn't bother to open the doors and wipe the water from the inside. Absolutely loved my first time here! I was in the area and my car needed a major wash and wax after being in quarantine for weeks lol. Saw that there was a lot of cars getting washed and to me that means the place is 5 start! The staff was incredibly friendly and did an amazing job with the wax and interior. WARNING DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I came here for the FIRST TIME and got a $33 lux wash and $110 full interior wash and left a generous tip to only have my Mercedes CHIPPED AND SCRATCHED!!!! I paid over $150 just for my car to look worse than how I brought it. I called as soon as I got it home from them and they told me to bring the car in the next day. When I came back I spoke with the "manager" Victor. The encounter was so painful because of how it was carelessly handled. He would not even listen to us and just said "No, nope. I don't care if we lose business". We don't drive this car often and were trying to explain to him how we had pictures of the car right off their property. It looks like they opened my passenger side and hit my car against another car. Victor's response was that he doesn't park cars next to each other but as we were speaking there were several cars getting detailed closely together and another car being driven with BOTH DOORS OPEN! I told Victor I came peacefully and just wanted him to help a NEW customer, but instead he began ARGUING with me!!! I told him I don't even need him to pay for the damage I just was just giving him a chance to fix things in any way he could as I would have been a returning customer! (I have all this recorded btw). Since they do not care if they lose business, myself and four of my family members who were regular customers, will not be returning. Finally! After living in this area for a little over 6 month I was able to find a decent hand car wash! Pulled up today in the morning and had to get a hand wash since my car is lowered. Had no problems with that $35.00 which is pretty standard. I believe the gentleman name that washed my car was Alexandro. He did a great job and took his time on my car. The exterior looked great as well as the interior. Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. I had zero issues when I pulled up. Was told I needed to have it hand washed. Asked what scent fresher I wanted? And was given my ticket to take to the cashier. Overall I was very satisfied with my wash and the cleaning I received.
