Decent gas station. But I have some issues. The main one that I found, was the trash can ordeal. Most gas stations have a trash can at each gas pump. But this one has it every other? The two outside gas pumps had trash cans next to them. And the 3 inside lanes didn't have trash cans. So here me out on this; I know it sounds petty. Lol But we are in America, home of the lazy lol So why wouldn't you have a trash can at every pump to accommodate for our laziness? I had to walk across lanes and pumps to throw my trash away. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but it's just inconvenient. She has zero customer service skills and should not be working with people. If you work in the customer service industry, you're kind, patient, and respectful. Cashier tried to scam my scratch off ticket by saying the computer was down and something was wrong with the printer. After he scanned my ticket he said he couldn't pay out on my winning scratcher. I went up the street to cash it out but was told my ticket had already been processed. I had to go back to this 7-11 to tell them what I was just told. The guy remembered me. I think he was going to pocket my cash. He and another worker kept speaking in their language the whole time I was there waiting for him to give me the payout. Seemed shady to me. On my morning rush to work I decided to get a refill cup of coffee but was shocked to see that they no longer allow refill cups during this whole Public scare crisis. In a misguided attempt to prevent anyone from contaminating the coffee supply they disallowed my cup which potentially was infected with covid9 and would rather have a presumed "infected person" touch all of the cups, lids and any other supplies during my visit which would include the dispensing spout, sugar & creamer containers. Don't forget that I must pay with infected currency which I have not disinfected nor was I planning on doing. This is the stupidest way of losing a customer I have ever heard of. Maybe the manager should just close the location entirely and only accept Credit cards through the pump. This would be the safest method to prevent infecting others since this would keep all potentially infected people outside and amongst themselves. Follow up with hosing down the entire store with a hefty dose of Lysol and throwing everything inside the store into the trash bin including himself to ensure no cross contaminating occurrs. read more

This is my favorite location to get gas. Not because of the price because I'm sure you can find it cheaper at other stations . I like this location because I feel safe. As a woman , safety is a huge concern. It's very well lit. There's never been loitering during the night. A lot of foot traffic from the local residents. Great location on Hidden Valley, right by the 15 freeway. They also have a Red Box , outside their location. It is extremely frustrating when I pull up to a pump after having 0 ounces of gas left in my ca, to find that their machines are not excepting debit card. I always have a little ones with me and it is a colossal inconvenience for me to have to walk inside the store to pay for my gas specially if it's insisted to charge an extra $.35 for using my debit card. Blatant discrimination. I've been pumping my gas at this location right off the 15 for about 7 months. This has been my go to stop since I've moved to the area. I am a black woman that is 25, but to many I look about 17. Sometimes I'll go dressed heading to work sometimes I'll come in loungewear after grabbing a quick local bite. I always pay in cash because I save 10 cents per gallon. The owner always makes me wait about 5 minutes before he processes my transaction. I think nothing of it because I feel like a local and wanted him to feel comfortable enough finish little tasks. No sweat. Today after a car wash I come in to fill my tank and find an air freshener. I could have gone anywhere else, but I'm loyal. I was on the phone when I entered the location. After about 10-15 minutes of browsing options, the elderly man who runs the location interrupts me to tell me I've been in the store to long without purchasing anything. I'm completely baffled because I had no clue there was a time limit. The longer I'm in the store, the more money I spend. My presence posed absolutely no threat so why would he harass me and attempt to humiliate me in front of other customers? I go on to ask why he feels the need to insult me especially when I'm pleasant every time I come. He says he doesn't know who I am and I challenge that statement reminding him I pump at number 7 every three days a week. His rebuttal is that I come and leave, I don't stay. He threatens to call the police and says I've overstayed my welcome and goes on to complain to his then white woman customer staring at me with disgust. I ask her to not laugh because I'm offended and she goes on to scream at me. I will never recommend this store as I was wrongly harassed. Now I understand why the owner avoided me each time though I offered benefit of the doubt. Thank you for expressing your values and making it clear that my commerce is not welcome. **DO NOT PAY CASH HERE FOR GAS** I seriously just paid $27 in cash for gas, I have an 11 gallon tank, I was almost on empty, $27 should of almost given me a full tank, during the middle of me pumping my gas, the pump somehow malfunctioned, and stopped pumping, it literally went for $11.21 to $27 right before my eyes, my car was at a half of tank after it malfunctioned when it should of been almost full.. I walked back in to the cashier and he wanted to argue my point, he printed out a receipt that said, 9.5 gallons @ $2.89/gallon, I have no clue how this happened and I'm not making this up, I literally saw it with my own eyes when the pump malfunctioned. I honestly believe if I would of paid by debit this wouldn't of happened... so the cashier settled with me, I walked away with $10.00 when they owed me $15.00... don't get me wrong, if I wasn't working all day, I might of stayed to argue but I just wasn't in the mood, I'm just happy I got $10.00 instead of $0.00.
