This is the 2nd time I've had a car wash "full service" here and wow. 0 stars honestly. Still marks all over the outside of my car. I had to show them where to wipe it off then I go to drive off and as I'm at the light, I noticed that nothing in the middle of my car with wipe down nothing was moved to vacuum it in the backseat still dust everywhere... I turned around and he kind of wiped it down but seemed a little annoyed about it so whatever. Do not waste your money here I should've known from the last time but decided to give it one more try and I will never come here again waste of $50 with tip. Also, my mats were not cleaned and the doors were not wiped down either... I could've done a better job myself for 10 bucks. I'm more than furious about this and I keep trying to call and of course it just goes to voicemail. there's nobody to talk to. read more

The "manager" christian, I believe, doesn't carry a name tag. asked us rudely what type of service I got for my car wash. I told him full service. Is there an issue. He proceeded to instigate the situation by stating we were offended and that we were being rude. I asked for his name, and he started power tripping, stating he needs to know as the manager . We proceeded to say never had I ever had the owner ask me what type of service I got . Clearly, this manager needs training on how to approach the customer. If there was an issue, he could have asked for my receipt or have a different approach. He kept trying to have the last word until my mother stated to him as the manager, you should know boundaries and step away. I used spa services for a full detail on my CRV. They used way to much treatment on the inside causing a wet slippery surface to sit upon. Floor mats slid while getting into the car. If they waxed the outside surfaces, I couldn't tell as the water did not bead nor was the surface slick as a wax job would be after a good application. I started bringing my brand new car here in April. I came EVERY Friday for 4 months, they did a great job until a few weeks ago. My husband took his truck and they did a horrible job. Three weeks in a row, they didn't clean the cup holders, dash board, doors, and there were even some missed vacuum spots. They are never busy when I go on Friday's, so I don't understand how they can miss so many sports. We live in an area where it's windy and dusty, and for some reason jt gets in my car. It's necessary for me to get it washed every week.. I get the full wash/detail everytime ($29) and it's so disappointing. The employees knew me from going in every week for months, but they would say things in Spanish when I would come back and ask them to clean the inside. To me the quality service and obviously well trained detailers are apparent, and I highly recommend this location for your auto wash. I been using the monthly service for a few months now. 25.00 for unlimited is worth it. Gets the job done. Today I paid the extra 12.00 for the inside too. While waiting hector the manager came and introduced himself and gave me a free air freshener and let me know if the other services they provide. Worse first time experience, paid for a full service 29 and ended up vacuuming my car.

I have been coming here for years and it has truthfully been "iffy" since it changed hands. Usually what I liked doing was driving it thru and then a worker would dry my car and also clean my tires. This kid today spent about 3 minutes drying my car and like a couple of minutes on my tires. I'm so use to leaving. Five dollar tip and did so today. When I got home I noticed I his kid did a terrible job and must have been drying air instead of my car or tires ! This is the first time I have come across this poor quality of work!! I will risk it one more time and I think I will tell the worker he will get the tip if he does a good job!The dude even gave me a double thumbs up as I drove away! What a joke.., read more

I've been coming here for years. Even before they remodeled and changed ownership. I started coming here every Friday after work to wash my cars because they have someone drying your car after wash. Never had an issue with them until today! I've gone through that wash tunnel many times and I've never heard a thump sound. Sure enough my car was scratched. I 100% know I did not have this scratch because I had just picked up the car from my driveway at home to get it washed and I walked right past where the scratch is and it wasn't scratched nor did anyone hit me omw to carwah. There was another girl who had a scratch on her suv aswell. The manager who came out to talk to me said he looked at the cameras and that nothing hit my car. That 200 cars go through tunnel and they never have problems . Yes Ives been through that tunnel many times and I've never had problems till today. THIS IS HOW SURE I AM THAT THE CARWASH SCRATCHED MY CAR the manager offered me free carwashes everytime I got go back to wash my car and I declined. If I could I would give this place zero Stars. I usually go here because it's close to work, but now I can't come here anymore. I used to trust this place to wash my vehicle and clean it on the inside. I paid for the works with full service and that means they get to go in My vehicle and clean the inside of it. Not the last time but the time before that it was immaculate , it was perfect but then I found out they stole my My ratchet from me, I wiped that off my shoulder It can be replaced I don't care. This last time I went I paid for the works with full service but then it didn't take as long to clean it so I thought that was suspicious then I found out what happened after I got off of work, they didn't clean the back of my vehicle at all and my prescription medicine from inside my inner console was gone, a full bottle of medicine gone and I had 10 to 12 pills of 800 mg ibuprofen before the car wash and then afterwards there was two pills left. Do not go here to get your car washed cause you're going to get ripped off and they will "act" like they didn't do anything wrong. read more

I did go in for carwash and i love that they have options. From self serve to full service, prices are reasonable considering that during these times theae employees are risking cleaning others cars. Overpriced for what you get. It was better when it was car spa and a lot cheaper. Nothing exceptional about the service that would warrant the extra cost. I wasn't familiar with their new pricing so naturally they recommended the most expensive full service car wash. I decided to try it out expecting a better outcome. I took both my cars in to get cleaned today. My suv was cleaned wonderfully the man that cleaned it did a fantastic job. When I brought my husbands truck in we got someone else. I had to tel him a few times to clean better because he didn't bother to wipe the doors or seats down. I will say though the first guy did great on my suv I should have gotten his name. This carwash after being changed to a different name and owner it is not worth it. I paid for the full service and realized that my hood has some residue from the chemicals used. They didn't clean the inside of my car good. And realized that what ever they use for a window sticker messed up decals that I had on my rear window. The wash part is ok. $9 just for a quick wash with spot free rinse. They have self serve vacuums but they are horrible. Vacuums are very weak. You are limited on your time there..only 5 minutes so you feel rushed. I prefer to go down the street to Hamner Express wash. It's only $6 with spot free rinse and vacuums are way better.
