Just left here to purchase cigarettes walking inside the gas station as I was paying the cashier held on to the cigarettes the whole time as if I was going to steal them. As he listened to a rapper how ironic. I don't get it scanning and placing the cigarettes near my id would have been more professional then sliding my id back and fiddling with the cigarettes until the transaction goes through. Poor customer service! thumbs down! read more

Nice people very polite and very friendly sometimes I get free stuff restroom are very clean they are like a little grocery store

I just wanted an energy drink for the long drive home and dude at the front just waved me off saying they didn't have any

The guy at the register was rude and unstable (I can't swear on this app) I just asked where is the cups for the iced coffee, He starts insulting me like Can't you use your logic? How hard it could be? I'm just a customer who never been to this gas station it's pretty normal that I might not be able to find the cup For that specific drink! read more

Omg, this is like the slowest gas pump place ever! I've been waiting for my turn for like 10 mins and the guy ahead of me is only at $30+ dollars and he's still going. If you are in a hurry, DO NOT COME HERE! read more

Chevron - a man filling up his car at a gas station - Gas Stations Near Me - Millbrae, California

Your average Cheron gas station Just paid $46 to fill up my car Good place to wait when you are picking up people from the airport Easy access to freeway, 101 is literally around the corner Less than 10 mn away from the airport Lighted so it's less scary I think this is a 24hr location -1 star because I don't know about thier service, paid for my gas outside read more

The people that run this Chevron are scanners. I went to buy a coffee and a sandwich. Then when i paid my transaction was declined on their debit card machine. Then few seconds later on my bank statement on my phone app i got notified that Chevron did charge me the transaction. When i explained that to the cashier. He didn't care. He said that's not possible. He was implying that i was lying like i was some kind of scammer. At the end i just ask him to give me a receipt that shows that my transaction was declined. He said he can't give me the receipt because his machine can't give receipt for declined transaction The truth they stole my money. But they keep saying that everything was fine. They didn't take much money but that doesn't make it right. Just be aware l with this gas station. The people that work there are not professional and not honest with customers. They are thieves. read more

Chevron - Idiot Camry - Gas Stations Near Me - Millbrae, California

I was a paying customer and the attendant would not allow me to use the restroom. I believe they are closing the bathrooms completely at night to avoid having to clean them. Horrible service, I expect better from a chevron. read more

6/4 11pm, Sunday. BEWARE OF THE YELLY CASHIER (have earplugs ready) AT NIGHT. Went to fill up gas and use the restroom. Approached the cashier to ask about the bathroom, male cashier gave me a 'wtf do you want' look (I asked politely). Asked if I could use the bathroom. The cashier shook his head then reluctantly let me in (was the bathroom closed? if it was, he could've politely told me so). I got yelled at by the dude from the moment I entered the shop til I got out. "GET THE KEY!!" *reaching out for the left key* "THE RED ONE!!!" "oh okay.." *trying to open the bathroom on the right* "I SAID THE LEFT ONE!!!" OMG it's not like I just used the bathroom for free. I BOUGHT A FULL TANK OF GAS! The bathroom was FILTHY. Trashcan was overflowing, toilet paper ALL OVER THE FLOOR. So gross. My bladder was about to explode so I HAD to use it unfortunately. I saw other people at the door and he wasn't letting them in, saying only one person is allowed in at once. He totally yelled at them too. The reason why I liked Chevron was because of the cleanliness of the facility and good customer service but this was the worst Chevron I've ever been to! I will never come back to this gas station. Go to the one across. read more

There is a gas station near me that has some really low-priced gasoline so I probably get gas there 95% of the time. Chevron stations are fine though they are a little more expensive. This Chevron (for an out-of-towner) was good. They had a good number of gasoline pumps, which made getting-in-and-out easy and quick. Also, the gas station has a prime location because it has good access to the car rental return at SFO. I was able to get to the car rental return through non-busy side streets and did not have to get back on the freeway. Because the side streets were not overloaded with businesses, there were not many cars on the road or traffic lights. This made it very easy to get over to the car rental return in a timely manner. Because of the proximity and ease of getting to SFO's car rental return, I will remember this one if a future trip to S.F. requires a rental car. read more

Lots of pumps. Decently clean for a gas station, especially considering the number of customers it seems to get when I was filling up. Prices seem to be fairly average, compared to its nearest competitors. But my local connection aka gf says its pricey so I'll take her word for it. Annoying to get into from the other side of Millbrae Ave. Especially with all the red light cameras flashing off all the time. Scary. read more

This is probably the most disorganized gas station I've ever been too in my life. I Waited for over 10 minutes in line waiting for pump before leaving because the were so disorganized with how the were letting all the cars come from every direction. Chevron - Great price! - Gas Stations Near Me - Millbrae, California

Right off the Millbrae freeway exit so it's convenient. The prices are slightly on the higher side but hey, it's just off the freeway so you expect to pay a few cents more. I come here pretty often and the staff are always so nice and friendly. That's always a plus. read more

Went in to get gas at midnight. Tried to pay with cash at cashier. He was nowhere to be found. Pushed the call button waited 3 minutes. No one came. Did it again and waited 3 minutes. I heard music inside so I tapped on the glass 3 times and waited another 3 minutes and no one came. I saw a person in garage mopping. So I tapped louder so he could hear me. He screams out "I'm Busy!" So I tapped again thinking I must have misheard him. And again, he screams "I'm Busy!" As I proceeded to leave, this grumpy, gray-haired man screams over the intercom. "What, I have a lot of work to do!" I looked at him and ignored him as I proceeded to get in my car. He screams over the intercom again saying "Hey!" "What do you want". I ignore him again thinking to myself why is he screaming at me. And again, He screams over the intercom, "What! I have a lot of work to do! What? Come here! I just left. He was the rudest employee ever. I went another 2 blocks to the the 76 station instead and the person there was polite. I will never give that Chevron business again. He was a psycho-looking old loser. Stay away! read more

I went to this gas station last night to get gas and buy a pack of cigarettes. Luckily, I used my card for the gas. I did need to buy a pack of cigarettes. So I went up to the store. Normally the the door is open this time, ironically wasn't. So I tapped on the window lightly because I saw the worker inside stocking soda. The worker turns to the window and screams,"I'M TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS!!!" He slowly staggered his way to the window because he realized I wasn't leaving. When he got to counter he definitely didn't seem amused to be there, nor the fact that I was there. I asked for a pack of cigarettes, he grabbed the pack and slammed it on the counter. So I asked him for another pack. That definitely didn't settle well with him. Then when I payed I stuck the money in that sliding drawer. Then he started yelling that I put the money to far back that he couldn't reach it. Since he started acting up I made sure to look at his name tag. Stephan is his name. Stephan is old bitter white man. Usually it's a sweet Filipino man or sweet Latina lady. Last night was this bitter old white man Stephan. I'm in the customer service industry and that's definitely not anywhere near appropriate attitude to have towards customer or guest!!! read more

Convenient location right next to the Millbrae Caltrain/BART station and near the 101. Small [in]convenience store that's too tiny to carry an Icee machine. My Icee craving was left unsatisfied. 1 Star is actually above the credit this gas station deserves. Sure it's right off the freeway that makes it convenient and the only thing convenient there. Used to live in San Bruno, so I know this gas station well, where they used to have nice and attendants. We stopped off to put in gas and use the restroom. The guy looked annoyed that we asked for the key and only the men's room was available. By far the dirtiest gas station I've "EVER" been to. I'm a shuttle driver so I've seen quite a few gas stations in my days. Next time I came through again and when I was charging my card with attendant she was annoyed that my niece ran back to grab a pack of m&ms with only one person behind me that politely nodded that it was fine. Chevron company is by far my favorite gas company and belong to the Mile Rewards program. Think all the Chevrons are super great except for this one. If I need gas or anything else, I'll be going across the street to the other gas station. read more

Convenient place to get my Techron Supreme Gasoline. Price is average. But the last 2 weeks, 2 pump stations have not been working.

Good service, best price and clean restroom.

One of the filthiest gas stations I've ever been to. They don't clean anything the pumps are all filled with graffiti, they could use a good washing. The night service is rude, and has an attitude. Considering this is next to the airport, you would assume the store would be open 24 hours. Never pumping gas here again. read more

I work in the Bay Area and often stay in this area the night before a flight. The gas station is just whatever, no frills, expensive gas, guys cleaning out town cars, attendants lacking personality, etc. I always have to go inside to get the receipt for expensing after I pay at the pump. One time, I forgot my receipt and was trying to contact them to get one. The phone just rings and rings, no one ever picks up. I go to the Chevron site to search a different number but this is the one that shows up. read more
