This. Gas. Station. Is. Huge. No joke, it's massive. I believe it has almost 100 gas pumps and is the largest Chevron in the world. It also has gas that is about $1.00 more than Las Vegas. As far as watering holes go, you'll find what your need in their gift shop and mini mart. There used to be a White Castle inside but the restaurant is now closed. Huge selection of beer and soft drinks, chips, and related snacks. The bathrooms are the highlight. You'll see why it's called Terribles.

All I can say is WOW! Riding through the desert coming from Las Vegas going to Cali me and the family came across this newly Terrible's Road House, a.k.a. the world's largest Chevron, in Jean Nevada, that's been around for a little over 4 years now. The station has about 96 fuel pumps and around 60 restrooms, which is far more accommodating given the volume of commuters. My kids were definitely wowed of joy when we first walked in and seen the Candy Village. You can see full-sized airplanes hanging from the ceiling and a car in auto parts store, and a like 13-foot Sasquatch among the aisles of snacks and drinks. Other features include a Jack Links merch store, a Red Bull lounge with lockers that charge your cell phone, a beer cave with craft brews from Nevada, pepperoni jerky, nitro cold brew coffee on tap, moonshine from City Lights Distillery, a mini-casino, and a machine that makes instant slushies out of soda. There's also plenty of Nevada-related souvenirs to buy at the gift shop, which the items at shop are a little pricey but that's usually any gift shop with touristy items. We definitely can't forget the Krispy Kreme doughnuts, which there's plenty. We ended up getting a bite to eat from the White Castle and waited like 10 mins which we knew was just freshly cooked. We Grabbed some gas which was ok price during inflation time, treats for my girls and adult beverages for later, fueled up and was on our merry way back on the road to Cali. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and step right on in and get the goods and fuel you need. You won't leave empty handed.

Always a joy to the kids to stop by this gas station. Free drinks for any fuel gas pump. Nice old cars featured. Candies per pound for kids. Variety of last minute souvenirs. It's a must go for any travelers. Roughly 34 minutes away from the strip of Las Vegas. 2-22-2021

Living in Las Vegas I found out we had the the worlds largest chevron located in Jean, Nevada surrounding middle of no where in the desert. Who Woulda Thunk It? So, I had to go and check it out for myself. Its about 40 minutes to 45 min depending on traffic from the Las Vegas strip and another rest stop for tourists going back home to California. ( To the tourist going in to Las Vegas and going back home to California you may know this already who come to Las Vegas often that every Sunday there is traffic and it will usually end up bottle necking) 96 gas station pumps, 25 women stalls, 13 stalls and 25 urinals for men. Upon going into the Chevron last Sunday, their were long lines to the cashier. This was the busiest chevron during this pandemic. This chevron was has everything to a RedBull lounge, a beer cave, a giant Big foot which is great for photo ops, White castle fast food restaurant is located inside, aisles of candy and food galore. Advance auto parts section for your vehicle. A stand alone shelf of hostess of sweetness oh my! Souvenirs just in case you forget to get gifts for your loved ones. Also, there is a tv screen near the white castle that will tell you the weather and traffic current conditions. If your a local and reading this and you have nothing to do. I recommend checking this chevron out. A hidden Gem!

Clean restrooms. Only missing handicapped rails.

This is a huge Chevron!!! I've never seen a gas station with about 40 gas pumps!!! The store was huge, and offers several other brand stores inside. Bathrooms were numerous and clean. Service was friendly and there are lots of souvenirs available in case you forgot someone.

This place has everything--even a couple airplanes.

On a 1-5 gas station scale, uh, this one's a no brainer. The self-proclaimed largest Chevron in the world is in fact ginormous! How many gas stations have you been in that actually have shopping carts?!?! They stock absolutely every conceivable unhealthy road-snack item that you could ever dream of cramming down on a multi-hour, sweaty seat road trip to wherever. And, woo-hoo, they even have a White Castle open inside in addition to several other eatery options. (And, no, we did not partake of the rat burgers.) I've never seen more gas pumps, or for that matter more urinals (and the bathrooms were actually clean). In addition to wash sinks galore there were hand sanitizer dispensers at every individual "facility"--I've never seen that before. If for no other reason than to say you've seen it, as you are rollin' out of southern Nevada, why not stop in?

    Kinda self explaining
    Chuck T.

If you need to visit a restroom, this is the place for you. I would be willing to bet, there never is a line to get 'a seat'. They also have a few gas pumps, and crazy expensive White Castle hamburgers.

It's called Terrible's because the price is terrible. Gas was $3.75--$1.20 more than other Vegas stations. Rip-off.

Though it appeared the owners, were quite active in regards to getting the location to run smoothly. Some hiccups included the pumps, and even diesel at the time. Diesel for example was out of order, and on another visit, pumping at a very very very very low rate (essentially out of service). Some noticeable yet disappointing visual construction yikes include poorly installed veener on the pillars near the pumps. I'm not sure who they hired to do that, but there was some noticeable low grade work done. On a positive note, it's the closest gas station to lytle creek, upon entrance and exit - though to keep the market competitive, just a little south more competition stations exist. So assuming you aren't on e, perhaps look at the cost of the other stations so that you could get the best value for your money. What makes this location unique is the many pumps (assuming they're all function upon your visit) the quick hot food available, liquor, and also presence where limited supply is in general serving the immediate neighborhood. I firmly believe that this location has potential - and I'm confident they can adjust as needed to stay competitive. I'll be sure to revise my review as more trips allow :)

I got off of Sierra Ave. After I turned left, I noticed there was a new gas station about a quarter mile north of where I was originally planning to pump. Well, I was curious so I drove over to this 76. Its gas prices are a little bit higher than its neighboring gas stations. It appears to be a newly renovated gas station. It has about 20 gas pumps if I counted it correctly. It's a good size gas station. It has very bright lights outside. Food mart inside is a tad tight IMHO. They have too many stuff. They also have Krispy Krunchy Chicken available. After pumping gas, I needed to use the restroom. The women's restroom was locked. I asked if anyone was inside and no one answered. What I found odd was that it had a key lock from the outside. However, the men's restroom didn't have it. I didn't feel comfortable so I left. Anyway, if you're coming from the north side and you can wait a quarter of a mile, then I would recommend you pump at the other gas stations to save a little bit of money. Otherwise, pump away. You may like this newer facility better. Happy 76'ing!

Veterans Road service - Tow truck 1

    Veterans Road service

Veteran's Road Service really came through for me and my new (to me) whip. I wish I could give them…read more100 stars! This is going to be a detailed and lengthy review. I recently purchased an expensive high performance vehicle. The first night I took my new whip out, I got a flat tire. I immediately parked my vehicle at the nearest gas station to inspect the damage to my tire. This was around 2300 hours, late at night. I found Veterans Road Service during a Google search. I called Veterans Road Service and explained my situation to Ander, the owner of the company. Ander gave me an estimated time of arrival and was at my location within the ETA he gave me. Ander removed the tire, inspected it, and decided he had to take it to a 24 hour tire shop to get it fixed safely. I told Ander okay, and I waited for him to return. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received a call from Ander with some bad news. Ander had taken my tire to three different 24 hour tire shops, who all refused to patch my tire up due to safety and liability reasons. The tire shops saw the slit in my tire and didn't even bother to further inspect the damage before deciding it was unfixable. I told Ander I had an appointment to get my vehicle inspected by a certified mechanic the following day. It was incredibly important for me to make it to that appointment because I was only given a five day return window by the dealership I purchased my vehicle at. I did not want to keep my new whip if it was not found to be in excellent condition during the vehicle inspection. So there I was, concerned I would have to call a tow truck and possibly miss my vehicle inspection appointment. Ander returned to my location shortly after. He was aware of my situation and told me he had an idea to save me from waiting several hours on a Friday night for a tow truck to arrive. Plus, tow trucks are expensive! Ander again inspected the damage to my tire and removed a blade that was embedded in it. He dug a little deeper and concluded that he could apply a plug to the damaged area which would allow me to drive home safely. He assured me the plug would last long enough to get me home, and it could possibly last even longer. I gave Ander the okay and I watched as he applied the plug to the damaged area caused by the embedded blade. Ander double checked his work and made sure there was no leaking air before mounting the tire back onto my vehicle. Once the tire was securely mounted and my car was off the jack, Ander again checked his work to make sure there was no leaking air. Ander assured me he was confident his work would last long enough to get me home safely. He advised me to drive home at a reasonable speed and wished me luck with my new business that I told him about. I also found out through our conversation that Ander was a military veteran and had served our country and his community for years. I thanked Ander for his work, paid for the service, drove my car home, and arrived safely. The following morning, I inspected my tire and found that Ander's work had in fact held up. I was able to make it to my inspection appointment, and my vehicle passed the inspection with flying colors. I was ecstatic! Ander messaged me that day to check up on me and make sure the work he performed on my tire lasted me through the night. Now that's customer service! Ander's work even held up an extra two days until the dealership could order a new tire and replace my damaged one. Ander's level of service is hard to come by, especially in the Roadside Service industry. He was able to make a shitty situation not so shitty for me, and I am confident enough to recommend his service to anyone I know. You can be assured that if you are ever in need of roadside assistance, Veterans Road Service will do the best they can to service your needs and make sure you get home safely. Thank you again Ander and Veterans Road Service! God bless...
