This is a huge gas station .... Massive amount of pumps ... over 90. Not going to lie the gas is expensive. The inside is huge and has everything from snacks, donuts, gifts and everything in between. Reminds me of Buccees in Texas; but West coast version. It took a bit for them To get more cashiers working; the lines were near the back wall. Once they did the lines went pretty quickly. Huge gas station and very well lit. The prices of gas aren't all that great, same as California. They do have diesel fuel. It's clean and aall working pumps. There's also a huge convenience store with almost everything you need and want lol. There's so many cool trinkets and souvenirs to choose from, I have to say it's a must see! On my way out from Las Vegas (LV), NV, I didn't get a chance to pump gas. Just a tip, do fill up your car with gas before leaving LV because gas prices will be cheaper in LV than outside of LV. Trust me on this one. I had to pump half a tank. At Jean, NV, I saw a Chevron gas station so I exited. OMG, it's a humongous gas station with 96 gas pumps... yes, kid you not, 96 big ones! I was surprised to see a similar Buc-ee's. Anyone who has been to Texas may have been to a Buc-ee's. Anyway, this Chevron is not exactly the same as Buc-ee's, but it's close. It's very bright and clean. Prices are a bit higher here IMHO. Terrible's Road House (TRH) is the huge convenience store plus a whole lot more that is linked to this Chevron (this is a must stop and visit!) I pumped my gas, paid at the pump, and walked into TRH to use the restroom. So glad I did. I will do a separate review for TRH. Stay tuned! read more

So disappointed in this place. It's Labor Day weekend, I've traveled half way across the country and I chose to go here. The price was over $1.00 more than Any place I have been to. I was pulling a trailer with a small gas tank and had to fill up every 150 miles. Primm is 12 miles down the road and is way cheaper, heck California is cheaper. I will never shop here again. They got me once, but never again. Too bad because I travel through there about 20 times a a year. read more

Driving home from Vegas, I had always seen the bright lights off in the distance from the "Biggest Chevron in the World." Regardless if it's the biggest or not, it is definitely a one stop shop for anything you need to the road, or anything you forgot on your way to Las Vegas. Not only are there 96 Gas Pumps, but a full service White Castle Burger inside & Drive Thru, souvenirs, snacks, beer & liquor, and much much more. The prices are very reasonable, considering that you are technically in a tourist trap on your way to Las Vegas. The employees and management do their best to keep a great vibe in the business. All have been friendly and knowledgeable, as well as pointing out some of the different exhibits in the building. I've seen "Herbie the Love Bug" and this time around I saw a car driven in one of the James Bond films. Be on the lookout for the Red Bull Lounge, a replica Sasquatch, and a very nostalgic PAC-Man Arcade game next to the chips. The only real downside is their gas prices. You can find better deals at state line, but it's good to know there is an option closer to Vegas in case. read more

This has got to be one of the most interesting Chevron stations to stop at. There are all kinds of things to look at: toys, novelty items, shot glasses, key chains, socks, knick knacks, toiletries, the art work on the walls to and from some of the cleanest restrooms that I have ever seen at any gas station or rest stop. I noticed that there was a small area for their slot machines and games. I also noticed the huge Big Foot on the way to the restrooms. The folks who work here are all so friendly. I probably could have wandered around in there for at least 30-45 minutes. I noticed that there were wall to wall drinks available in the refrigerated cooler areas as well as fountain drinks galore. I don't think that there is anything here that you could need that they wouldn't have. Crazy! Maybe one of these days I'll have a chance or check out this stop again. We'll see. read more

There was a quality of misery in this place. If this is on your way out of Vegas avoid at all costs. Imagine Walmart on Black Friday with only one register open. There were alot of children crying , no doubt because they identified the failings of mature capitalism and the hopelessness of achieving the modern American Dream. They have lots of really unnecessary features like a Red Bull Energy lounge and make your own skittle bag machine (which was broken). I made the mistake of using their self service coffee bar and as a result committed myself waiting 45+ minutes to make my purchase at their mini mart. They had at least 4 checkouts on either side but for some reason decided to staff one person each. On a positive note the guy working the register at White Castle had a good attitude and appeared to have not entirely given up on life yet. This took the term Tourist Trap to a new level. I have gone to Escape Rooms that are easier to leave. There was an air of self awareness as it's called the "Terrible" so I can't even be mad. In short a must-have experience. read more

I'm sure no one is reading reviews on gas stations. However, my friend is visiting from France, and we think that he dropped his wallet at the Chevron. We realized it upon arriving to Los Angeles, so we have tried calling/ emailing everything to ask if they have the wallet because we would drive back to retrieve it. No one answers the phone and no one responds back. Really not the best show of American compassion for my French friend. read more

Headed out of Vegas and of course, we needed gas for the grueling 4 hour drive back to Cali. Boo. This gas station is about 10 or so miles out and very convenient. It's like a truck stop with multiple pumps and short wait times. People know how to pump and go. Love it. The pumping gas part was pretty easy and I thought I could run and get a snack while the tank filled up but damn, so not the case. With nothing else around for miles until we hit the border, this process really needs to work. The cashiers were so slow and lines were extremely long at every fast food eatery, etc. Also, the parking lot at this place is tiny. There's only room for 5 cars. And if there's no room, you can't park anywhere else and walk. It's just not possible. You either take the time at the pump, get lucky with parking, or just take your chances. read more

So you are hitting the state line and there is the first bathroom after riding through the desert countless miles down a road with no name... seriously its just a number on this stretch of the 15. So you have a quick exit in Primm to hit up the restroom. Do not expect anything too great, as honestly this place is a combination of disgusting, over-usage, and poorly designed. However the poor design I believe is more a symptom of over-usage than poor layout. I just simply believe that they had no idea that they would have quite the amount of traffic that they do have. Literally it is ridiculous. They have a line that goes down and around the corner half the time to get to the 30 gas pumps. Let alone every free spot in the parking area at the end of the pumps is full 99.9% of the time. Talk about a royal pita. Pro Tip: If you buy stuff here, prepare to be gouged. The restrooms are not the cleanest, nor the filthiest. They just are used so much they need to clean them more than they do. The items in the convenience store section are rather high priced. They also have some additional booths with grub that is higher than normally priced. ahhhhhhhhhh I have never heard of seen anyone win any money at the slot machines in their small gaming area. Perhaps it has happened, but the odds are stacked against you big time. They have you by the gas tank here though as it is located right off the freeway at the state line and they have a huge outlet mall here. There are also a couple of hotel casinos here as well... so yeah they have a tight grip on your gas tank. I stopped in one night on a ride through the desert on the way to Vegas. I've been to Primm before, and this place was open, well lit, and an easy in 'n out. The bathrooms were busy, but plenty nice and clean and the cashier was friendly. I didn't have any troubles. with getting to a pump, parking, or getting out. The gas might have been a little more expensive than elsewhere, but I honestly didn't notice or care at the time. If life brings me back to Primm, I'd have no problem going here. read more

This is the biggest cheveron, it has 97 pumps which means there is always room. The indie of the building is huge and has tons of food and snacks to choose from. The bathrooms are also huge and very clean. This is the best gas station I have ever been to and I stop here everytime I'm on a road trip going past it. They also have a restraunt but I haven't eaten there so I can't speak for it. Overall amazing gas station. read more

We would never have stopped at this gas station, if it weren't for my Father-in-Law's weak bladder. This place was a madhouse, with no escaping the long lines at the gas pumps, the walk-up Dairy Queen window, the Starbucks, the Quizno's, or the mini market checkout counter. The price for Regular gas today was a whopping $4.29 per gallon! Smart pricing tactic on their part, considering it's the last gas station before exiting the state line, I believe. I suppose it's our fault for wanting to leave Las Vegas, as soon as possible, and not filling up near the Strip. Gads, what a zoo! Right on the Nevada state line, this place has got desert travelers by the balls 'cause it's the only game in town. Prices are jacked up, lines are long, and people are rude. I didn't have any problems with the staff, it was more the jerks who had parked their vehicles at the pumps while they went shopping inside. It's always packed and crowded, yet it does not take long to fill up. There are many pumps available for use, only one entrance that allows cars to enter through one side and exit through the other, no issues with cars cutting in. Yes, the prices are not the cheapest but what can one do when there is no other gas station around and the car need's gas....well there is another station in the same lot but that one is more expensive ( I think it's a Texaco? can't remember). read more

We stopped at the chevron on the way out of Vegas Junction 12 off interstate 15. It's enormous and the store inside is also huge. Very clean. Lovely lady at the checkout. HOWEVER- why oh why have they chosen White Castle as the only hot take out? It has to be the worst food We have ever tasted! Reconstituted meat in the burgers! Do not understand why such a large place would have chosen this chain to provide take out food for hungry travellers! read more
