The gas prices here were surprisingly cheaper than elsewhere in the valley. There are plenty of pumps but getting in and out of this location is really tough because of where it's at. It has also been rebranded as a Phillips 76. read more

So I do like this gas station, it has great prices BUT the last month or so it shows one price and then when you get to the pump it's 10 cents more. And don't listen to the excuses they use as to why it's 10 cents more because its a different excuse every time when the reality of the situation is it's ALWAYS that way, at least in the last month so. Even tho it's a great gas station and good prices compared to the rest of the gas stations around, it just feels a little like they draw you in with the lower price but when you get to the pump it doesn't match the price on the sign. read more

This is the worst gas station on the west side. I have grown up here my whole life, and have never wished for a QT more than now. The pumps work half the time, the employees inside don't give a crap about anyone coming in, and they are straight up rude and disrespectful to women and men alike. I just left this place and the pump didn't even stop automatically and it was just spewing fuel all over the place. Don't come here, especially if you're not a drug addict or a convict. I started coming here because it was convenient since it's right by the house and we didn't have to go to frys or drive farther to QT for simple stuff like drinks. I have never had a bad experience with them. The owner and most of the staff are amazing! Today solidified it when it's been a tough week financially and I, embarrassingly, came in with a bunch of change I dug from our change jar just to get enough soda for the rest of the week. The guy was so nice to me when I profusely apologized for $5 worth of mostly dimes and nickels. We will always continue to come here because of their service. Do NOT give this station business. I should have read these reviews prior to coming. I went to get gas and a Car wash. The car wash broke in the middle of my car wash. I was alone in the car and did not know what to do. Finally, I put my car in drive and drove out with soap still covering my car. I went in to talk to the owner and he blamed me for breaking the car wash. How would I have broken the car wash from being in park in my car? He said he can not do anything about it and told me to leave. My car was still covered in soap and water. I had no other choice but to drive down bell to a new car wash to get the soap off my car. He did not even offer to reimburse me for the car wash and was accusing me for his issues. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS. It is the station that literally says "GAS", it does not say chevron. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. I put my 75 cents in the vacuum outside of the car wash and the guy inside literally refused to refund my money. He told me to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. Seriously? It's 75 cents! It wouldn't even be that big a deal except those were my only quarters and I use my car for work. Up until last night, I was a fairly regular customer at this place. Not that the service was ever outstanding but it was really convenient and as a franchise, it's more local than other convenience stores. I stopped last night and was making my purchase in cash, and the clerk didn't want to accept any coin I had. He owed me $25.27 in change but only handed me my $25 saying, "here how about that, you don't have to worry about coin" as if he were doing me a favor. By intentionally keeping change he owed me. When I start to protest, he calls the next customer up. I'm blown away by how unprofessional and shady this was. They will never get my business again. read more

Terrible! But let me tell you why... Since they went independent and are no longer under Chevron they are a TERRIBLE business. They have no type of customer service and the younger gentleman that works night is rude and dismissive. They have no hours of operation and if you go there between 10pm-2am it is a hit or miss if they are open. I have come repeatedly during the night time and the young man is the only one working nights typically. Today 11/28/16 I got there at 12:25am and the one sign was lit up, store lights on, but doors locked and nobody to be found. I decided to wait a sec and then became frustrated with the random hours of operation. I knocked three times, and waited. I was walking back to my car and the young man shows up and walks to the door. He opens up and says we're closed", I then ask him when are they open until because I always have this problem and different days are different times. He says "what do you want" and I just said to know what time your open until. He gets irritated and says 2am but told me he didn't answer because he was fu**ing taking a sh**, and he said I almost broke the door. I knocked three times at 12:25am because they are supposedly open. That's all. In addition, I told him I'd speak to the older gentleman who appears to be the owner/manager and he said I'm the only one who works between 10-2 just so you know. I went in this dirty gas station and asked the clerk if I could please exchange a $20 dollar bill for four $5 dollar bills. His answer was no I don't have change. I told him he obviously does. This is going to sound petty but it's really annoying. When I run out of coffee or creamer at home I run up to the closest gas station and grab a cup of coffee to get my day going. I also sometimes stop to get a cup before I go to work in the evening. I recently moved to this area and this is the only super close gas Staton. They are always out of creamer, all the time. They will refill it if I ask but if there are two cashiers standing behind the counter looking at magazines and their phone with no customers I feel like one of them could walk around and check on that kind of stuff without being asked. I stopped last night on my way to work, no creamer and the coffee tasted burnt but I had no options so I paid for it and left. Stopped this morning at 7am, major coffee time, no creamer. This time I walked out and went across the street to fry's and bought creamer. That was their last chance with me. I've never seen this place busy so there really isn't an excuse. read more
