as soon as I walked the lady had a attitud, then the self checkout ate my money and the lady said she wouldn't help me.. when I asked why she looked at me like I was crazy and didnt give me a response she just said "come back at 6am when my manager is here" Then when I asked her if she can at least try to help me she got mad and told me to leave the store. wish i could give it a 0 star or a negative if it was an option. Gas pumps stole our money and the staff tried to tell us we didnt pay and made us wait while the manager went to the back to chack cameras cause they couldnt find the receipt that they never even gave me in the first place, the manager had an attitude when he came back and was acting salty after the cameras proved him wrong. Another occasion me and my friends came here to buy some snacks on christmas and me and my other black friend got racially profiled for stealing stuff and my white friends got treated like normal civilians not theives she accused us of stealing liquor when we walked out with large drinks and snacks. Bought Vuse refills just now. Shelf tag says $11.99 and was charged $16 each. When I asked about the price difference, the clerk told me that $16 was the price. She said no one has come out to change the pricing on the shelves. Total rip off! I'm totally pissed about this. I come to this store 3x per week, but never again. Is this even legal? Plus the way it was rung up it was a total price on my receipt and I had to do the math to see what I was charged for each one. Very shady. I refuse to shop at this Circle K. The floors are full of trash and sticky from spilled beverages. The counters are also sticky and a mess daily. The fountain pop rarely taste as it should either the mixture or carbonation is consistently off. The outside is just as bad with trash and debris all over the lot. Also, the clerks are less than professional. I have heard one female call guys sweetie over and over and then gives them their fountain drink for free. I will drive out of my way to do business elsewhere. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I pulled up to a pump that had a sign requesting that you pay inside. No problem, I went inside and waited in line for the cashier. I don't know if it was a computer issue or what, but the two people in front of me walked over to the other register. The "blonde" woman that works here is absolute trash. She ended up making some snide comment about the customers that went to the other computer, and then she called me up to her. I told her I needed $30 on pump three and she said OK. Then I noticed that the pin pad was asking me to approve transaction for about eight dollars. So I hit cancel on that since it wasn't my transaction. She then became an absolute bitch like I did something wrong, started yelling to another customer across the store about how her card didn't go through because of me, then turned to me and said "now it's going to be a minute." I just turned around and left and got gas elsewhere. Literally not even worth my time to deal with shitty employees like this. There's a reason she's 60 years old working inside a gas station convenience store; because she has absolutely no professional skills whatsoever. read more

This one is kinda sketchy. Might make it a point to not walk in the actual station. It's pretty dirty. Floors could use ALOT of water and a decent mop. Staff is mostly socializing and their mind is elsewhere. No tact when talking to each other considering they had no problem cursing in front of my 4 year old. Service was okay, not extraordinary. Not greeted when I walked in, but only one clerk being cashier whole other was stocking, then she stopped to help. No napkins! Not good since I dripped coffee onto my hand & couldn't wipe it off. Also, their coffee was 20 cents higher than QT - what's up with that?? Horrible man working there at night. My fiancé got into a car accident at the light there, and I left home to get there and check to see if he was okay. He was outside this Circle K, so that's where I pulled up to park. The man who works there had walked outside and says "Hey are you planning on buying something?" Excuse me? There was enough parking spots for 4+ customers to pull in and park at once if anything, and how rude. I responded by saying I was there to check on my fiancé, and he shook his head and turned the other way. Really? I just barely got there. I can understand that it might be irritating if all the parking spots were taken, but it's late at night and not one customer around, there was plenty of parking still and I'm checking on my fiancé's well being. That's the first thing he thinks to say to someone? Have a heart man. Seriously, it makes me sick how rude people can be. I will never get gas from this place ever again. read more

Employee in a star wars jacket was a jerk. He could've been more friendly. When i asked for a certain brand of cigarettes (cheapest)he seemed put out because he would have to go to the back. Then he didn't tell me he couldn't go until the other worker came inside. So I'm just standing there as he is checking out other customers. Then he is making rude comments about my choice to the other customers. So i tried to let him off the hook and suggested another brand that was around the same price. There wasn't anything. They are so expensive. So i just left. I usually go to Valero. I just happened to be in the area. But from now on i will go where i know it's cheaper and more friendly.. read more
