He then looked up the prescription and told me it was out of stock. I explained that this information would have been helpful before I waited 45 minutes. He offered no apology or acknowledgment. He said I could pick it up at another location. I told him I would get it from the store on Saturday, and he replied, "I don't get prescriptions on the weekend". No apology or empathy. There are 2 lanes, one for Rx drop offs, and the other for picking up filled prescriptions. They are usually very busy but these days that's nothing new. Everyone is short staffed and overworked. So I remind myself to have a little patience, and enjoy some music in my car while I wait my turn. When I greet the pharmacist tech with a smile, I always get one in return. Two more things I like about Walgreens... when my prescriptions are running low, they will call my doc to get a refill for me! That's made possible through their app. Gotta love technology. And at the end of each year, they give me a printout of how much I've paid for prescriptions, so I can use that for taxes.

Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! It also had watermarks on the faux suede inserts in the seats. I recently took it to Crystal Clear to find out if there was anything I could do short of a repaint. They told me they could do a "paint correction" and they felt the seats should clean up fairly well. They gave me a price and we scheduled it for 2 days this week. I picked the car up yesterday and I'm extremely happy with the results. It looks like a new car and they charged me a reasonable price!
