I already had a hesitancy to stop at this specific location as I have heard from several of my coworkers that this lady has been caught making racist comments and has used the "N word slur with the hard R". She allegedly had even made a comment as one was walking out saying "Ooo ooo Ah Ah N*****" mimicking a monkey. I also over heard her speaking poorly about an employee that I guess just got fired and she was giggling about the matter and how she was pleased he was gone Very unprofessional for someone to be speaking like that in my opinion When I finally came up to get rung up she didn't even greet me and had a very cold attitude towards me. And she gave me a very nasty look at she was finishing up the interaction Very displeased with this place and the interaction I would say it's safe to assume she's racist and Fry's has no issue employing and keeping the employment of someone who has an issue with people of different skin color. Even though she should be worried about her own sagging, raggedy skin.

She must've thought that I was a teeny bopper driving my parents car and using my parents cc because of how she acted. I used my Mastercard which, I KNEW has money and she stated that it was declined. I used my Visa card which I also KNEW has money, again she says declined...I used my Amex which again KNEW IT HAS MONEY, again DECLINED ... SHE WAS FULL OF IT and the only reason I know that, is because she never ran them because they are all set up to send me alerts which none did! THE machine didn't make a decline noise nor did it say declined. Finally I told her, "I KNOW" that I have money on these so it's your machine, respectfully. Oooh ...then, suddenly the first Mastercard that I used, went through! Honestly. I felt as if she did that on purpose. Grownups don't have time to play games SABRINA!!! She asked if I wanted a receipt and at first I said no but then, I said yes because I didn't trust her. I get the receipt and it clearly shows she was running $60 and voiding it out as she was pretending to be processing them. Who does that!!! Shady chick! Gas station Karen! Remind you, that anytime a transaction is run on my credit cards, I GET IMMEDIATE ALERTS...I NEVER GOT ANY UNTIL THE END WHEN SHE FINALLY ALLOWED ME TO PROCESS... what a joke! I'll stop here again, if I'm running out of gas , that's how often I'll stop! I stopped by there today on the way back from the airport to pick up some flowers for my wife and also to grab a Starbucks in the Safeway, and while I found some flowers, I left with different flowers than expected and no Starbucks, and I was disappointed with the service I experienced. First, I stopped by the store's Starbucks where there was no one in line, and I waited at the front of the line where the employee saw me and continued doing something that wasn't clear (making a drink or cleaning something). She didn't acknowledge me and when she finished, she didn't offer to assist me. I ended up walking away when it appeared she wasn't in the mood to assist someone. I then walked over to the floral section where the floral associate said that the flowers I was looking for weren't in stock and were not being replenished. She pointed out a similar priced bouquet of flowers though I told her I wasn't concerned about the price but was looking for a similar color and type of flower. She hadn't shared any suggestions for what I could get, so I just selected flowers I thought my wife would like and departed. On the way out, I saw the Starbucks associate cleaning something in front of the front counter with no customers waiting for assistance. I did not stop back at the counter. I have enjoyed Safeway and Albertsons stores in general and their promotions from their annual Monopoly game way back when to the Flavor Adventure through the app a few years ago, too. While I haven't taken advantage of the curbside pick-up at other locations, I know it is offered here even if I hadn't used it. I do have a membership for FreshPass (which I got this past year at the 50% off promotion). There are great sales from the weekly doorbuster sales to daily promotions to Friday or weekend promotions to general sales prices. For approximately $99 per year (or the occasional $49 promotional price), you can sign up for FreshPass, which includes unlimited free delivery on orders over $30, $5 monthly credit for annual subscribers, earn 2X points on our exclusive brands, save 5% on O Organics, Open Nature, or Signature Pet Care, points don't expire, a VIP phone line, and monthly exclusive Starbucks perks. I really appreciate the $5 monthly credit and the Starbucks perks (to buy a grande-sized drink for only $2 every month). Between those two alone, you more than make back when you spend on the program. Even if you don't join the program, you can earn points for every purchase to redeem for free items, store discounts, or gas discounts plus extra points during your birthday month. While there are certainly things that this store can better do in the future to meet customers' needs in terms of customer service, the store looked in good condition and items seemed to be in stock.
