I'm giving them five stars for their excellent customer service, the clean environment, the very decent upkeep of their location, and their fresh quality products. It is very rare that I walk into a QT and I am not greeted with warm and welcome smiles and kind words. The managers are super friendly, and always hanging out with the rest of the staff, doing the same jobs as them. This particular QuikTrip has both manual sinks and manual towel dispensers, and I can't wait until the sinks are made automatic, But I wouldn't mind if the towels stayed the way they are!

I know my son has ringworm but he/his dad began treatment on Monday so approximately 36 hours. Ringworm is highly contagious and needs precaution for minimum 48 hours. I read the instructions from urgent care and immediately I'm concerned; the Doctor prescribed 2 creams for treatment: one prescription cream (which he had) and one over-the-counter... I called my exhusband thinking my son forgot it in the car... instead I was reminded why we are divorced in the first place... so I head to MY CVS (this one) to seek help. With my son's urgent care instructions in hand, I was invited to the CVS Pharmacy consultation counter. The pharmacy technicians that night were beyond kind, patient and helpful. Now for clarity, when I asked my exhusband where the second cream was, I did not realize it was over-the-counter. If I had, I wouldn't had bothered contacting him first. Since the other cream was over-the-counter, the pharmacy technician with brown scrubs walked us over to find it. He provided more clarity to the discharge instructions like he was predicting the future questions I would have once I was home. I wish I would have gotten his name because I will never forget his help, knowledge and kindness he showed this last Tuesday.

This is an amazing little (well not so little little) shop that includes groceries, gifts, an enormous full wall of every kind of drink you can imagine! There is a sushi bar, a poke bar, a coffee shop, a sandwich shop, pizza place and then so much more!!! And they do not sell guitars! The entire shop is clean, extremely well organized, and so packed with goodies that you can spend a few hours just wondering. They do sell groceries, many of the basics you need. I did some checking of prices and truly, you may pay a few more cents then going down to the local grocery store, but overall...it wasn't that out of whack! Everyone working was friendly and pleasant and open to questions, responding with suggestions and ideas as well as information. What a true gem in the middle of a busy mixed-use space including restaurants and apartments and other event venues. They have a huge patio and we were told it was 100% dog friendly and they are even to welcome to come into the store to shop with their owners, as long as they are well-behaved. Great find and I say go visit! Can't imagine not loving this place!

I'm going to do my best to make a long story short so bear with me. My dog requires daily…read moremedication I usually take his prescription to CVS with no issues, I was told they didn't have any in stock there or anywhere else, ok I'll try Walgreens. I drop the prescription off at Walgreens on Monday, here we are Thursday and I have called every day only to get the run around, on minute they are telling me it will be ready in 30 mins, then when I called an hour later they tell me oh no you talked to the call center they don't know anything let me look into this, she proceeds to tell me she doesn't have my dogs prescription on file and has no record of all my calls. Whatever I can get past that, so I just want to move forward, they tell me they only have half the prescription, that's fine I'll take it. I finally get the text I have been waiting for my prescription is ready! Woohoo off to the pharmacy I go. I get there only to be met with a bill for $115 for half a prescription, with CVS I get a full prescription for $37, you do the math, that's a pretty big difference pay more money for half the prescription!!!! What the heck. So I ask what is going on? The lady tells me there is a national shortage of the dose my dogs needs. I can get it in a different dose, but the vet needs to call it in, vet office is closed today. I sure wish someone would've communicated this sooner so this was all resolved a week ago!! I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received from this Walgreens.

This may go on for a very long time. No greeting, no interaction, just pick the phone up and slam it back down on hold every time it rings. Store managers are aware of this, and they do nothing about it. I've asked many times for the store to stop refilling one of my prescriptions. Yet every 90 days, I get a message telling me its ready for pickup. If they can't address such simple things, how can you trust them with your health? You should avoid this store.

I walked to the bathroom use the restroom and on my way out the guy at the counter said I had to buy something because I used the bathroom and I said no I didn't. I told him you should have a lock on the bathroom door if you what it to be customers only. He tried to intimidate me and when I went to walk out the front door I couldn't get out. When I tried to open the door he had locked me IN!!! Then he tried to force me to buy something. He threatened to call the cops and I was like call the cops because I'm pretty sure you will get in trouble for what you just did. He got really angry that a small petite woman was not intimidated and didn't comply with what he wanted. Luckily my friends were outside too so I called them and they started coming up to the door so he unlocked it. It was a very scary experience as a petite woman. I would just warn other women when going here make sure you have your camera ready to record. The male attendant was super aggressive.
