When you put Steven's Creek, Lawrence, and I-280 together, you just get a ton of traffic activity, and that can sometimes make it difficult to exit this gas station turning back onto Steven's creek due to incoming eastbound Stevens Creek Traffic. I'm not too big of a fan of shell stations. The UI experience is not that great. Prices are okay. I used to use shell a lot because they offered a 1% cash back but I'd rather make the trip to a local Costco.

I came this morning to fill my tank up and the payment pad was acting up, I had entered my card, pin and was waiting for authorization. That was about a full minute and I noticed my card was locked in. So I gestured to the cashier lady and she gestured to come to her, which I did. Immediately she copped a bad attitude which was shocking as I was not at fault. She came at me saying when you continually press buttons it's going to stay locked. Assuming I was messing with it! I said I entered my pin and was waiting for authorization and she looked at her little computer and said, no I did not. Ummm I know what I did!!! Dumbfounded at the bad attitude, costumer service and even GASLIGHTING. I will not be spending another dime here.
