This is probably the very first gas station you'll see coming right off of 280 Lawrence Exit…read more There's a ton of traffic around this area as it's also right on Steven's Creek. When you put Steven's Creek, Lawrence, and I-280 together, you just get a ton of traffic activity, and that can sometimes make it difficult to exit this gas station turning back onto Steven's creek due to incoming eastbound Stevens Creek Traffic. I'm not too big of a fan of shell stations. The UI experience is not that great. Prices are okay. I used to use shell a lot because they offered a 1% cash back but I'd rather make the trip to a local Costco.

Holy rude. I've been putting my gas here for years! Years! Now I will never come back to this place…read moreand encourage others to do so. I came this morning to fill my tank up and the payment pad was acting up, I had entered my card, pin and was waiting for authorization. That was about a full minute and I noticed my card was locked in. So I gestured to the cashier lady and she gestured to come to her, which I did. Immediately she copped a bad attitude which was shocking as I was not at fault. She came at me saying when you continually press buttons it's going to stay locked. Assuming I was messing with it! I said I entered my pin and was waiting for authorization and she looked at her little computer and said, no I did not. Ummm I know what I did!!! Dumbfounded at the bad attitude, costumer service and even GASLIGHTING. I will not be spending another dime here. It takes more energy to have a poor attitude or maybe she just didn't have her coffee yet? Leave your shit at the door ma'am.

The owner's wife flat-out refused me entry with my legally trained service dog, who are always well-behaved and being there multiple times with me. HATES: - They only take cash or debit, no credit, and you can't pay at the pump. Which is ridiculous. This is America. Pay your god damn taxes like the rest of us schlubs. - Because you can't pay at the pump the lines inside are just as ridiculous. - If you pay with debit card, you ALSO get charged a .37 cent service charge because gas companies do not make enough money to the point where they aren't even trying to nickel and dime you anymore they're just straight up thirty-seven-centing you. - Slow AF pumps LIKES: - I didn't run out of gas.
