Everything else in the gas station is very clean. And I love the fact that they keep the landscaping really nice. Some gas stations don't keep up their landscaping or have landscaping at all so thank you for keeping it very nice and presentable! And for a Chevron they have the best gas prices! He never even got up from his chair and seemed more interested in playing on his phone than helping customers. Customer service was lazy, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Treating paying customers this way is unacceptable. If you're going to deny restroom access, at least have the courtesy to be polite and attentive instead of ignoring customers while staring at your phone. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who expects basic customer service.

I've always received excellent service from the owner who I haven't seen in awhile and hope still owns the franchise. Since it became Mobil the place has gotten an upgrade. Probably the cleanest gas station I've ever been too and can easily be accessed no matter what side of the street you are driving on. Just across the street is the Public Market, a great place to grab a bite to eat. I'm happy that this little section of Castro Valley if being frequented more often. Behind the gas station is a quaint park with picnic benches, baseball fields, tennis courts and a few play grounds for kids. Come get some gas, grab lunch, and enjoy all Castro Valley has to offer!

Two guys scrub and brush your car first. Then you drive through the machine / car wash. Then after they came and hand dried it as well. Good deal for 16.99! And it only took about 5-8 minutes. My car looked great! Quality was good for the price. The two guys were nice. No problems at all.

A personal Window washer who wants money up front? We can't be as lucky as this to get this at every gas station can we? Well at World Gas; you get a very large station they tend to always have a place to fill up and I have never had to wait. It's priced fine and I have not had an issue with the gas here. I don't ever use the credit cards at the pump it's a good way to get your credit card stolen or skimmed. Most good gas station have a seal on there Credit cards to show it's legit this one does not. Just be careful and pay inside. You will see at least 1 homeless person outside but they tend to be pretty chill and don't even hit me up for money they are just chilling. They might of seen my car and was like this guy doesn't have much more then me. The inside has junk food and drinks but it's not cheap. You are better off going elsewhere or like a 711 but they do the credit card fee here. The only reason I like this place is gas prices. How easy it is to get to from foothill. It's a perfectly good station to pay cash get your gas and leave.
