This location seems rare to me in the fact that the employee that works there most of the time actually seems to care that he has customers which are the reason you stay in business. He is friendly and seems genuinely thankful that you purchased things in the store. The store is always nicely stocked and organized and seems clean I like that there's a ton of parking spots so you can find one that needs your needs since we all prefer to park a certain distance to the store or from other cars or whatever. They have a ton of options of different snacks to choose from. Probably more than most gas stations I've ever been to. They literally seem to have everything. In fact if you can't find it, go ask the person that's working there because there's a high chance that you just missed it I think you'll be happy with your experience. I mean at the end of the day it's a gas station market after all. I don't think anyone has super high expectations but this place and my experience is with them have not given me anything negative to say. I would give this place negative stars if that was an option. They dont know how to treat customers. I filled gas and my 6 y old wanted to use the restroom so I walked over to the public restroom in crossroads park. It must have been ~15 mins - the owner called a towing company to tow my car! When I came in and asked about my car whereabouts he would not give any details about the towing company number or address and started haggling with me in a very rude tone even though I was with my child. I strongly advise the chevron corporation to take strict action against the owner - Sonu Sharma. I wish no one ever visits this place. IT's a disgrace to customers. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would , just moved to the area I frequent this place a lot stopped by earlier grabbed some water bottles stopped by again because they have a food truck I decided to get some desserts I parked at one of the pumps felt like it wouldn't be a big deal, one of the cashiers comes out starts taking pictures of my car so I figure I would get in it and let my wife wait for the food this guy starts talking the most trash yelling at me to move and even opened my car door and kept yelling I am a concealed weapon permit holder I was so closed to using my firearm I would like to contact chevron corporate and ask them if this is how to treat customers I will never come here again or come to that food truck again read more

I went into this Chevron gas station to purchase a bottle of Water. I wasn't even in the door and the guy (owner) behind the cashier counter yelled at me and said NO DOGS! He said this a few times, in front of other customers!!! I told him that my dog was a service dog (which she is due to a disability I have). He said NO DOGS and he didn't care if she Was a service dog. I told him that I had a service dog card (I was on a small walk with her and didn't put on her coat tag). As I was getting my card out, I said to him that I wasn't going to give him my business. He was so rude and mean...and to say he didn't care about my disability or my Service dog. What he did was against the law to refuse service to me. I will be reporting him to the BBB and people with disabilities act 332.24/16. I will obviously never go there again. I'm well known in the community. I will tell others of my experience. Please don't give this horrible person any business. I also see he has refused business to people with service dogs in the past. He is behaving horribly and perhaps he needs to take A class on refusing business with service animals. It's against The law!! Perhaps in his country you can behave like that, but not here in this country. read more

Got into it with one of their employees thinking it's "OK" to park in a disabled spot because it's private property and he works there. At this moment there were 5 open spaces and rather than immediately move his vehicle he choose to argue with me for 5 minutes and then go inside to move it 5 minutes later. read more

It is still the same gas station, but the Chevron down the street on 148th Ave has changed to the varied pricing strategy with payment using non-Chevron credit cards costing 10 cents extra. There is no difference in pricing here whether or not you pay by credit card which I appreciate. You do also save a couple cents compared to the other locations too if you use credit cards and this gas station is nowhere near as busy as the ones down the road. read more

My family and I have been using this gas station for over 40yrs. It is Conveniently located and usually has friendly service. But after today I will never go there again. I bought a torch and 45 mins later I took it back because after one use it stopped working. One would assume, considering I literally had just bought it that they'd exchange it with a new one. I get gas at this station usually once a month. I always refill my propane tank here and the service is always great. Today the attendant explained my tank was over 12 years old and so we switched it out for a new tank. He then showed me how to check the age of my other tank at home and loaded the new tank back into my car for me. All this with my toddler grandson in tow. Thank you!! read more

I am disabled and have a service dog, who is legally allowed to go anywhere that I can go, however, back in Nov sometime, I went in to get a snack & was going to also fill my tank with gas here. When I got right inside the door, with my service dog, the man inside tells me No dogs! No dogs allowed inside! I started that he was a service dog, & the guy proceeded to tell me, doesn't matter! The owner doesn't like dogs inside, I'm sorry, but he cannot be here! I explained to him when/where a service dogs is allowed to be, also told him that if he were to call the police, they would tell him the same thing! His response was, I know, but the owner... So, I told him I was going to spend about $60 in gas/snacks, & asked if he preferred me to take my business elsewhere! He paused about 3 seconds before he said no no, & motioned for me to come in! Ever since that night, we've gone in without anyone SAYING ANYTHING a number of times, BUT, the guy watches every move we make! CREEPY MUCH!? Great station. Gas light in my car turned off after a fill. People seem nice. Not bad prices. Does the job.

I buy over $60 week in gas, about half from this station. Today, I went there with my daughter and bought about $65 in gas and a few quarts of oil for her (which by the way is a very nice '78 Old Cutlass). The car looks great, does not leak or smoke, and has only 114,000 original miles on it. Right when I finished pouring in a quart of oil, the attendant comes out and tells us we need to immediately move the car. There were 8 pumps and only 3 being used counting us. I was getting ready to check the dipstick then close the hood and leave, when he insisted that I move the car immediately. I politely pointed out that I was about done. He insisted again and just kept going on about how we had to move, so I pointed out that I wasn't in anyone's way and there were 5 open pumps, but since he didn't let up we just got in the car and left. However, I did tell him as I was getting in the car that I would not be back to this station. If I had been at a busy station or there were people waiting, I would have moved as I told him, but that didn't seem to matter to him. So, at this point I will be writing to Chevron to let them know about this discourteous attendant. read more
