Ever product she used on my face smelled incredible and felt amazing! I had some initial shock when the blackhead removal occurred, but she did a great job easing the pain! So, I suggest if you want to be in a place that isn't judge and jury all rolled up into one --- keep looking. I think it's important to have a sense of humor and at the very least offer your client some 'air time' to explain without being so defensive. It was shocking. I apologized profusely and never received an acknowledgment on any level.
