He was great to deal with right off the bat and has a wonderful personality. He makes everyone feel comfortable and never fails to get you laughing either! Very open and honest about everything he does, showing us physically along the way what he would do and explain it all to us as he went. Being involved like that when you're the homeowners is awesome because you also learn as you go. We hadn't needed him in quite a few year's after replacing our old septic system (sorry Bo) but when our washer suddenly began backing up recently and sporadically, he was the one we called. He just left a little while ago in fact and all of the plumbing in the house is running amazingly well and draining quickly as it should. Nathalie called that afternoon to say Erik would be right over, and he was! He explained what was needed and gave me a quote. And he came back early the next day, telling me I had to have heat ad hot water. They did the work thoroughly and efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. And when my AC quit, again, Erik was there the same day. He showed me the material commonly used, which has major issues. He made a temporary fix, as the next day was to be hot, then came back to make a permanent repair. Nathalie runs the office and works with Erik when a job needs two people.
