We were originally going to go to Menards as they tend to have better quality lumber than Home Depot, but I'm glad we found Durst instead. Durst has high quality lumber for comparable prices, and they deliver for a VERY reasonable fee. The guys who work in the lumber area are extremely knowledgeable and were able to give us good advice for one of our projects. Excellent service. I've been working with the Tile Bar (online) and they have similar tiles (from Italy, Spain, etc) these tiles were $14 sq ft and back splashes were $18 sq ft. Sure, they had cheaper tiles but they are nothing you couldn't find at Home Depot or anywhere else. The sales person was friendly and helpful. I could sense they make commission due to the high prices and friendliness of the staff. The bathroom was stinky and gross. The feminine product basket was full to the top. That doesn't happen inone day. That was definitely a disappointment especially for the area and price point.

He quoted a fair price (without the dreaded Bloomfield tax that most contractors add on.) I had had this repair estimated 7 times, with widely varying prices. European's price was the second lowest (the lower guy was iffy) but their work was top notch. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Nick is professional and personable.
