I'm certain that it was either the Warren location or the Farmington location. Either way neither one is willing to take responsibility. But they were here promptly to over charge me. On top of that they took my money and damaged my house. I will never use your services again. My sister was going to call you to remove some items from her house. I told her don't you dare give them one cent of your money!!!! I explained to her why... I invited her to my house for dinner and showed her the damage to my property that 800 junk caused. And how I can't get one single person to call me back. Shame on you for taking advantage of a senior citizen!! What if someone treated your mother like I'm being treated. Just look how your company left my house. Shame on you!!

The tactic is to call their manager, who then wants to argue on the phone with you. Sadly, I've used these guys before and didn't have a problem but today especially Mother's Day weekend when they were running a special ad to calm you. . They were out to scam you. Huge waste of time. Starting with their corny greeting by the owner. Don't waste your time call HUNKS!

Chet's has a few cleaning options depending on what you need (e.g., sanitation). They said they could return the rugs within 5 business days, but they were ready in 2 business days. Called and was told that I can bring the rugs to the store in Oak Park or the truck will come to my home and pick them up. I opted for the truck coming to my house to get them all. If you drop them off at the store they gave a discount. Be prepared to wait though! Lots of waiting for a phone call for them to update you on the progress of your rugs. I think overall from my first phone call to the rugs being re-delivered took over a month. Their communication was pretty good - they called to let know the status of my rugs and if I wanted certain extras like a stain resistant coat. The guys who came to get our rugs were professional and quick. They took 4 big area rugs and a hall runner. They never told you a price until the guys put all of your rugs back where they go in your home. So I wish they were more upfront about the price. The price was worth it based on how clean my rugs looked - they all looked new. All the stains and marks were gone! The guys who came to put the rugs back were patient with me trying to remember how the rugs were laid. Pro tip to take pictures of how your rugs were laid before they take them. They also would move my furniture so my husband and I could shuffle the rugs back in place.

Well, the first time the phone was answered (older man, owner I assume- woody?) couldn't of been more rude and condescending of me when enquiring about their turn around time. It takes a lot of gull to speak to someone- let alone a potential paying customer the way I was today on the phone. It look a solid 2-2.5 mins for me to decide, I NEVER would support this business. Mayo welding- Do yourself a favor and disconnect the phone lines altogether; not like you answer them much anyways, OR get someone who understands customer service, because the person I spoke to on the phone today is clearly a welder. Yikes...
