Our sump pump lines have been getting clogged with an iron bacteria. It is amazing how this material will clog the pipes and pump. Their jetting machine makes quick work of the iron and rust buildup in the pipes. You would be surprised to see that our pipes fill up to a point where there's a hole the size of a pencil down the middle of a drainage pipe. I also had a problem where I backed over the neighbors dog it was very late for returning the machine. They were very kind and did not charge me the late fee. Luckily the neighbors dog will be OK no broken bones but a huge amount of stitches. She's a wonderful little dog and I'm so glad she's OK.
