We had American Leak Detection come out in 2021 to find a leak in our pool. They did a quick epoxy…read more(band-aid fix) and told us to fix it properly we would have to schedule a return trip. We called to schedule the actual repair and were told they were a few months out. American Leak Detection never called us back to schedule and never returned. We followed up in 2022 to get on the schedule to repair and never received a call back. In spring of 2023 they answered our call, came out and said we would need to pay for another leak detection that we already had back in 2021. Needless to say we are very dissatisfied with the lack of understanding and customer service to the hurdles we have endured for American Leak Detection to do their job that we have tried to schedule. It is not on us as customers to pay extra for their lack of organization in schedule when we requested multiple times to be place on their work schedule.

Our 35,000 gallon pool used less than $350 worth of chemicals in a season. Caribbean pools over prices supplies when compared to other online pool suppliers. I drained it down to 24" and refilled it. was clear for a few days. I have changed my filters many times, vacuumed with robot vac and hand vac. I have tried everything. my water remains cloudy. I have had my water tested a few times and have done whatever I was advised to do but still not clear. Before last year my water was crystal clear even when I first opened it and when I would have my water tested, I would be told it was almost perfect. I followed your instructions to a T. But now!!! I am always happy with the people and service but very frustrated and disappointed with this water issue. I don't like looking at my pool and not seeing the sparkling crystal clear water.
