Appreciated that he understood that we could do some of the work ourselves and didn't try to push us into an expensive outcome! He also has a great sense of humor!

We were in the process of selling our home and the inspector noticed there was no ridge vent like the original roof had. This should have been installed by Home Depot with our new $10,000.00 roof. When I called to report the problem I was told "home depot is no longer in the roofing business." They told me that there was a back log of complaints and that I should call a place called Genpact. When I called and asked questions about Genpact I was told that they knew nothing about it as to where or what is was. All they could do was take information and I would be contacted within 24 hours. I told them I was going through a sales process for the home and I would pay for a roofer to add the ridge vent. They told me that this would void the warranty so I would have to wait. After many calls I am still waiting and the buyer of my home is naturally upset because for ventilation purposes the roof should have the ridge vent. I even called the manager of the Keene Home Depot and never heard back from him either. This seems to be very unfair and I am so disappointed with Home Depot. All of a sudden with no warning to valuable customers they are out of the roofing business and offer no remedy for this terrible situation!! They don't even seem to care about the problem as if to say," That's just too bad! We can't help you!" Does this seem fair? What are we supposed to do?

I would recommend them to anyone and because they are a small local business they are able to charge reasonable pricing that bigger corporate owned businesses cannot provide.

Since then, I have been called almost monthly trying to offer me windows and such. I have REPEATLY asked them to take me off their list only to be assured, yet I keep getting the calls. I have blocked their number numerous times but always getting called from a different number. I am so frustrated at this point that I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
