We are too busy to spend all that time figuring work so that you can pick and choose what you want to do etc. We have notified Contractor Connection with the same. Sincerely, Andre' Brosseau ---LoL What? You come to my house to discuss what I want to have done, take measurements and you then follow that up by declining to give me the numbers a few weeks later? Seems to me that they weren't keen on writing me an estimate that I would then compare to another estimate? Here is my response.--- redacted To: Andre Brosseau Apr 26 at 11:27 AM Andre I'm not sure I am following what you are trying to get at other than you do not want to do the work I have requested. I asked for a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel. I'm not picking and choosing anything. That is what I was hoping to have done by your business. I'm going to assume there is a misunderstanding here but if you don't want to do it, then I can look elsewhere. ---So folks the lesson here is if you see crappy reviews about a business and decide to at least give them a chance, you may want to think twice. Previous reviewer certainly was right about the rudeness too. Oh well, bullet dodged.---

I'm giddy with excitement as my punch list gets smaller and smaller and it's all taking shape. I feel so blessed to have found them and, though you have to be patient to wait your turn, they are fast, efficient, friendly and it was well worth the wait. I highly endorse them, and will have them do a rough bid on some other projects, since they have such advanced skills, save up the funds, and keep bringing them back. I won't go elsewhere, as they are truly the best.

Every step of the way we received planning guidance, excellent product selection recommendations, and all the while she sugar coated all of this information with amazing and attentive customer service. I would absolutely not recommend working with Williams Construction Group. I worked with Dave…read moreWilliams for about 8 months leading up to the start of an addition on our house in late 2018. We went back and forth for months leading up to the project, discussing and planning project costs to be sure it fit within my budget. Shortly after he started and finished the site work and concrete work I was sent an email from one of his employees which included a revised estimate. In the estimate Dave added a new line to the project which added $25,000 to the project with no other communication about it. This totally destroyed my budget for the project and his solution was to suggest that I do more of the work myself or forego materials. There were many other issues with the project including Dave's inability to accurately read my construction plans and complete basic construction steps, like properly installing a perimeter drain. If you have taken the time to read this, I recommend taking the time to find someone else.

I must have sent her like a million emails and she handled everything like a champ, even doing a Skype showing of one property beforehand since we would not have been able to fit it into our schedule. I felt like I had someone on my side, not someone just trying to close the deal at any cost (like I have felt with some realtors in the past). We ended up choosing a property in VT which was unfortunately outside of her range, but again Kim was supportive and wanted us to be happy and find the right home for us. If you're looking for a realtor in SE NH, don't think twice about choosing Kim. She'll exceed all your expectations and will give you the honest outlook you need to make a good decision!! 11/10 would recommend!!

The house was in very low quality move in condition with little to know cleaning done prior to new tenants. In the 2 years we rented with him we had 5 guys in the house (which was against the rules) and still had the rent increase. On several occasions he made claims of not receiving our rent checks even after cashing them! The contractors that were hired did not finish their jobs, and if they did the repair would only last for a couple months. Throughout renting our landlord would tell us how much he appreciated us and respected us only to turn to our parents and say the complete opposite, never addressing problems with us. Finally comes his fabricating of truth on the security deposit. Claims were made of us intentionally damaging property that had been either damaged or in very poor condition upon our move in. He has attempted to charge us more than our rent without evidence of damage and itemized quote from contractor. His intentions were to pay to repair his house with our money.
