We had him polyurethane a section of floor in our store (BrewTopia- a high end craft beer and homebrew store). Since we are open 7 days a week with heavy traffic we needed the work done as quick as possible and Legendary Painting delivered just that. It was prepped and worked on all within 4hrs, then 24hrs for drying time and presto we now have a beautifully refinished polyurethane floor! Told me they would not use a high pressure system to strip the old finish. Proposed using a toxic stripper that would likely damage some of my shrubbery that I was not happy about. Never contacted me, never provided an estimate. Unprofessional and rude. I will not do business with ever again.

I could tell he understood I was interested in a quality job. We kept in contact between the initial free consultation and the date he had scheduled with us. He even did some requested investigation on paints before the job even started. When the time came to do the job he showed up and went to work. I noticed he was always thinking and asking questions when he identified something that he thought I might want him to do. The job was completed with very high quality work and cleanliness. He went out of his way to work with our schedule. He was not the least expensive but I believe he was a good value. I am in the process of trying to identify more complex jobs that I could have him do to take advantage of his wide range of skills.
