We took a ride to check it out, we were immediately…read moregreeted by the front desk and asked what they could help with we expressed what was going on and the person guided us to Gabby our sales person. While with Gabby we expressed what we wanted to look at and we walked out to look at the two travel trailers we would have been interested in. We then went to the office and told her we can buy outright. She pushed us to finance it to then we found out we couldn't finance the travel trailer we really wanted. We checked out another trailer that was cheaper and stated we had the money for it yet again and was pushed for financing. Once we went to pick up the trailer we met with service and got it all hooked up and made sure everything was safe to roll down the road. Never to see Gabby again or even walk through the trailer before we signed papers or anything. We were new to trailer ownership and were not shown anything or told anything. Needless to say they left us in the dark and made sure anything couldn't come back to them for safety issues otherwise I felt it was a quick money maker for them. Not worried about the customer at all. I will not recommend them due to we have a lot of friends looking for trailers to now go with us and they to are new to trailers and wouldn't be told anything about how to work anything.

It started off well -- we spoke with Don,…read morewho was friendly and encouraging, and he set up an appointment for us to bring in our camper. But once we showed up, everything went sideways. Even though we had an appointment, we ended up waiting around for three hours. They told us they couldn't give us a value that day and needed to keep the camper overnight. We were told by Daniel we'd get a call the next morning, and if we didn't, to call at noon. We followed up -- nothing. Called again later that day -- still no answer. The next day, we were told the sales manager wasn't even in. We asked to speak with someone else and got a manager named Rick, who told us they wouldn't take the camper due to a list of "damages" that were completely made up. This all happened while we were on a serious time crunch -- my dad is moving out of town, which we made very clear from the beginning. From Tuesday to Thursday, they kept our camper and gave us zero updates, wasting valuable time. When we went to pick it up, we found the trailer jack had been bent -- it was fine when we left it. We couldn't even hitch it properly to drive away. Eventually, they did replace the jack at no cost, but the damage was already done -- to our schedule, and our trust. Overall, the whole experience was full of broken promises, poor communication, and careless handling of our property. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're depending on timely and honest service.

We did the deal with wholesaler though Camping World. AND NOW ITS ON CAMPING WORLD'S LOT! Asking for $17,499!!! They are scammers and con artists. Horrible business ethics! Do not do business with them. They steal from hard working people! They should all be ashamed of themselves!

    17 hours ago New Id…read morego 1.5 stars if I could. While we love our new to us camper we ran in to numerous issues throughout the process. We were given one price, monthly payment and loan length and the next day given something completely different. Called loan department twice and still wasn't sure why. Loan department had another sales associate call us back (our was out of office until Friday, but seen him there the following day). That salesman called me back, and asked what we needed to do to close the deal. Told him we needed to get closer to the original monthly payment and he called me back and knocked 2k off the price. The day before the price was non-negotiable. We purchased the let's go camping package looking forward to the full walk through more than the items given. Walk through was fine but tech couldn't answer our question about the camera (also couldn't locate the keys), said he never serviced that model forest river before so was unsure how the camera operated but assumed we had to scan a QR code. Told us he would find somebody in sales to assist. Went through our paperwork process, where the camera was brought up again. He said he would ask the tech for sure since he still had to walk us through the hitch operation. They came back with a different payment this time (cheaper some how) but wanted me to keep it at other price so they could work in a interior and exterior warranty plan which we declined. Went back with tech and he went over hitch, asked bout the camera and we were told he couldn't locate a salesman and wasn't sure. We also asked to have the large preowned sticker removed from the camper and he said he would have one of the detail guys do it as they would spray glue remover on it, remove sticker and wipe it down. Went back out and bought our free books as well as a chair as they were bringing our truck and camper around front. We asked if they located the keys to which we were told they will either be in the truck or we would need to open up the camper and get them out of the fridge. Luckily for us they were in the truck, but the preowned sticker was still on. Went back in and ask the front desk if somebody could remove it and they sent somebody out with a scrapper for removal, still has the adhesive outline on the camper. While the camper is exactly what we wanted we ran into issues with just buying it. Reached out to 2 salesman about the camera issue and haven't heard anything back. Doing research on our own we found out we can download an app to control camper features but need a passcode for the camera.
