I'm very disappointed that I came back after my nails got messed up because they weren't completely dry. I expected them to fix it right away but instead I was turned away and asked to come back when they weren't busy. YEAH your not making money off me because I already paid you SO I'm NOT PRIORITY RIGHT? So sad that customer service doesn't matter anymore. Disappointing. I have been there before and have been warmly greeted. Today, not so much. Took a friend in for bday pedi's. Two ladies working. One at the nail station, one with a client doing a pedicure and one woman (I think a customer) just sitting in a chair with RBF. When we walked in we stated we wanted two pedi's and got the "you going to have to wait long time." So I asked how long and was rudely told 30 minutes. So we weren't in a rush and thought, no problem we will drink our coffee and visit. That was clearly NOT what she wanted to see as we got an eye roll when we decided to stay. DONE. We were willing to wait and put cash in your pocket but when you act pissy because you have business.... I'll take that cash elsewhere. I've recommended so many people to this place bc it is cheap. I will make sure they know this for sure and I'll pay the extra money and be treated decently. read more

Long review but this might help you lol Went here first time after someone recommended me this place a good number of times. I went to get my feet done. I had acrylic on my first two toes that was lifting and also chipped, so I asked if I could get the old acrylic off and some fresh acrylic on my toes. I called before hand and they said they remove acrylic. So I went there and the guy removes my previous nail color then soaks my feet, then he pulls a fake acrylic nail from this drawer that he had with him with all his nail stuff, takes one foot out the water and proceeds to take off my old acrylic with the fake nail!!...any professional nail tech could see my nail was very thin under that acrylic and removing the acrylic that way will damage my nail badly and even more than it already was damaged!! So one toe he got off ok although it did hurt and pulled off my nail, so it looked like a toe numb! The other one was stubborn and he kept digging under with that fake nail and he began to tear my nail to where it began to bleed. I tell him it's hurting and can you try another method. He just soaks my foot longer and keeps digging, I'm sweating at this point and getting frustrated because it's hurting too much and he must have not understood what I was saying because he would just look at me and murmur something like "ah ha" and nodding yea...it was awkward. So it got to the point where it was bleeding and another lady puts an acetone soaked cotton ball on it so it was stinging as well. I said "I'm sorry but this is just hurting to much and I can not take it, this is just stressing me out" I get up put my flip flops, and say "how much is this?!" They make me pay $10 & I said "you're really going to make me pay full price after you just made me go through all that? That makes no sense" I paid then went outside and cried because I couldn't get my feet done because the guy tore my nails off and had em bleeding and everything. I needed them done for something special so I was pretty emotional...anyways I go home hurt and upset getting more and more angry with the fact they said I still had to pay the whole price. Shortly after, I called and explained what happened to the manager, he said I could come back and get a refund. Went back the following morning to get my $10 refund then some very rude lady with a short haircut gave me my money back with a bad attitude and said something pretty rude like "here! and we hope you never come back!" And I said "what?" She said it again "we hope we never see you again!" And I said "ok" and walked out. I didn't even mention how another lady stepped in trying to remove my acrylic and every time I'd jump from now HER digging under the old acrylic she'd stop and sigh and look like she was annoyed!! At that point I was already bleeding what else would I do besides jump if you suddenly start tearing my nail off the meat! No apology or anything but that's ok, never expect an apology from anyone even when you know they're wrong. read more

I love this salon! Good prices. Have been to the salon 5 times. Each technician has done a good job. Today had Deluxe Pedicure. Very nice! Atmosphere very relaxing. Technicians quiet while working unless talking to customer. No chit chatting amongst each other in language can't understand. They also give a card stamped each visit good toward $5 after 5 (maybe 6) visits. read more

i go all the time with lee and today he was still not it. so i said ok let me give the other girl a chance to make my nails. the nails were ok b the french tip is horrable 90% of my nail is whte! looks like my 3yr old try to make them, i still paid and told them i was going to come back and get them fix with lee since only he knows how to make tips!!!!!! read more

i got my nails done here for the last two years and they never failed to make my nails look pretty. I have a busy schedule so I always call in first before i drop by but they take walk-ins too. They have many polishes to choose and very nice designs. I usually keep the same set for two months, just refill every two weeks. This place is very affordable, nice, clean and has great services. close to my work but literally spent hours at another place removing the acrylics and have some fungus. poor quality, nobody understands a word you say, and of course not worth the risk of having fungus. cheap or not cheap I am tired of not getting good quality. read more
