Worst set of lashes I've ever received. And that includes the original place I went to before I came here in hopes they would be better. Little did I know I would be wishing I went back to the other lash studio that I was also a disappointment but at least I had lashes! I went in for a fill and have no idea what she was doing for the hour because she added hardly anything. I have been getting my lashes done for two years in California so I know the difference between a good set of lashes and a lousy set. This place charged $100 for a fill that is so sparse I'd hardly even call it natural. I couldn't be more frustrated having wasted money at this place. At the end when she asked me how I felt about my lashes I told her it seemed like she did nothing and asked her why they were still so sparse. Her response was I could pay more money for more time with another artist because she couldn't spend more time on me. I couldn't believe it. I've never had a lash artist that couldn't accomplish a normal fill in an hour it's not even like I was asking for mega lashes.. So if anyone can recommend a good lash studio, I'd really appreciate it! *** add on to reply to their comment. Yes you did offer for another artist to finish my lashes for more $$. I was already sick about spending $100 on my ridiculously lousy lashes I was not about to pay more to still be dissatisfied. As far as coming back for a discounted service, I wouldn't go back to this salon even if you offered it for free. Please see the attached photo for my "lash lift" and "tint". Let me start by saying I've had lifts and tints before with excellent results. I've never been disappointed. As you can see, my lashes are neither lifted nor tinted. My lash artist was so very sweet and gentle, but this service is apparently not her specialty. My one-star review is not for her, however. I'm not upset with someone who has been assigned a service in which they have not been properly trained. I am, however, deeply disappointed by the fact that I was still required to pay for the "tint." I got neither service performed properly and should not have been demanded to pay for either one. That's poor management, in my opinion. I spent over an hour in the chair, and I respect and appreciate that that hour costs time and money for a business. But that is the cost of doing business when you have not properly trained an employee. And my own time is invaluable with two young children and a full-time job. This was supposed to be an hour of pampering and me-time. Instead, it was wasted time I should have spent taking care of the many other important things on my never-ending to-do list. Add the time it's taken me to write this review to that cost. I have a "touch up" appointment scheduled for the next spare moment I have in my life (two weeks from now AFTER my vacation for which I would've liked to feel pretty). If that appointment goes well, I might consider slightly adjusting, but most certainly UPDATING this review. read more

I swear by them. They came highly recommend and then I recalled meeting a little miss monsey. I started following her and her work on ig and ironically enough that's where she worked. I was so apprehensive because my eyes are stupid sensitive. She answered any and all questions big or small for me and made me feel so comfortable. My results were so much better than I could have imagined. Im not too girly and don't wear make up so she advised me what would be the best and most natural looking. I am old and plain and silly but I've always wanted eyelash extensions. It's on my bucket list. I had them done yesterday at Cherry Lash in Henderson and I am beyond pleased. Everything about this appointment was easy and geared to the client. Making the appointment online was SO simple - no need for a phone call! Because I don't know the area (and was traveling by bus and on foot) I got totally lost finding them. I called in a panic and they graciously moved up my appointment by 15 minutes with no charge! (I finally found them after walking the opposite way for 10 minutes - I'm a moron.) I chose a more inexpensive option with an apprentice. Savannah (I think that was her name?) was so kind and helpful and had a feather-light touch while she applied the lashes. I love her work and my new lashes! I can't wait to show my sister when she visits from Colorado next week and drag her off to get HER lashes done! read more

First a business that is in the practice of taking a 'deposit' to hold your appointment time should be ashamed of themselves. Especially if they quote me for one price and then total me out for another. Secondly - and while this is not the lash artists' fault... Perhaps it is the nature of the "lounge" style and it being an academy for lash artists - it took the artist an hour and a half to do my lashes and she concluded by telling me that we could've "definitely gone a lot fuller"... When I told her - the service I was going in for was a fill and I wanted it full with lots of volume. The pictures I've uploaded show maybe 60% the amount of volume along the lash line that I am used to. Not to be harsh but --- I am not sure what she was doing the entire hour and a half that she was playing with my lashes and breathing on my face but other lash artists have done more work in the same amount of time and it comes out looking much more voluminous. This was their "master lash artist". I went to check out tipping her $15 and then the lady at the counter wanted to charge me $90?!!! After I'd already deposited $9 over the phone just to hold the appointment??? I was originally quoted $79 when I booked the appointment by another receptionist at the Rainbow location - however perhaps the business should get their practices synchronized. Also the lady that was getting her lashes done next to me fell asleep and was snoring quite loudly...while the ambient noise around me was conversation of other lash artists gossiping with their clients etc... It gets a little awkward in my opinion - given that it is a lounge I guess I should be understanding, but I guess I've been spoiled with the seclusion aspect of all my other lash ladies. It's was an experience. I wouldn't recommend for those that have specific ladies they already go to!! This was a last minute desperate fill for me! read more

I got my lashes done 5/11/16, I got the Cleopatra set. 3 days later they were almost completely gone. I have had these lash extensions before and have never had this problem before. I tweeted to Cherry Lash Lounge my issue hoping they'd make it right but no one even acknowledged my tweet. I totally love this place! I won't trust any other lash studio with my precious eyelashes. I don't have a certain artist that I go to. I usually just book an appointment with anyone that is open and I have never been disappointed. Every artist knows what they're doing when it comes to lashes! I love how open they are to customization when it comes to my eyelashes, too. I am able to ask my artist to make any changes necessary without feeling like a pest. I've stayed with this place for a long time for the quality of work and great technicians. But the customer service is atrocious. I can't count how many times someone has called me to "move" my appointment day of to accommodate their schedules. And I helped them out. However, the one time I asked to move, not cancel an appointment for something important that came up, the customer service rep had the nerve to ask what the "reason" is because they might have to charge a cancellation fee. First of all I'm not "cancelling" anything, I'm asking for a little flexibility. Second of all, I've been spending about $200 a month consistently for about 3 years and you're really going to treat a loyal customer like that? Third of all, it's cool for you to constantly move appointments but I can't do the same? Listen, I'm not one of your cheap Vegas flakes - I wish you wouldn't treat me that way.
