By the second day, my left eye had lost tons lashes with only gentle brushing. I contacted them immediately to fix it but could not come in within their 3-day policy due to work obligations -- my next availability was the 4th. I requested a removal since I was unhappy with the result, but was informed I'd still incur a removal fee. I understand policies, but charging for removal when the initial service failed within 48 hours feels unfair. This was also my first experience getting lashes. I also noticed other reviews mentioning similar retention issues, which suggests a product or application problem. I cannot recommend this service. Picture of first day and second.

During pedicures, they would do callous remover without even asking if I wanted it and when I brough this up to their attention they brushed it off. BUT my updated review is for the call I just got from them. I have a trip coming up for my birthday next week so I made a Gel X appointment for 09/12/2026 at 11AM on August 23, 2026. I realized I wanted a pedicure as well. So I went on to book a second appointment for the same time as the Gel X, as I always have. I hate sitting at the salon for 2 hours. I have religiously booked my nails and pedicure at the same time so both are simultaneously done for the past two years (PER BONDS RECOMMENDATION). I get a call after booking the appointment online (with the appointment requests for both services together) that they are charging $5.00 now for both services to be booked together. Absolutely insane. $5.00 for two services to be booked together. $75.00 for Gel X (plus $5.00 for designs). $60.00 for a BASIC gel pedicure ($5.00 extra for French tip). $5/$10 extra for callous remover. That totals $155.00 BEFORE TIP. I cancelled both appointments and booked elsewhere. Nail salon culture is absolutely insane.

My right eye is soo curled that it sticks to my lid and it is bent at the tip. They have been extremely over curled or over processed. The manager Casandra has issued a refund . Please note that Dessi is a JR lash artist. I was unaware of their tiers of lash artist. If I had I would have known, I would've asked for a senior level artist to start. Overall: I will NEVER return here, my nail techs daughter used to work for this company and said she would never recommend this place either. The reason for 2 stars is because the Manager made it right and refunded me & the vibe of the salon was aesthetically pleasing.

I have always had little to no lashes. They were short and thin. I would buy fake lashes that would irritate my Lash line. I have had less problems with extensions than my years of wearing fake lashes. Since my first visit to Cherry Lash Lounge, I am hooked. They always take excellent care of me! They fit me in and work with my hectic schedule! The boutique is clean, upscale, comfortable and cozy! I never have to wait. I have used a few different artists up to a Master! But Lexy is the best, I just love her!! I started with her and I'll stay with her. She's not only my Lash artist but my mini therapist! She is kind, funny, adorable and talented. I always leave there feeling like Magic even if it's a regular fill to a Mega Lash! I love it there. If I could rate it on a scale from 1-10 I wouldn't!! Very very happy with my experience! My lash artist was Andria and she was amazing!!! I am 6 months pregnant and I kept moving around and needing to go to the bathroom and then at one point even had to stop my appointment because I got so sick I threw up in the bathroom. She was so sweet the entire appointment and was very accommodating. She even offered for me to come back later at night so she could finish my lashes for me. I would definitely recommend this place and especially recommend scheduling with Andria! ((And still with me moving around and constantly needing to get up - my lashes look amazing!)) read more

I never thought I would get so attached to the product Cherry Lash Lounge provides but I have. I've been a customer of Mallyna for about two years but today was my final day as a patron…read more Yesterday i got a classic set of lashes. Early this morning I woke up barely able to open my eyes. Most of my lashes had fallen put and I was experiencing a severe allergic reaction. It was about two hours until they could fit me in to remove my lashes. At first the manager pulled me aside and tried to minimize my reaction, claiming it was dust that somehow caused this. After consulting with an outside lash tech, she said that the only thing this could be was expired products since I've had lashes for two years and never experienced this before. Finally, the manager conceded that it was a bad reaction but would only offer a new set, no refunds, as she stated she didn't have money to pay her staff without my payment essentially. At the end of the day, my lash removal was free but my $125 was apparently my contribution to their apparently thin margins. I think it's unfortunate that this happened to me, I'm just happy to not have lost eyesight over this fiasco. If I were you, I wouldn't risk it here. They seem to be cutting corners with (what I assume is) expired products and a slim ability to pay their people despite their high prices set to customers.
