READ BEFORE YOU BOOK! LONG BUT WORTH IT!! I would give this place -100 starts if google allowed. I started going to the Rainbow location almost 2 years ago. The 1st set i ever got was so horrible I went home to cry because I looked like a drag queen. Even after that i called to get them fixed ASAP. They did in fact booked me a few days after but made me pay for a full set yet again! (even though it was the lash artists fault) i said.." I want natural and not longer than mine i really just want them fuller" she must have done it on purpose because she did the complete opposite, the were SUPER curly and they could touch my eyebrows LITERALLY! Anyway, I kept going back with the girl who fixed them for a while until she had to leave to have her baby. Now with the Henderson location open I went for a full set with a MASTER ARTIST which are supposed to be "the best, most experienced artist they have" BUT... 80% of my lashes fell within a week. Still i has hopeful and booked a fill plus with a different artist who left my eyes burning, wouldn't shut up, the lashes were glued one on top of the other NOT individually and i could fell some scratching my eyes for a week and only a week(if not less) because within that week i probably had 10 lashes left on each eye. (May i say, my natural lashes don't usually shed that much) i then AGAIN (being the hopeful, more like idiot i sometimes can be) booked ANOTHER fill plus with a different artist. I actually liked this one, well her work i did but she had a nasty attitude, overlooking that i continued to book with her. I left my card on file so when ever I was done i'd just tell front dest how much tip i wanted to leave and they'd just do it on the computer once i'd already signed for my service ONLY! I checked my bank account once and they'd charged DOUBLE the amount i told them. i then had to call and complain, they did refund my money BUT, this happened 3 times. The day of my last appt i had an emergency and called to reschedule the same day. this was the answer i got " Well we're going to charge 50% of the service and we'll move your appt to tomorrow at what time did you want it?" WTF!!! May i say I WAS NEVER LATE, MOVED OR CANCELLED AN APPT BEFORE! I was a loyal costumer regardless of all the bad experiences i had with them and i couldn't believe they wouldn't give me a pass so i said "ok i'll go to the appt" I did this so they wouldn't be able to give the appt to someone else and make that money plus mine and then i logged into my back account and transferred ALL the money from my checking to my savings that way when they tried to charge me it was DECLINED! I will NEVER go there again. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!! read more

I have been going to Cherry Lash Lounge for one year now. At first I thought I would go for just a event I went to... But once I had their lashes put on.. I could not stop going. The service is totally 5 Stars from the Receptionist to the Lash Artist. I love them!!! My Artist is Monsey.... I highly recommend her...her work is wonderful. And I get compliments everyday. But today was the best compliment ever... My eye doctor asked if my lashes were real... They are so beautifully put on they looked real to her. She had never seen lashes like mine! read more

Been coming to this location for about six months now and seeing Gypsie. The people at reception have always been great. I book online which is very convenient. Gypsie does a fantastic job. At the very least, my lashes last up to three weeks. I've even gone four weeks and they were still decent! Great experiences here every time I go in. read more

I had my lashes done for the first time ever this past summer by Jasmine Barr. I was always against lashes because I didn't want them to look so "fake", but She did such an amazing job nobody could tell that I had them done. I received so many compliments on them as well when I can back to utah. They honestly lasted me a little over a month and normally it's 3 to 4 weeks so that was great! I was in loooovvee with my lashes, so I became hooked ever since! I finally get to get my lashes filled by her and I'm BEYOND excited to finally have my lashes done by Jasmine again! Absolutely love Cherry Lash Lounge! If you are thinking about getting extensions I highly recommend coming here. It's super affordable, too. I go to a Lash Apprentice every time and my eyelashes always look flawless! I am going on Sunday for a fill so maybe after I will upload a photo of their beautiful work! It lasts so long and it's so easy to maintain. If you want an easy look with little maintenance then I suggest eyelash extensions. It makes my life so much easier not having to put on mascara. For starters....if you booked an appointment for someone do not talk about them while theyre in their appointment! This is my 1st time going for lashes and a little guidance would have been much appreciated. It wasn't till after my initial appointment I decided I was unhappy with the look the lady advised I should have gone in for a consultation, little late (probably the girl who books the appointments fault). The 2nd time I went to fix my lashes the receptionist was bad mouthing me for not understanding the process while I am in the same room! Then the girls started talking poorly about other clients, and saying how they do not care if they do not need the full 90 minutes to do your eyelashes they will just touch them making you think they are doing them so you can be billed for the full session. This is all very unprofessional and I am certain has left a bad impression on anyone getting their lashes done at that time. read more

I had I lash extensions so I know how it works first of all this place is overpriced very corporate of course not the stylist fault there is no difference between a Master stylist and regular they are all the same and it cost more which I think is ridiculous . They give them time so if you have two hours it's only two hours even though she is not finish they will look good or they will look bad.. I got the ravishing featherize Full set $230 I tipped her $45 because she was really nice.. If you want eyelashes please don't go here I will start with a smaller company I went to a girl that had a room rented any salon Full set $150 after for a fill will be $55. Here here Fill will be $140 crazy expensive I have a friend that is going to school for Eyelashes she said they charge way too much again it's a very corporate here overpriced I suggest lovely lashes if you live in Henderson ..
