WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! i've never been so completely disgusted and dissatisfied with a set of lashes nor lash lounge. the girl who did my eyelashes was name Alyssa she didn't talk to me once I actually had to create conversation with her she was very impolite rude selfish she did not care she only cared about putting the lashes on and getting me out I sat there I had an appointment at 3 o'clock I was not seen until 3:20 so I was sitting waiting for 20 minutes and then she then told me that she's going to work as fast as she can because she has another appointment right after me so I'm not going to be reaching my full hour i had scheduled for. once I open my eyes after my lashes were on they looked OK you know I wasn't going to complain about them because she had no time to even fix them so I was polite about it and I said thank you when I got up and walked away as then I got to my house there was at least five or six lashes on my face I woke up the next morning all of my lashes were out of my eyes I called back two days later and they are extremely rude over the phone, said they cannot fix my lashes for me they told me the lead manager was on the phone scheduling my appointment and she should have explained that they don't do "complementary fixes on lashes" then tried to make me pay for a full set of lashes LOL yeah right I didn't just waste $70 on a fill for my eyelashes to fall out and I'm not gonna pay another $70 for some cheap lashes that flipped upside down and look disgusting. I could keep going on about the customer service that I received at Cherry lash lounge but you know I'll stop where I am now just to let you all yelpers know DO NOT go to cherry lash lounge they are extremely rude inconsiderate and they don't know what they're talking about I've never had this experience in my life and I will never be going back I hope none of you do save yourself the time. read more

Just received a full set of lashes from Asia. They look amazing. The shop is very clean and professional but also trendy and cute. Really friendly front desk staff, was offered coffee or water while I waited which was only like 2 minutes. The lounge chair was really comfortable. I practically fell asleep during the service. Asia was really helpful helping me decide on what type of lashes to get because I had no clue. They have so many length curl options available the possibilities seem endless. She did a great job and was very thorough explaining after care. Already rebooked for my next fill appointment in a few weeks. read more

This was my first experience having lashes installed at CLL. Years ago, I had a very bad experience at a different salon. I had a severe reaction to the glue and my eyes had swollen shut! So I was very nervous about trying lashes again but then my fears were quickly put at ease when I was told that the lash artist will test different glues by installing a couple of unnoticeable lashes! All salons should do that! 24 hours later, after I had no reaction to one glue and just a little itchy with the other, I booked my appointment. The slight itchy lash was removed and I got a full set of fabulous lashes! Two weeks later and they are still fabulous! Cherry Lash Lounge offers a professional, clean and relaxing environment. Disappointed. I was in Vegas on vacation and was told to go here by regular lash lady in California. Signed up for an "hour" lash fill. We talked the first 10 minutes about my lashs. During the appointment she left in the middle for a bathroom break (which was fine) but that was another 10 minutes. Then when we were done it was still 10 minutes short of an hour. My lashes didn't look much different than what I had gone in with..... Considering she only actually applied my lashes for 30minutes out of the hour i thought I was getting.The place was clean and everyone was friendly my lashes looked fine. I'm not sure if they advertise an hour and only really apply a certian number of lashes per fill. Either way I did not get what I was told I was getting. Next time I need a fill in Vegas I will be looking elsewhere. read more

I had the worst experience here. I didn't like my lashes at all after my fill and the front desk receptionist said there was nothing they could do despite how unhappy I was. I paid the full price for them (she said she was giving me a 30$ discount but the price I paid for was for what I booked, lash artist. I guess they booked me for the master instead which was 100$ which I didn't even know about. So she said I could come in the morning for an "adjustment." I even made sure to ask if It was extra or anything and she said no since I didn't like them. The next day I come in and try the thicker lashes because she recommended me that. After my "adjustment" the SAME front desk lady said I owed $129 because I had a full hour fill. If I would have known this I wouldn't have even bothered coming back. Why in the world would I pay full price for a second fill when I already paid for a fill I hated. Long story short, I will never come back here again. So disappointing to spend so much money, hate my lashes and bad customer service. read more

I've been getting my lashes done at the Henderson location since October 2015. Every 3 weeks I go in for my regular fills of "Ravishing Lashes." I personally see Syretta. But I've seen two other artists prior to her. The staff is super friendly. The ladies I've had explained what they were doing, made sure I was comfortable, and only engaged in conversation if I wanted to. Very relaxing, sometimes I even fell asleep. I recommended both my mother and mother-in-law to go. They both agreed and loved their lashes! Both of them live in Illinois. They continued with fills there 2 or 3 times and said they didn't hold as well as Cherry, and there weren't as many choices either. I'm moving back home to Illinois so I've stopped going. I don't want to waste my time or more money in Illinois if I won't like them. However, if I ever move back to the area. Cherry will be one of my first places I get back to. I had an appointment with Asia (lash master) and got the "ravaging" set ($189). The salon was nice, comfy chairs and soft blankets. Asia was nice as well. The process was relaxing & not uncomfortable at all. The results were not what I would have expected for almost $200. The lashes were pretty and super lite weight which was great but honestly it just looked like I had mascara on. I suppose I expected more dramatic results for the money. No one noticed any difference in my appearance. I did enjoy not having to apply mascara for the 2 weeks they lasted but will not be paying the $90 every 2-3weeks to keep them up. Again, the lashes, lash master and atmosphere were great. I just didn't see the value in the service being provided, especially the cost of up keep. If they were more affordable I would have given a higher rating. read more

I've been going to Cherry Lash for about 2 months now and I am very happy! I used to go a few years back however the lashes were too heavy (I have thin blonde hair) and weighed down my natural lashes a lot. I'm glad I went back because they have new lighter eyelashes that are amazing! I still get the dramatic look I want but I literally can't even feel them which is great! I can shower and swim without any issues whatsoever! I can't say enough good things about my master artist Raquel, she is so sweet and fun to talk to plus she's the best lash artist I have been to! I like dramatic lashes and she understands exactly what I want and is super efficient, I am always thrilled when she hands me the mirror after a fill!! She's never poked me and I feel safe trusting her with my eyes =) I will continue to back again and again to fabulous Raquel! Also, Cherry has always been a very clean and comfortable environment. I love the big recliner chairs and blankets! All of the staff members are very nice and accommodating which can be hard to find. I am visiting Vegas from Texas for a wedding. I have lash extensions and I'm religiously on top of my fills. However when I was lightly combing them, the lashes on my right eye were literally falling out! This had never happened to me. I just had them done 2 days prior to this incident. And no I didn't get them wet! I really was freaking out so I googled "best lash extensions in Las Vegas" I called a few places but this one stood out bc they had different levels of lash professionals. I called and spoke with Taylor and explained my dilemma. She was super sweet, understanding snd sympathetic. There didn't have any openings on the strip so I went to the Henderson location which was only 10 min told her that I was thinking about bringing the bride to be to pamper her before the big day. She set me up at the earliest convenience and I ended up taking the bride and she even made it to where we could get it done at the same time! The professionals were amazing!! I felt super comfortable with them and they taught me a lot! They made me feel very special today and put me at ease Needless to say, the end result was phenomenal!They even gave me a token of appreciation for going to them and bringing another client for them The facility itself was clean and organized. My experience with Cherry has been great so far. I have been going to them for almost a year and have used 4 different artist for various reasons (scheduling mainly) and everyone was professional and did good work. I do find the less I wet my lashes the longer they last. I usually go every 3 weeks for a regular featherized fill. Obviously they are not as full as when they are fresh but I fill in with a little eyeliner and it's ok. Having the lashes makes getting up ready easier. Spend less time with eye liner, mascara, etc. I usually don't wear anything on my top lashes because I love the eyeliner look I achieve with the featherized look. It's great to have a new look. However I don't think the price is worth what I paid. I also could only afford the 75% with an apprentice so they aren't as full as I would like, which is understandable. But my lashes started falling off after a week. And now they look weird because some spots are long, short with gaps. I'm even avoiding rubbing my eyes so they don't fall off anymore. It's not noticeable afar but I notice them and it's bothering me bc I'm OCD. Next time I think I'll just get it from a cheap salon. read more

I booked my appt for a full set on a Friday (day before I departed for my big Paris trip) bc I wanted them to look the freshest possible. I even got the confirmation text the night prior confirming my appt. I get to my appt and the front lady tells me it had been cancelled. NO one called me or anything about this. They just cancelled it without me knowing. I normally wouldn't care but it was the day before I departed for Paris, so I couldn't just leave and come back bc I had other important errands to run. They then move my appointment to 12:30, and they ran late for even that! This is unacceptable for the amount of money that is spent there. I was fuming!!!!!!! Went there awhile ago but haven't gotten around the write this. First time I went, the girl who was supposed to be a master and was more pricey was very unfriendly and didn't explain anything when I told her I was new to this and was my first time. The lashes ended up looks so huge and fake,,, the opposite of what I described to her. She then tried to make it like oh I just wasn't used to it and she didn't offer to adjust them or anything even after I called the shop later they put the blame on me and said I should of asked for whispy ... so I gave these people the benefit of the doubt and next time I went and before hand clearly told the girl I didn't want what she did before and told her what I wanted and same rude experience with exact same results once again, I even showed her pics of what I did and did not want. Oh and also while I waited in the waiting room for over 30 mins had to listen to the 2 front girls annoyingly gossip and complain non stop about their lives, jobs and co workers. Also whatever scent they have burning in there smells like a cheap hookah lounge and it gave me a headache both times. I just won't be back. Waste of money. read more
