I have been coming to cherry lash lounge for over a year and I have been pleased with each visit. I've been to both locations and have had my lashes done by master to apprentice and have had amazing results. I would recommend this place to everyone! read more

I went to this location for about 6 months or so. There wasn't any specific for leaving I just wanted to give my lashes and pocketbook a little break. I commend them on AMAZING customer service and THE MOST relaxing experience (I'm a single mom so An hour in a comfy chair with a cozy blanket is heavenly to me). Seriously, you couldn't get much better. I went to several apprentice lash artists and every single one of them was so kind and helpful. The girls at the desk were always so welcoming and kind as well. Only small complaints would be that 3 different times on the day of my appointment I would receive a message asking if I can change the time I had booked. It was never really an issue for me personally because at the time I was able to work around it but I could see how that would be an issue for other people that only have a specific time they are able to come in. Because I saw a different apprentice each time it wasn't very steady as far as how they looked each visit, but that's to be expected and my own fault. I'd definitely recommend finding an artist you like and sticking to them for every fill. However, they looked decent every time I went in so I can't complain too much. I'm sure if I saw a master artist I would have been a bit more thrilled about them but you get what you pay for. They usually held up pretty well - I would have to get a fill every 2 weeks.. any longer than that and it would look a bit too spotty for my liking. There was only 2 times were my eyes a little red from the tape being moved around and rubbing against my eye but after an hour it was fine- no long term irritation. Again, partly my own fault as I should have spoke up when I was slightly uncomfortable.. but, it wasn't until after the session was over and the tape was off that I really felt it. Moral of the story- customer service from every single person here is top notch. Pick a lash artist and stick to them. Don't have unrealistic expectations. Speak up if you're uncomfortable And enjoy every second of relaxation! Unfortunately I don't live in the eastern area anymore but plan to visit the rainbow location soon and I hope the customer service is just as great! I'll definitely be seeing a master artist though as I think it would be worth the extra money! Can't wait! read more

Gypsie is the best!!!!! My lashes look fabulous every time!!! Customer service from front of house to back of house is top notch!!

came in the day before my birthday on the 14th and got the dramatic set that's supposed to cover 90% of my eye (IT DIDN'T). I went back on the 16th because my eye had been swollen since the night of the 14th. My tech went threw and separated eyelashes that were stuck together , removed eyelashes put in places they shouldn't have been . I was told it should get better now, it didn't. I ended up having to go back again on th 17th for them to remove the lashes because my eye was still swollen. They removed the lashes as i was leaving i asked for a refund, there was no manager available, so she was messaged about what was going on. I went to my car to look in the mirror to see that i had white stuff stuck to my eyelashes. I had looked in the bathroom but couldn't see that well the lighting in the bathroom isn't very good. I think they do that for a reason . I went back in to ask what it was and why it wasn't coming off. I was told " i dont know, wow that's so weird " smh. I went back into their bathroom to try and again get the white stuff off my lashes, it didn't come off. I was asked to get back into a chair for them to "TRY" and get it off. At this point its a NO for me, my eyes are all irritated already NO THANKS Ill figure it out. I left with the white stuff still on my eye . And its still there this morning. I was told that they do not give REFUNDS EVER ! and was offered the same service over complementary. Im not sure i want to EVER go back here. Im on my way to the doctor's office now because my eye is still swollen and hurts a lot. Im super disappointed in my service. Im at the doctor's office now and was prescribed medicated eyedrops read more

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! i've never been so completely disgusted and dissatisfied with a set of lashes nor lash lounge. the girl who did my eyelashes was name Alyssa she didn't talk to me once I actually had to create conversation with her she was very impolite rude selfish she did not care she only cared about putting the lashes on and getting me out I sat there I had an appointment at 3 o'clock I was not seen until 3:20 so I was sitting waiting for 20 minutes and then she then told me that she's going to work as fast as she can because she has another appointment right after me so I'm not going to be reaching my full hour i had scheduled for. once I open my eyes after my lashes were on they looked OK you know I wasn't going to complain about them because she had no time to even fix them so I was polite about it and I said thank you when I got up and walked away as then I got to my house there was at least five or six lashes on my face I woke up the next morning all of my lashes were out of my eyes I called back two days later and they are extremely rude over the phone, said they cannot fix my lashes for me they told me the lead manager was on the phone scheduling my appointment and she should have explained that they don't do "complementary fixes on lashes" then tried to make me pay for a full set of lashes LOL yeah right I didn't just waste $70 on a fill for my eyelashes to fall out and I'm not gonna pay another $70 for some cheap lashes that flipped upside down and look disgusting. I could keep going on about the customer service that I received at Cherry lash lounge but you know I'll stop where I am now just to let you all yelpers know DO NOT go to cherry lash lounge they are extremely rude inconsiderate and they don't know what they're talking about I've never had this experience in my life and I will never be going back I hope none of you do save yourself the time. read more

Disappointed. I was in Vegas on vacation and was told to go here by regular lash lady in California. Signed up for an "hour" lash fill. We talked the first 10 minutes about my lashs. During the appointment she left in the middle for a bathroom break (which was fine) but that was another 10 minutes. Then when we were done it was still 10 minutes short of an hour. My lashes didn't look much different than what I had gone in with..... Considering she only actually applied my lashes for 30minutes out of the hour i thought I was getting. The place was clean and everyone was friendly my lashes looked fine. I'm not sure if they advertise an hour and only really apply a certian number of lashes per fill. Either way I did not get what I was told I was getting. Next time I need a fill in Vegas I will be looking elsewhere. read more

I had an appointment with Asia (lash master) and got the "ravaging" set ($189). The salon was nice, comfy chairs and soft blankets. Asia was nice as well. The process was relaxing & not uncomfortable at all. The results were not what I would have expected for almost $200. The lashes were pretty and super lite weight which was great but honestly it just looked like I had mascara on. I suppose I expected more dramatic results for the money. No one noticed any difference in my appearance. I did enjoy not having to apply mascara for the 2 weeks they lasted but will not be paying the $90 every 2-3weeks to keep them up. Again, the lashes, lash master and atmosphere were great. I just didn't see the value in the service being provided, especially the cost of up keep. If they were more affordable I would have given a higher rating. read more

I've been going to Cherry Lash for about 2 months now and I am very happy! I used to go a few years back however the lashes were too heavy (I have thin blonde hair) and weighed down my natural lashes a lot. I'm glad I went back because they have new lighter eyelashes that are amazing! I still get the dramatic look I want but I literally can't even feel them which is great! I can shower and swim without any issues whatsoever! I can't say enough good things about my master artist Raquel, she is so sweet and fun to talk to plus she's the best lash artist I have been to! I like dramatic lashes and she understands exactly what I want and is super efficient, I am always thrilled when she hands me the mirror after a fill!! She's never poked me and I feel safe trusting her with my eyes =) I will continue to back again and again to fabulous Raquel! Also, Cherry has always been a very clean and comfortable environment. I love the big recliner chairs and blankets! All of the staff members are very nice and accommodating which can be hard to find. I highly recommend Cherry to anyone wanting to get eyelash extensions. read more

I am visiting Vegas from Texas for a wedding. I have lash extensions and I'm religiously on top of my fills. However when I was lightly combing them, the lashes on my right eye were literally falling out! This had never happened to me. I just had them done 2 days prior to this incident. And no I didn't get them wet! I really was freaking out so I googled "best lash extensions in Las Vegas" I called a few places but this one stood out bc they had different levels of lash professionals. I called and spoke with Taylor and explained my dilemma. She was super sweet, understanding snd sympathetic. There didn't have any openings on the strip so I went to the Henderson location which was only 10 min told her that I was thinking about bringing the bride to be to pamper her before the big day. She set me up at the earliest convenience and I ended up taking the bride and she even made it to where we could get it done at the same time! The professionals were amazing!! I felt super comfortable with them and they taught me a lot! They made me feel very special today and put me at ease Needless to say, the end result was phenomenal! They even gave me a token of appreciation for going to them and bringing another client for them The facility itself was clean and organized. I really hope they bring one to San Antonio because I had the most relaxing and peaceful experience!! Thank you ladies for fitting us in and being super sweet to us! Next time I'm in town, I will definitely stop in again!!! Nicky M read more

I've been getting my lashes done at the Henderson location since October 2015. Every 3 weeks I go in for my regular fills of "Ravishing Lashes." I personally see Syretta. But I've seen two other artists prior to her. The staff is super friendly. The ladies I've had explained what they were doing, made sure I was comfortable, and only engaged in conversation if I wanted to. Very relaxing, sometimes I even fell asleep. I recommended both my mother and mother-in-law to go. They both agreed and loved their lashes! Both of them live in Illinois. They continued with fills there 2 or 3 times and said they didn't hold as well as Cherry, and there weren't as many choices either. I'm moving back home to Illinois so I've stopped going. I don't want to waste my time or more money in Illinois if I won't like them. However, if I ever move back to the area. Cherry will be one of my first places I get back to. Thanks Syretta for great convo, but most of all beautiful lashes every time! read more

Cherry Lash - What a difference. Love my lashes by Syretta! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

I had the worst experience here. I didn't like my lashes at all after my fill and the front desk receptionist said there was nothing they could do despite how unhappy I was. I paid the full price for them (she said she was giving me a 30$ discount but the price I paid for was for what I booked, lash artist. I guess they booked me for the master instead which was 100$ which I didn't even know about. So she said I could come in the morning for an "adjustment." I even made sure to ask if It was extra or anything and she said no since I didn't like them. The next day I come in and try the thicker lashes because she recommended me that. After my "adjustment" the SAME front desk lady said I owed $129 because I had a full hour fill. If I would have known this I wouldn't have even bothered coming back. Why in the world would I pay full price for a second fill when I already paid for a fill I hated. Long story short, I will never come back here again. So disappointing to spend so much money, hate my lashes and bad customer service. read more

My experience with Cherry has been great so far. I have been going to them for almost a year and have used 4 different artist for various reasons (scheduling mainly) and everyone was professional and did good work. I do find the less I wet my lashes the longer they last. I usually go every 3 weeks for a regular featherized fill. Obviously they are not as full as when they are fresh but I fill in with a little eyeliner and it's ok. Having the lashes makes getting up ready easier. Spend less time with eye liner, mascara, etc. I usually don't wear anything on my top lashes because I love the eyeliner look I achieve with the featherized look. Hope this is helpful to anyone considering lashes. read more

If you don't want to lose your natural lashes, I would not recommend this. They tell you that you won't lose any but you DO!!

It's great to have a new look. However I don't think the price is worth what I paid. I also could only afford the 75% with an apprentice so they aren't as full as I would like, which is understandable. But my lashes started falling off after a week. And now they look weird because some spots are long, short with gaps. I'm even avoiding rubbing my eyes so they don't fall off anymore. It's not noticeable afar but I notice them and it's bothering me bc I'm OCD. Next time I think I'll just get it from a cheap salon. read more

I've been going to CLL for about 8 months now. I first started getting them done because I wanted to look put together all the time. Let's just say my first couple of times I went, I wasn't really happy with the way my lashes came out. But finally, I get Cheetarah for the first time. Let me just say she is AMAZING! My lashes always come out perfect, if not better every single time I get a fill from her. She listens to my comments about what I like & customizes my lashes. She also works fast but is very detailed when it comes to my lashes. I've noticed that once my lashes grow out too much and the extension starts twisting it'll poke me in the eye, so Cheetarah will of course take out the older ones and replace it with a brand new one to make sure my eyes look spectacular for the next couple weeks. My eyes always look so full, even though she's detailed, she works fast & Cheetarah has been so helpful when it comes to trying something new. I originally had relaxed mediums which I felt were great but not dramatic, Cheetarah suggested doing curly so the lashes will show more so now I get extra long curly all throughout and she'll fill in my sparser lashes with shorter extensions. My eyes are perfect! I get compliments wherever I go and I always refer Cheetarah! I can't imagine going to anyone else anymore. She's got me addicted to Cherry Lash! read more

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK! LONG BUT WORTH IT!! I would give this place -100 starts if google allowed. I started going to the Rainbow location almost 2 years ago. The 1st set i ever got was so horrible I went home to cry because I looked like a drag queen. Even after that i called to get them fixed ASAP. They did in fact booked me a few days after but made me pay for a full set yet again! (even though it was the lash artists fault) i said.." I want natural and not longer than mine i really just want them fuller" she must have done it on purpose because she did the complete opposite, the were SUPER curly and they could touch my eyebrows LITERALLY! Anyway, I kept going back with the girl who fixed them for a while until she had to leave to have her baby. Now with the Henderson location open I went for a full set with a MASTER ARTIST which are supposed to be "the best, most experienced artist they have" BUT... 80% of my lashes fell within a week. Still i has hopeful and booked a fill plus with a different artist who left my eyes burning, wouldn't shut up, the lashes were glued one on top of the other NOT individually and i could fell some scratching my eyes for a week and only a week(if not less) because within that week i probably had 10 lashes left on each eye. (May i say, my natural lashes don't usually shed that much) i then AGAIN (being the hopeful, more like idiot i sometimes can be) booked ANOTHER fill plus with a different artist. I actually liked this one, well her work i did but she had a nasty attitude, overlooking that i continued to book with her. I left my card on file so when ever I was done i'd just tell front dest how much tip i wanted to leave and they'd just do it on the computer once i'd already signed for my service ONLY! I checked my bank account once and they'd charged DOUBLE the amount i told them. i then had to call and complain, they did refund my money BUT, this happened 3 times. The day of my last appt i had an emergency and called to reschedule the same day. this was the answer i got " Well we're going to charge 50% of the service and we'll move your appt to tomorrow at what time did you want it?" WTF!!! May i say I WAS NEVER LATE, MOVED OR CANCELLED AN APPT BEFORE! I was a loyal costumer regardless of all the bad experiences i had with them and i couldn't believe they wouldn't give me a pass so i said "ok i'll go to the appt" I did this so they wouldn't be able to give the appt to someone else and make that money plus mine and then i logged into my back account and transferred ALL the money from my checking to my savings that way when they tried to charge me it was DECLINED! I will NEVER go there again. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!! read more
