I inquired about it and made an appointment with Mark Haltzman to come see it before having my son test drive it. Mark was wonderful to work with from start to finish. My son came in the next day and test drove it and over the course of the next week, Mark worked tirelessly with me to get this deal over the finish line. Literally above and beyond, even texting me on his day off to give me updates. The day the car was finally purchased, he made sure was detailed meticulously and had a full tank of gas. Chris in finance was super fast and Mark made sure to send us on our way with a giant blue bow to put on the hood of the car for the big surprise. We will be getting my daughter a Crosstrek this summer, and one for me next year. And now the only place we will go is to Mark at Subaru of Cherry Hill.

Bought a Forester Premium for myself, then a few months later my wife needed a car - she got a CrossTrek.Then our daughter needed a reliable used car - the rest is history. We've confidently referred many friends and family members since. Just love the product. Side note: I'm a skier and these cars LOVE snow. Win, win! Great value, unmatched safety features, reliability and service department that never fails to exceed my expectations. I have purchased and leased numerous vehicles in the past from other dealerships, but attest this was the very best and smoothest process from beginning to end. More specifically, I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Jayson Ferrell. Not only was he extremely genuine, but he was also a true professional. I did not walk into Cherry Hill at 4:30pm on a Friday optimistic about leaving with a new vehicle. You see, I spent two months looking for the newly released 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L - in a specific trim and color. Fortunately for me, Jayson was able to show me the exact 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I described. And it just so happened to be the only one available and still wrapped after being delivered just prior to my arrival. While the Jeep was being programed in preparation for my test drive, Jayson and I continued to talk and his knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around, I knew the number that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Jayson to get to that number. Also, given the current market and the demand for the specific trim and color I wanted, I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. Not only did I get to leave Cherry Hill with the exact 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I wanted, but I also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you, Jayson!     recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from Cherry Hill Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. My initial…read moreexperience was positive--my salesperson, Leon, helped me find a vehicle that met all my needs. Unfortunately, everything went downhill shortly after the purchase. Within a week, the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership and brought the vehicle in for inspection. I was told it was just a code that needed to be cleared and that nothing was actually wrong with the car. However, within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership, the check engine light came back on. I then used the Toyota Connect app, which alerted me again about the issue. I was also contacted by a Toyota dealership and decided to bring the car to Holman Toyota instead. Their team was professional, responsive, and thorough--completely different from my prior experience. After inspecting the vehicle, they determined that the car needed a new catalytic converter, which is a significant repair. What's most frustrating is that Cherry Hill Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram took no responsibility for selling a vehicle with this issue. They refused to reimburse diagnostic fees and showed no accountability. When I raised concerns, I was even asked why I didn't bring the car back again after the light returned--despite already having a poor experience and losing trust in their service. It's clear to me that the vehicle was either not properly inspected prior to sale or that the issue was overlooked entirely. Either way, the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to make things right is unacceptable. Thankfully, the vehicle was still under warranty, and Holman Toyota is handling the repair properly. I would strongly caution others against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience. I also reside out of state and have incurred fees from taking the car back and forth from PA to NJ. I strongly recommend NOT using this dealership EVER!

No issues with the first place I bought my car North Jersey. This place seemed to be bothered by me being there. I was never able to get anyone on the phone and texts were answered sporadically. When we locked in our buy we were told there was the federal rebate, $1000 referral credit, ZERO sales tax, $2000 NJ rebate, and an additional $2000 rebate if I made less than $150k per year. After checking my details I was told the $1000 rebate was switched to $500 recently. When I showed here where it said $1000 she said "I don't know what to tell you". Another sales rep said "hey it actually says (UP TO) $1000 and that's only if you get a Model S. The rest are $500. They initially didn't credit the $2000 rebate because our mailing address is in VA. I am a NJ resident stationed in VA. This was not ever explained, but I was able to add it. I was then told I had to apply for the second $2000 rebate and it would take 3-5 days to complete. So my choices were to take delivery or return after this process was complete. We drove 3 1/2 hours to pick up this car. THEN I noticed $1,400 in sales tax. They then told me that a week ago it was changed from zero to 3% tax. I said I signed the paperwork before that went into place. Again I was told "I don't know what to tell you. Every comment was short and rude. I have never been treated with as much disdain for being there. I was treated this was in front of my wife and son. I love these cars, but I sincerely regret doing business with Cherry Hill (the place I call home). VERY Disappointed!

Here's the car, here's the price and if we're in the mood we'll put you on our waiting list. And, if that disturbs you, tough... as Tesla's MSRP rises almost weekly due to the pesky dirth of the rare earth minerals we need to make batteries. You snooze, you lose. I was just curious as I have no desire to be on the bleeding edge of the first gen EV's but to a car buyer used to wrangling with the Brylcreemed reptiles who shill for the gas-powered legacy makes and hand out rebates like stale gummies, the over the top sanctimony and imperiousness of the Tesla process almost won my respect. Not enough to buy one but for some reason, I think I caught a glimpse of the future and it's not on the buyers side. No stale gummies today. Four stars.
