They're always willing to help, whether it's carrying dog food to my car or answering questions about food and pet care. They deliver up to a certain distance and have a great return policy. We switched our dogs' food and one of them didn't react well to it. By the time we realized it was the food affecting our dog and not something else, the bag was already halfway empty. They took it anyway and issued a refund. They offer a wide variety of pet food, treats, accessories and more, and keep their shelves well stocked. My dog Samantha and I always love coming here and shopping here: I can get her nails trimmed and then bathe her myself (which I always do). I also love how they have an awesome and convenient app that I can always shop from (in case I don't feel like heading to the store). They also always have the beast deals and sales on all their products to help you save. I also only prefer shopping here rather than at PetSmart or Petco. I find the deals and sales here to be a better fit for myself. The staff and the owner at this location are always so helpful, kind, friendly, and courteous. Whenever I have trouble getting something off a shelf that is too high for me to get on my own, they always get it down for me as I'm not tall. This place is always so clean and well organized. It is also extremely spacious. I also love how they have beautiful cats and kittens (occasionally) that are available for adoption from the local Buford cat rescue Cat Rangers. They carry premium brand dog and cat foods (we use Blue Buffalo which they stock) and they have supplies for aquatic pets as well as reptiles. (They also sell birds and reptiles.) We needed superworms for our bearded dragon, and the ones they sold were all alive and active, and good sized.
