One main concern was that they asked if we had the entertainment card during booking. Perhaps this was the reason for the small serving size? Do yourselves a favour and if you're asked the same question, say no (just in case). The dessert platter is a good one to try because for $22, it's a good way for 2 people to try a variety of desserts, although we couldn't get a spoon or fork through the meringue. The tomato sauces are always on the sweet side which leads me to believe that add loads of sugar to them. The cream based sauces lack seasoning and are far too plain. But they are good for groups and families and a good option for lunch or dinner if you are in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, as the quality options are lacking. They are cheap and quick too and the TV can keep you busy if your conversation is lacking. Lol. On another plus they have garlic bread and I love garlic bread.

I started my meal with a caramel milkshake, which was definitely the best I've had of this flavour! This place is popular with mothers groups and the like, so if kids really aren't your thing, you've been warned. The menu is smallish but supplemented with lovely cakes and scones and a range of T2 teas, milkshakes and Coffee Barun-ground coffee. On the weekends, an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is available for $14.90 for adults, $7.00 for kids and the little ones under 5 eat/smash into their highchair free. Unfortunately, our own little precious was particularly out-of-sorts the day we tried it so necessitated implementing the "eating in shifts" procedure most parents have down pat. It's owned and run by a community (church) group but there is so little religious messaging that I didn't even realise until I'd been there about four or five times so that's not an issue.
