I appreciate that the rolls aren't dense, overly moist, or too sweet. They are the perfect base for any assortment of toppings. And they're a great value, too, because I was able to enjoy two nights of dessert from a single roll. Often times gluten free items lack a bit of substance when it comes to how it feels, but the nice meaty chicken pieces really helped offset that in the case of the chicken sandwich. It was fulfilling to eat and would do a great job filling up anyone who is hungry. My wife went with the waffles and they were great. They were presented beautifully with a gorgeous flower garnish. The quesadilla was incredibly greasy and nothing like a quesadilla. The mouth feel of the walnut chorizo with the soft vegetables was weird / it felt gritty. The flavors fell as well. The only highlight was the salsa but I'm 90% sure it was salsa de welo which you can buy at a store. No one would finish my quesadillas at the table. Major miss for me. Some of the worst food I've had - sorry.
