At first I thought this place was good because I had no other experience in this area. I never once…read moregot an explanation or reasoning for what I was going through because they had no clue. They were willing to continue doing in office procedures on me without any idea if these issues would continue or not. I left balling my eyes out in pain and was told there was no explanation for it. Had to go to the ER because of pain and had to get examined again to make sure nothing was wrong. They don't accept payment plans and these procedures with no end in sight are not cheap, even with insurance. The last time I went in was the same experience; no idea why I was experiencing this issue and was told I should just let it try and go away on its own. Which it hadn't. The last procedure they recommended was much more invasive and could have serious repercussion in my future years (which they did not tell me) not recommended by the other two doctors I have seen. All patients should go to these doctors with an additional person you trust who can hear this information with you. Getting this info is a LOT to digest and it helps so much having someone else helping you make sure you aren't going to be left with large medical payments and procedures that go no where. Leaving confused and in pain having to drive yourself an hour and a half home (because they did not tell you you needed a driver) is not how you should be leaving a doctors office. Do not recommend this doctor.

I'm hoping something about me set this woman off and this is not how she treats everyone. In short…read moreI cried in my car after the appointment. Longer version I felt like she though my questions where stupid, at one point laughing at me for questioning something. Not with me, at me. She gave me some devastating news about a surgery I thought would help with the tact of the guy asking for money at a fast food chain. She did pinpoint an issue I didn't know I had. I think she's probably very technically competent, when she listens to what your saying but I couldn't get her to listen to me.

Dr. Blake is a condescending. I spent a night at SkyRidge hospital that haunts me. I kept asking the nurse for help but I was put in a floor where the nurse didn't know much about the aftercare. I kept telling her that I have had this surgery multiple times and I know I need medicine afterward. She kept apologizing and said Dr. Blake did not prescribe anything. I called the office from my personal phone while in the hospital. I was told Dr. Blake was on a plane- going on vacation and I would have to wait until the morning. By 8am, I was bleeding, my body felt so weird. I wasn't getting any help and the only way I could get medicine was to go to Walgreens. I literally walked out of the hospital so I could help myself. I do not blame the nurse because she was tending to so many other patients and she kept calling for help. I got my medicine from Walgreens. The office only prescribed pain medicine. By the evening I was so sick and out of it, I went to Littleton hospital where I spent several weeks fighting septic shock due to Dr. Blake's mistake. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Blake was not allowing me to speak until his 5/6 year resident stepped in and showed him that I was not prescribed medication. It was only then he took a moment to apologize. Dr. Blake needs to learn human empathy.

O.K. here's another one I forced out of my mind due to the WORST SERVICE EVER. I don't say this…read morelightly either. Now to be fair, all of this happened about 9 years ago, but shitty service, is shitty service. I had just moved in with wife number 2 and our first and only child had just been born. We were on Cloud 9 with this event. Neither of us thought we'd ever have children and this was such a welcome suprise. However, what followed was not. My wife lived in an area of Arvada that residents depended on wells for water. No problem, the well was working great and we irrigated the pastures and we had a beautiful little 2 acre spread with horses and dogs etc; One day the well just stopped producing. I have no clue as to what it could be, but I want it repaired immediately and I'm willing to pay ANYTHING to have it done. I call the worthless shitbag who owns Dr. Water Well. He shows up and says it's probably the pump. Great I say how fast can you fix it? He says, I can get on it right away, knowing the circumstances with a new born and what not. To make a long ugly story short and ugly, this asshole shows up late every single day, never really got the old pump out of the ground, never got it fixed, and never had anything to say about it until a few years later when he obviously sold the outstanding "debt" to a collection agency. He never presented me with a bill, he never said I owed him anything, since he didn't do anything. He never did anything to remideate the problem or even make a half hearted attempt to. I have forgotten his name, but not his HORRIBLE, CRAPPY SERVICE. To this day, I get madder than hell when I think of it. If you run across this giant pus filled windbag of a "man", run dont' walk for the exits. Now I wish I could remember the name of the company that eventually fixed it, but I cant' right now. They came in and had it fixed in ONE DAY. They dug down and connected an existing cistern to the houses plumbing. Now, I had to fill the cistern every week for the next 6 years, but it was worth it. The well never did produce again as far as I know. My ex and I got the City of Arvada to annex the entire Cameo Estates subdivision and bring water right up to the property line. It only took 7 years for that to happen, and it's another story altogether. DR. WATER WELL STINKS!!!

Some call DR. WATERWELL THE PROCTOLOGIST…read more They overcharged me, about $2500, when I was out of state working for the Air Force and was at their mercy. Then 1 1/2 yr later, the well pump broke and they would not stand behind it. I had to pay someone else to fix their inferior work. They used products other then what they advertised which were obviously not up to task. THEY WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICE! ASK THE STATE LICENSING BOARD ABOUT THEM!

When GREEDY NONSENSE wins over common sense ---…read more I arrived for my procedure, checked in, and was immediately told I had to pay $1,700 upfront. I explained that I had several recent medical visits (urgent care, ER, MRI, and two spinal injections) that all still needed to be processed by insurance, and I preferred to wait until everything cleared so I'd know the actual amount I owed. The front desk told me I couldn't be seen unless I paid at least half. I repeated that I didn't want to pay an arbitrary amount and then have to fight for a refund that could take weeks. I simply wanted them to bill my insurance and charge me the correct amount afterward -- the way every other facility has done. They refused, so I left. A few minutes later, the same staff member called to say she had "rerun" my insurance and now it showed I only owed around $350, so suddenly that amount was acceptable. Which just proved my point -- it clearly fluctuates. What if they ran it again tomorrow and it showed I owed $0? I had fasted for two days, taken a PTO day, spent money on supplies for the prep, and sacrificed time with my son for absolutely nothing because they insisted on collecting an inaccurate estimate up front. This was incredibly unprofessional and showed zero regard for patients' time, money, or basic dignity. I will be taking my care elsewhere. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!!!

After some discussion I realized that my definition of tarry stools and The medical professionals definition are different. My definition was that the toilet paper never gets clean. Although I have constant fatigue my iron levels are normal based on the fact that I take iron supplements however the physician's assistant still recommended and endoscopy and a colonoscopy because I'm anemic. I called twice to talk to the physician and was told that I couldn't speak to God Almighty unless I scheduled another appointment and paid another $25 copay. This is the same place that told my daughter that she had celiacs disease after speaking to her for 10 minutes and later retracted that as well. I don't trust this place. I think they're a racket. When you're only tools a hammer every problem looks like a nail.
