O.K. here's another one I forced out of my mind due to the WORST SERVICE EVER. I don't say this lightly either. Now to be fair, all of this happened about 9 years ago, but shitty service, is shitty service. I had just moved in with wife number 2 and our first and only child had just been born. We were on Cloud 9 with this event. Neither of us thought we'd ever have children and this was such a welcome suprise. However, what followed was not. My wife lived in an area of Arvada that residents depended on wells for water. No problem, the well was working great and we irrigated the pastures and we had a beautiful little 2 acre spread with horses and dogs etc; One day the well just stopped producing. I have no clue as to what it could be, but I want it repaired immediately and I'm willing to pay ANYTHING to have it done. I call the worthless shitbag who owns Dr. Water Well. He shows up and says it's probably the pump. Great I say how fast can you fix it? He says, I can get on it right away, knowing the circumstances with a new born and what not. To make a long ugly story short and ugly, this asshole shows up late every single day, never really got the old pump out of the ground, never got it fixed,and never had anything to say about it until a few years later when he obviously sold the outstanding "debt" to a collection agency. He never presented me with a bill, he never said I owed him anything, since he didn't do anything. He never did anything to remideate the problem or even make a half hearted attempt to. I have forgotten his name, but not his HORRIBLE, CRAPPY SERVICE. To this day, I get madder than hell when I think of it. If you run across this giant pus filled windbag of a "man", run dont' walk for the exits. Now I wish I could remember the name of the company that eventually fixed it, but I cant' right now. They came in and had it fixed in ONE DAY. They dug down and connected an existing cistern to the houses plumbing. Now, I had to fill the cistern every week for the next 6 years, but it was worth it. The well never did produce again as far as I know. My ex and I got the City of Arvada to annex the entire Cameo Estates subdivision and bring water right up to the property line. Some call DR. WATERWELL THE PROCTOLOGIST. They overcharged me, about $2500, when I was out of state working for the Air Force and was at their mercy. Then 1 1/2 yr later, the well pump broke and they would not stand behind it. I had to pay someone else to fix their inferior work. They used products other then what they advertised which were obviously not up to task. THEY WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICE! ASK THE STATE LICENSING BOARD ABOUT THEM! read more

I have used Dr Water Well three times since 1995. The first was when I bought my house and I had him test the well for capacity and condition. The second was in 2005 when my well pump went out and needed replacing. The third was most recent when the cistern pump needed replacement. Each time he showed up when he said he would, on time and prepared with the right equipment. He and his assistant are very knowledgable about electronics and the multitude of things that could go bad on a well system. They checked and double checked the entire system to be certain where the problem was and then went about repair and replacement of the necessary parts. His pricing is reasonable and fair. His service is complete and honest. I will recommend him to any of my friends, family, neighbors or anyone in need of solution to well problems. read more

Is there a way to do 0 stars. To say his service is bad would be an under statement. After starting the job and then disappearing for weeks, I had to replace my own well pump. Which I discovered he wanted to mark up over 100%. He left his equipment on my property for over a month, then showed up out of the clear blue to get his equipment and give me a ridiculously high bill. When I explained this to the Boulder DA, she wants to put him out of business. read more
