Continues canceling appointments day or for "emergency surgery". Not a professionally run doctors office. Rude staff.

I went in for Morton's neuroma surgery and came out very happy. The staff there is amazing. I have…read morehad shoulder surgery, hamster surgery, full hysterectomy, etc. etc. and the surgery centers I've been to they were the most organized and on top of it that I have ever been to. I didn't have to sit and wait for a doctor to show up or the anesthesiologist to show up. Everybody was there. The intake process was amazingly simple I already had completed everything online prior to the procedure. We just went a double staff had everything ready and I was rolled into surgery on time. I also appreciated how kind and professional everyone was and if I ever have to have a surgery again Which I will in December I know it will be as smooth as my October surgery. Update: surgery went well and the team at Lincoln Surgery Center did not disappoint!!!

I have an issue with their billing process,I was told a set price only to receive two bills a month…read morelater stating that I now owe them an extra $800.00.I was hesitant about the initial amount of $400.00 because of the procedure being a shot in the dark to help with my back pain. I asked more than once if the initial amount was all that I would have to pay,if I would have known that there was a chance that it would have cost me another 800.00 I never would have had the procedure. Please don't count on them to make sure your insurance is going to cover anything,I feel like I was lied to. P.S. the procedure I had was a facet injection and it didn't work

Dr. Kimball and Sean have provided the absolute best medical experience I have ever had!…read more I started having severe hip and leg pain in March of 2023. No one knew what to do with me. I changed PCPs, and neither the new or old one had a clue. I went to a spine specialist (non surgeon), interventional radiolgist, chiropractor, and PT. PT helped a bit. The spine Dr. suggested surgery, but had no idea who to refer me to. It was awful that no one could help. I got Dr. Kimball's name from a post-op nurse who has seen his results, and I called for an appointment in early November. I was warned that he had no openings for consult until January and no openings for surgery until March, but advised to come see his PA, Sean, to see if I even needed surgery. I went for the appointment with Sean, and Dr. Kimball (after seeing my MRI) walked into the exam room, told me that I couldn't wait for his next opening, so he was going to make an opening in December. I had surgery the first week of December, and today I am 100% pain free. BEST NEUROSURGEON EVER!!!! Dr. K and Sean really are the absolute best!!! I don't even want to think about what my life would be without Dr. Kimball!!
