It was delicious! The cornbread was yummy too. Everyone makes gumbo differently these days. The gumbo had what tasted like a poultry flavor. I couldn't pinpoint it at first, but I recognized the taste. It had a nice flavor overall. My only issue was the lack of protein. I only saw one or two small pieces of meat. Thinking back, it was probably chicken gumbo because it wasn't seafood gumbo, but I didn't ask, and the menu only said "gumbo." Overall, the staff were nice and helpful, and the food was good.
