Yum, the food is delicious but the pace of the place can be a bit slow. Took a bit too long to get our food. It was worth the wait in terms of the taste, but we really didn't have too long to dine and we thought it'd be more of a fast food scenario. They were pretty busy at the moment. Customer service is really good, place is clean, and the food it was really yummy, we ordered torta of grilled meat and "lengua, pastor and asada tacos". Salsas was really good. I had Cheles for the first time a few months ago at my friends' house. They had their event catered by Cheles and I was very pleased with the taste and quality of their food. I finally made my way to the restaurant and it did not disappoint! It is tiny but cute and gives all the Mexico vibes. Tacos were delicious! On a handwritten board it was listed as 5.29 for three tacos and a large drink and on their digital menu the price was 4.99. I love coming to this place their food is very good I absolutely love the way they cook their nopales. I crave these. I'm super excited they are offering delivery. The lady that takes my order is always fabulous she gives get customer service! The 4 stars is because I think they charge a little too much for these said nopales so I don't get them as much as I would like. I think once you try them it will be a game changer for you too! The tacos here are delicious! Even the asada is packed with flavor! The tacos come with grilled onions on the side with a Chile and some nopales. The horchata was sweet and good aswell. Madera has a lot of great taco spots but this one is definitely in the top 3! The tortillas are home made and the al pastor is cooked right in front of you, through a glass window that allows you to see into the kitchen. The service is always pretty fast. I've had the al pastor burrito, al pastor nachos, and the ceviche tostada. The ceviche was amazing! Definitely would recommend this whole in the wall to anyone who loves tacos. read more

We were driving through Madera and needed dinner. This place was everything we hoped for! I ordered the Cecina Oaxaquena and my husband had chicken tacos and asada tacos. The cecina was something new for me, thin sheets of beef seasoned and dried. The tortillas were fresh and perfect and everything was so well complemented by the delicious nopales, grilled onions, and grilled jalapeños that came with both our meals.
