Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, perfectly salted...and you absolutely do NOT need ketchup. In fact, ketchup would just get in the way of their glory. The place was packed, which is always a good sign. It's a small dining area but we were able to get a table. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, and I would've waited 40. Totally worth it.
