It's all well displayed, attractive, and begging me to figure out how I might be able to use them. The shop is basically 2 small aisles, which found me going round and round as I noticed something new each time. This time around, I purchased this and that including a fruit knife for Gayle, a small blade for me, a cute (and small) decorative metal bell, a cool pair of scissors (which you can never have enough of around the house), and a 2024 Hida Tools wall calendar, that I really didn't need. I've been coming to this family business for maybe 30 years, and there's always something interesting and useful that will catch my eye. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

I called after a week, and the woman scolded me that, "We didn't do it because you asked for it too soon." So I told her that was fine, I just need it sometime, so she said it would take a week. Two weeks later, nothing. I call them back. They bat my call back and forth, make excuses, tell me they can do it. They give me a quote and ask if I can get a discount because I missed several events in the meantime and had to chase them down for three weeks, and then they ghost me again.
