Despite being clearly frozen, the fries were also pretty tasty and some of the better "frozen fries" that I have eaten. My critique for this item would be that they could tone it down on the salt. I chatted a bit with the owner who was super friendly and amused when I told him how I discovered his food truck. I've mentioned in other reviews how I'm always on the hunt for places that are open late especially in the Mountain View area.
