They have again and again out-shined and serviced any other catering service that we have used in the past. I have two words for the flavor of the food "MORE PLEASE" so delicious! Must try the LUAU, words do not give justice to the succulent flavor of the Luau. The magnificent customer service from "Jacob O." who sets up and delivers the food is beyond exceptional. Adds the total package of the PERFECT experience. We positively will use Design Perfect Catering for our events this year! This team from the kitchen to the office to the delivery of food provides the most extraordinary service.

Their pictures show a nice spread and this was all I got. I paid $33 per head. The charcuterie board was $420. The Hummus plater was $195 and the dessert tray $165. I did order 50 assorted soft drinks and water which were $2 each. That seems reasonable. They should be ashamed of themselves. If anyone thinks I'm wrong please let me know. Outside of the drinks this was all that was delivered. There wasn't even a nice set up.

They have little spoons there so you are welcome to try it before and I tried it, felt the kick, and had to have it! The flavor is really good, somewhat roasted, definitely packed with seeds that add the heat, but it's calmed down with mango bits and tons of subtle mango flavor. I love it and would like to gift some to my spice obsessed sister, but this one is all for my house! As I was checking out I spotted a masala chai. I'm so glad I tried it! Perfect chai flavor, not overpowered with too much spices, steeped to the perfect blend, and not overly sugary but a sweet treat along my savory food options I had gotten. We ordered an abundant spread, and every dish impressed. The clear crowd favorite was the Singapore black pepper prawns - fragrant, perfectly spiced, and completely addictive. That black pepper sauce was hands down the star of the meal: rich, peppery, and deeply flavorful. It was my favorite and could easily be eaten on everything. The Mala curry crab and XO crab were both outstanding; layered with complex, indulgent flavors. The Thai green chili clams and saus mentega clams were vibrant and comforting, while the crab fried rice had generous morsels of crab folded throughout the dish. We also really enjoyed the Indonesian chicken wings, which were crispy and flavorful, and the stir-fried vegetables, which added a fresh, well-balanced contrast to the seafood-heavy menu. Everything traveled well, was thoughtfully prepared, and made for an unforgettable catered meal. If you're considering catering from Marimakan Crabhouse, I can't recommend it highly enough. Get the black pepper sauce! Amazing from start to finish, and Chef V or Rachel is lovely to work with.

From start to finish, my experience with this catering company was nothing short of excellent. Firstly, the communication and planning process with Mitchell was seamless. He helped me taper down my breakfast menu items to fit the number of attendees. I tend to order too much (it is better to have too much than not enough and run out), but he assured me the quantities he suggested for my group size were just the right amount of food. On the event day, the catering team arrived well in advance, set up everything beautifully, and was ready for our starting time right on the dot! The presentation of the food was elegant, showcasing their attention to detail. Communication along the way (the many emails I sent to ask questions) was promptly answered. The food was outstanding, and the catering staff were a delight to work with. Enrique was on time and professional and set it up just the way I requested. His attention to detail, from ensuring dietary restrictions were accommodated to the food place cards identifying each item. I highly recommend THE CATERING COMPANY! They are my number one go-to cater when I need a breakfast or a lunch set up. I like the convenience of checking their calendar online to see if the dates I want are available.
