But be sure if you see this happening to tell the staff working what they're supposed to do cuz I still have a knot in my stomach that the people that waited a long time didn't get all the food that was offered. The charcuterie boards were consistently undersized for the number of guests, and they only provided about two crackers per person, leaving our groups feeling shorted. The biggest issue came when we had three future catering orders booked. Just two days before our events, all three orders were canceled with no explanation. As a business that relies on vendors to be dependable for our customers, being left scrambling at the last minute was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I also called to get photos of their products to sell to our clients, only to be told to take pictures of the product when it arrives. We always try to support local businesses, but reliability and communication are essential. Based on our experience, I can't recommend Ripe Catering for events where you need a vendor you can count on.
